State Demands $700,000 from Michigan Farm Family and the Destruction of 70 Farm Animals

On this Independence Day we should be celebrating freedom and thankful for those who died, were injured and served in the military over the decades to keep the freedom we have. This is the thanks this 20-year military veteran has received from the Michigan state government and this is an example of those freedoms being lost.

Late last week, the Michigan Department of Natural Resources (MDNR) demanded the payment of $700,000 from a small farm family of ten and the destruction of 70 of their pigs at Baker’s Green Acres, operated by Mark and Jill Baker and their eight children. This action followed Mark Baker’s comments during testimony opposing a new rule at a state congressional hearing where he identified himself as owner of three hogs deemed illegal (because of their looks). He understood the new rule, called an Invasive Species Order (ISO) to mean the state would threaten him with fines, criminal charges and a two-year prison term and an order to destroy his animals. Baker answered the ISO by filing a lawsuit against the state agency for the damages and their reckless behavior.

Agenda 21 Declares War On Mankind

In the last couple of years the omnipresent force known as Agenda 21 is meeting with increasing resistance worldwide. With the rise of the alternative media, the flow of decade-long propaganda efforts is finally being hindered. As a result of rocks thrown in the stream- the once steady water flow is now exposing itself at every turn as it’s forced to bend and twist its way forward. Ironically, the UN and its affiliate accomplices have themselves to thank for the counter-effort. The internet- as well as some pretty thorough archiving on the part of these transnational bureaucracies- have allowed researchers to withdraw information directly from the lion’s den. As a result of this development, we can display a plethora of documents, often written by UN personnel and ideologues, that prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that there is a concerted strategy in place to brainwash (there’s no other name for it) the human population of the planet into accepting Agenda 21 and its inherent depopulation proposals. Furthermore, this pool of document has revealed a plan to de-industrialize the west and to use the “green agenda” to do so. In the last few decades Agenda 21 has been UN policy, and all of its subdivisions were commanded to fall in line.

Throwing rocks however, is not enough to stall the multi-winged creature that is Agenda 21. What do free people do when confronted with tyranny designed to target people in their local communities? Methinks nothing short of a war declaration is in order to push back the effort. As is custom when declaring war, there first needs to be a listing of the arguments for the war declared.

Exhibit A: De-Industrializing the West

A 1991 policy paper prepared for the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) by Professor Jeffrey Sachs outlines a strategy for the transfer of wealth in name of the environment to be implemented in the course of 35 to 40 years. As it turns out, it is a visionary paper describing phase by phase the road to world dictatorship under Agenda 21. As the professor states in the paper:

“To be meaningful, the strategies should cover the time-span of several decades. Thirty-five to forty years seems a good compromise between the need to give enough time to the postulated transformations and the uncertainties brought about by the lengthening of the time-span.”

In his paper The Next 40 Years: Transition Strategies to the Virtuous Green Path: North/South/East/Global, Sachs accurately describes not only the intended time-span to bring about a global society, but also what steps should be taken to ensure “population stabilization”:

“In order to stabilize the populations of the South by means other than wars or epidemics, mere campaigning for birth control and distributing of contraceptives has proved fairly inefficient.”

In the first part of the (in retrospect) bizarrely accurate description of current events as they unfold, Sachs points out redistribution of wealth is the only viable path towards population stabilization and- as he calls it- a “virtuous green world”. The professor:

Congressman Ryan: Let’s make a deal!

Dear Congressman Ryan:

I have seen you many times on Lame Street Media promoting your grandiose plan to kill Medicare. I realize targeting those least able to defend themselves from yet another round of the neo-con movement to redistribute the wealth to the upper 3% while leaving the country in ruins as jobs are shipped out and as corporations plunder the country, is underway.

While helping to spend the country into untenable debt and rolling out the red carpet to foreign investors and corporations who are steadily consuming everything in sight, I realize that you have to dispense with any program or initiative which would lend support to the elderly, that class of useless eaters so despised by so many of you.

While railing against Medicare and what it costs the country, you never made mention of what it costs the country to support you while you are in office and even when you leave.  For someone whose existence is now predicated upon the parasitic relationship of elected officials dependent on taxpayers, I am surprised that you did not readily identify yourself and the rest of congress as an unsustainable drain on the economy.  We can no longer afford to support you people, especially when you contribute virtually nothing to the economy or GDP while availing yourselves of special privileges, perks and financial enrichments.

Corruption of the judiciary: Where do we go for help?

Since posting my article on the current condition of our judicial system, I have received numerous emails and phone calls from individuals across the country.  Based on these continuing communications I have concluded that the average citizen is in far more danger stepping into a court room of any kind, than from any commonly recognized criminal activity on the street.  At least with a street criminal you stand a chance of defending yourself.

Many of the people who contacted me spoke of going so far as to meet with the FBI in the hopes of getting an investigation launched into the criminal conduct of not only judges, but also of state agency actors who, acting under the auspices of their offices repeatedly violated not only the law but the civil and lawful rights of individuals.  Many of these actors believe they are immune from prosecution due to the office they hold.  While the office itself may be immune, the individual occupying it can be held personally liable under a constitutional tort. This can be intentional or negligent.  These tort claims hold the official directly and personally responsible for their actions; which is exactly why “tort reform” is high on the agenda of things to get done, in the District of Criminals.

In absolutely every case, without exception, of those who approached the FBI in their respective states, a stock answer was delivered to those hopeful for some kind of help from this agency.  That answer is:

You have a lot of evidence but you just need to get more evidence and then we can see if we can do anything to help you. (paraphrased, of course) or, the second and more common response:

“What is it you want us to do?” (paraphrased)

The Judicial System: Closed Union Shops violating your rights

There are few people these day still having any illusions about the corruption in our judicial system.  As we have seen and heard, our courts are the last place to find justice or to see the rule of law applied.

Our courts, once the last line of defense in legal matters, have become nothing more than government sanctioned racketeering.  Reports of judicial misconduct in virtually every court system in the nation, is not only on the rise, it is being condoned by the silence of the Department of Justice, Congress and state governments.  Even SCOTUS decided that the corruption of the lower courts was not worthy of their superior and divine attention due in part to the high level of corruption in its own court.

They are running closed union shops 

The term “closed shop” is used to signify an establishment, trade or skill which employs only members of the union.  Our courts are closed union shops which are now actively writing new rules (lawmaking) to prevent anyone other than Bar union members from accessing the courts. We are now being told that it is accepted practice for judges to create their own laws, in total disregard for the Constitution or individual rights and protections and with total disregard for established and accepted law.  If this is in fact the case . . . why can’t we create our own common courts that bypass these union shop courts?

CHICAGO (AFP) - Prosecutors described the ousted Illinois governor accused of trying to auction President Barack Obama's vacated senate seat as a greedy shakedown artist desperate for money.

"The governor of Illinois was shaking people down," prosecutor Christopher Niewoehner said in opening statements of Rod Blagojevich's retrial on corruption charges.

"The governor of Illinois is not allowed to enrich himself by using his power. It's that simple."

DHS Emails: Insiders worried over political 'meddling'

WASHINGTON (AP) - The Homeland Security Department official in charge of submitting sensitive government files to political advisers for secretive reviews before they could be released to citizens, journalists and watchdog groups complained in emails that the unusual scrutiny was "crazy" and hoped someone outside the Obama administration would discover the practice, The Associated Press has learned.

Chief Privacy Officer Mary Ellen Callahan, who was appointed by Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, complained in late 2009 that the vetting process was burdensome and said she wanted to change it, according to uncensored emails newly obtained by the AP. In the emails, she warned that the Homeland Security Department might be sued over delays the political reviews were causing, and she hinted that a reporter might find out about the vetting. The reviews are the subject of a congressional hearing later this week and an ongoing inquiry by the department's inspector general.

"This level of attention is CRAZY," Callahan wrote in December 2009 to her then-deputy, Catherine Papoi. Callahan said she hoped someone outside the Obama administration would discover details of the political reviews, possibly by asking for evidence of them under the Freedom of Information Act itself: "I really really want someone to FOIA this whole damn process," Callahan wrote.

Portugal braces for govt collapse over debt vote

LISBON, Portugal (AP) -- Portugal's government is on the verge of collapse after opposition parties withdrew their support for another round of austerity policies aimed at averting a financial bailout.

The expected defeat of the minority government's latest spending plans in a parliamentary vote Wednesday will likely force its resignation and could stall national and European efforts to deal with the continent's protracted debt crisis.

The vote comes on the eve of a two-day European Union summit where policymakers are hoping to take new steps to restore investor faith in the fiscal soundness of the 17-nation eurozone, including Portugal.

Last year, both Greece and Ireland had to accept multibillion dollar rescue packages after markets lost faith in their governments' efforts to deal with their debt burdens.

BBC World Service to sign funding deal with US state department

Low six-figure investment will aim to help combat censorship of TV and internet services in countries including Iran and China

The BBC World Service is to receive a "significant" sum of money from the US government to help combat the blocking of TV and internetservices in countries including Iran and China.

In what the BBC said is the first deal of its kind, an agreement is expected to be signed later this month that will see US state department money – understood to be a low six-figure sum – given to the World Service to invest in developing anti-jamming technology and software.

The funding is also expected to be used to educate people in countries with state censorship in how to circumnavigate the blocking of internet and TV services.

It is understood the US government has decided the reach of the World Service is such that it makes investment worthwhile.

The US government money comes as the World Service faces a 16% cut in its annual grant from the Foreign Office – a £46m reduction in its £236.7m budget over three years that will lead to about 650 job cuts. The money will be channelled through the World Service's charitable arm, the World Service Trust.

The deal, which is expected to be formally announced on International Press Freedom Day, 3 May, follows an increase in incidents of interference with World Service output across the globe, according to its controller of strategy and business, Jim Egan.

BBC Persian television, which launched in early 2009 and airs in Iran and its neighbouring countries, has experienced numerous instances of jamming. The BBC Arabic TV news service has also been jammed in recent weeks across various parts of north Africa during the recent uprisings in Egypt and Libya.

"Governments who have an interest in denying people information particularly at times of tension and upheaval are keen to do this and it is a particular problem now," said Egan.

Another area in which the BBC World Service is expected to use the US money is continuing its development of early warning software.

This will allow it to detect jamming sooner than it does currently where it relies on reports from users on the ground.

"Software like this helps monitor dips in traffic which act as an early warning of jamming, and it can be more effective than relying on people contacting us and telling us they cannot access the services," said Egan.

The BBC also expects to use state department money to help combat internet censorship by establishing proxy servers that give the impression a computer located in one country is in fact operating in another, thereby circumnavigating attempts by repressive governments to block websites.

"China has become quite expert at blocking websites and one could say it has become something of an export industry for them – a lot of countries are keen to follow suit," said Egan.

"We have evidence of Libya and Egypt blocking the internet and satellite signals in recent weeks."

Egan added that the battle against jamming is likely to be an ongoing one because repressive countries are likely to develop methods to counter any anti-censorship technology that is developed.

"It is a bit of a game of cat and mouse," said a BBC source.

The Deliberate Lies That Shift Attention Away From The Economy

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton made a blatant admission during a U.S. Foreign Policy Priorities committee meeting by arguing that the State Department needs more money because the US military-industrial complex is losing the information war to the likes of Russia Today and Al Jazeera.  This loss of course is due to the US corporate media having completely abandoned real news. 

This holds true especially with the propaganda war being waged in the United States that specifically targets the American public. Why is it that Hillary thinks she’s losing the infowar?  Perhaps because people are now becoming more skeptical to the recent string of FBI entrapment cases deceitfully called "sting operations," by which young Muslim men have been caught trying to use "weapons of mass destruction" and were directed to plant bombs on synagogues by their FBI handlers.  A clear onslaught of disinformation, half-truths, and especially the paralyzing appeal to fear and prejudice have gripped the American psyche.


Even the supposed parcel bomb, which originated from Yemen, caught the controlled media with their pants down when it turned out to be a complete and utter farce.  Synagogues have insidiously and deliberately been chosen as targets by the government in order to bring about tensions between the Jewish and Muslim communities in the United States.  Divide and conquer is an old COINTELPRO tactic.  Take for example the case that involved FBI informant, Shahed Hussain, who lured 4 men to plant bombs at synagogues. Shahed became a government informant after being caught “scamming illegal immigrants trying to get driver’s licenses” according to reports.   Disgustingly enough, Shahed became the prosecution’s top witnesses in the trial of the Newburgh four.

The following is perhaps the greatest analysis of the recent synthetic terror gripping this nation. It concerns the latest government orchestrated terror propaganda entitled the "Christmas Tree Bomber," christened by the news media:  

As the United States slowly erodes into third world status, the police state apparatus tightens its grip on the increasingly ignorant, poorer and jobless people of America. Tyranny is marketed in different ways, but this time it’s not packaged as "fighting communism" or "the war on drugs," rather it is vernacular first used by Reagan, when he declared a "war on terror."  McCarthyism continues under the name of fighting terror, as Muslims are juxtaposed with 911 truthers and have become the new radicals and extremists plaguing society.  The new communist today is:  The Muslims!

 In a recent interview with Max Keiser, Gerald Celente accurately states that "when the money stops flowing to mainstream the blood starts flowing on the streets" and "they [the government] know that things are getting out of control and they’re going to try to stop it before it spreads."   It is a clear attempt to shift the current "crisis" from an issue of finacial terrorism to a religious one.
 
As Wall Street continues to rot and Main Street continues to starve, the controlled press has and will continue distracting people from the disaster they have created.  It is really a sign of the times that they’ll go as far as to outsource the investigation as to how or why the economy is collapsing, then have the audacity to blame it on foreign terrorists.
 
Dr. Paul Craig Roberts said it best when he wrote:

Americans are too gullible, too uneducated, and too jingoistic to remain a free people. As another Nazi leader Herman Goering said, 'The people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. Tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the peace-makers for lack of patriotism and for exposing the country to danger.' 

This is precisely what the Bush and Obama regimes have done. America, as people of my generation knew it, no longer exists.

US Libyan Policy: Zero Legitimacy

From the very beginning the US-backed Libyan unrest played out in oafish measures, crutched along by the most irresponsible, intellectually dishonest "journalism" to date. A week before the unrest began, it was the the London based National Conference of Libyan Opposition (NCLO) that called for the February 17th "Day of Rage,"not Libyans in the streets of Tripoli or Benghazi.

The NCLO itself was created in London in 2005 by Ibrahim Sahad and his National Front for the Salvation of Libya (NFSL), which in turn has been one of the leading Libyan opposition groups since the 1980's. The Daily Globe and Mail has reported that Sahad's NFSL had been behind several attempted armed uprisings and assassination attempts against Qaddafi in the 1980's, while records found in the US Library of Congress indicate Sahad's NFSL had CIA support and training.

Sahad himself now directs the unrest in Libya from Washington D.C. while giving interviews with the corporate owned media literally in front of the White House.



Initial reports coming out of Libya after Sahad's "Day of Rage" unfolded, told tales of bone-chilling atrocities committed by Qaddafi against "unarmed protesters." Qaddafi was accused of strafing crowds of unarmed protesters from the air, storming hospitals and kidnapping injured patients,mosque massacres, and just about anything else the imaginations of the corporate owned media could conjure up. BBC did however concede that nearly all of their reports were impossible to confirm, as they were all entirely based on opposition "witness accounts."


This week, Russian military officials boldly asserted that such air strikes never took place, and even the US Department of Defense was forced to concede that such attacks could not be confirmed.

Secretary of Defense Robert Gates was asked recently "Do you see any evidence that he [Qaddafi] actually has fired on his own people from the air?" to which heresponded by saying, "We’ve seen the press reports, but we have no confirmation of that." Admiral Mullen added, "That’s correct. We’ve seen no confirmation whatsoever." 

Strangely enough, calls for military intervention to stop non-existing, unverified atrocities are only growing stronger.



The reality now appears that the "protesters" are actually heavily armed insurgents who obliterated entire sections of steel-reinforced concrete walls of a Benghazi army base, then seized heavy artillery and armored vehicles before shoring up armed rebels in nearby towns and cities. The New York Times reported that weapons were coming in across the Egyptian border, while US and UK government mouthpieces called for providing additional arms and training for the rebels. The New York Times' latest piece, "Libyan Rebels Said to Debate Seeking U.N. Airstrikes" features images of insurgents receiving military training, further suggesting the unrest is the result of a yet another NFSL military operation rather than a "spontaneous" protest turned violent.

Interestingly enough, the New York Times piece also depicts the UN enforced no-fly zone as now being an opportunity to offensively cripple Qaddafi's forces and dislodge him from power. Knowing now that the "atrocities" Qaddafi supposedly committed never happened and that the US has been intentionally trumping up war propaganda to ensure yet another NFSL uprising didn't fail, we can assume that offensive intervention was the globalists' plan from the beginning.

With the entire justification for US/NATO/UN intervention unraveling before military assets are even put into place, is the Anglo-American establishment so utterly desperate as to continue on in spite of reality and an awakening public? Is it not bad enough the Libyan opposition is openly working out of Washington D.C., but to also have the US military assist these foreign backed rebels into power at the cost of Libya's sovereignty? Qaddafi has been accused of many things as of late - but it appears when everyone tells their side of the story, his regime's tale of a foreign plot strikes closer to the truth than the rest of the "international community."

The "international community," in this latest display of intellectual dishonesty, poor statesmanship, horrific double standards, and outright unwarranted aggression, has forfeited the last of whatever legitimacy it may have claimed to hold. The American and British oligarchs in particular have shown the world they are irresponsible, back-stabbing, meddling rouges interfering with the sovereignty of other nations through invasive diplomacy, propaganda, and direct military force. Worse yet, they do so on behalf of expanding their financial empires, as their "humanitarian concerns" are utterly laughable considering the mayhem they are conducting in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Pakistan where civilian populations really are being strafed from the air. Whatever the globalists do from this point on, they do so with zero legitimacy and the resulting bloodshed is entirely on their hands.
