Corruption of the judiciary: Where do we go for help?
![]() |
"Liberty Upended" - Anthony Freda Illustration |
Activist Post
Since posting my article on the current condition of our judicial system, I have received numerous emails and phone calls from individuals across the country. Based on these continuing communications I have concluded that the average citizen is in far more danger stepping into a court room of any kind, than from any commonly recognized criminal activity on the street. At least with a street criminal you stand a chance of defending yourself.
Many of the people who contacted me spoke of going so far as to meet with the FBI in the hopes of getting an investigation launched into the criminal conduct of not only judges, but also of state agency actors who, acting under the auspices of their offices repeatedly violated not only the law but the civil and lawful rights of individuals. Many of these actors believe they are immune from prosecution due to the office they hold. While the office itself may be immune, the individual occupying it can be held personally liable under a constitutional tort. This can be intentional or negligent. These tort claims hold the official directly and personally responsible for their actions; which is exactly why “tort reform” is high on the agenda of things to get done, in the District of Criminals.

In absolutely every case, without exception, of those who approached the FBI in their respective states, a stock answer was delivered to those hopeful for some kind of help from this agency. That answer is:
You have a lot of evidence but you just need to get more evidence and then we can see if we can do anything to help you. (paraphrased, of course) or, the second and more common response:
“What is it you want us to do?” (paraphrased)

Happy Memorial Day! From Your Uncle . . . Sam
Marti Oakley, Contributing Writer
Activist Post
Enjoy your holiday everyone! Take time to remember those who gave their lives and/or service in defense of your liberty.
Those who fill the rows in Arlington National Cemetery and those who have been buried near their homes gave all they had to make sure you remained free. Many suffer from lifelong disabilities as a result of their service in honor of your freedom. To honor them and their sacrifices we, in the federal government, lovingly referred to as “Uncle Sam” have done everything we could to sustain the Constitution and your civil liberties and freedom.
Just as a reminder of how valuable these lives were and how great their sacrifice was, we at “Uncle Sam” would like to point you to our vast and unending efforts to honor that sacrifice:

- Returning Iraq/Afghanistan soldiers are listed by Homeland Security and the Southern Poverty Law Center as “possible domestic terrorists”.
- Those soldiers allowed to seek treatment for Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome are routinely given psychotropic drug cocktails to hasten their demise. (Oops!)
- We have left many of them damaged and homeless in the streets while we denied them benefits and services.
- In many instances we took life insurance policies (dead peasant policies) out on military personnel so that we could collect the insurance if they were killed in action, and there by deprived their families of those benefits.

79 Senators vote to trash the Constitution: The “War of Terror” on the US grows
![]() |

Activist Post
If you haven’t received the memo yet, let me update you on your status as it pertains to the Constitution and your civil liberties; you have neither. 79 Senators who snickered as they swore an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States, voted to render you guilty in advance, with no chance of proving your innocence. The unlawful data mining and collection, the compilation of dossiers on virtually every person in the US, the unwarranted wire-tapping, the rifling through personal records of all kinds for no other reason than to collect information to be used at a later date if the government decides to prosecute you for whatever reasons, was extended.
The Patriot Acts were sold to the public as part of the war of terror perpetrated by the Bush administration after the false flag attacks of 9/11. A “War of Terror” is being perpetrated by our own government against its own people and is blessed by both Democrat and Republican alike. “We the people” are the terrorists the government fears. The Constitution be damned.
Nothing in the Patriot acts is remotely connected to fighting terrorism from foreign invaders. It is a precisely targeted bill which amounted to a massive assault on liberty and freedom right here at home.

H.J. Res. 62: Amending The Constitution To End States Rights?
Activist Post
H.J. Res. 62, Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to give states the right to repeal Federal laws and regulations when ratified by the Legislatures of two thirds of the several States.
Sounds like a great deal . . . right? Wrong! The states already have the right to repeal Federal laws and regulations. It is called nullification under the 10th Amendment.
Or, states can refuse to contract with the Federal government or any of its privately owned corporate agencies, thereby refusing the contract and any of its provisions (regulations or laws).
Secondary to this action, is the refusal to accept any Federal funding offered to implement what is usually a series of laws or regulations, (these being written by unelected bureaucrats, lobbyists and other interested stakeholders), meant to deprive you of your rights, intrude on your privacy, interfere with your right to engage in business and otherwise reduce and abrogate your constitutionally protected freedoms.

The US Government: A Deliberate Intention to Deceive
![]() |

Activist Post
I first published this article in May of 2010. Now, while many people are cheering the supposed death of bin Laden, it comes as no surprise that many others immediately began looking for holes in this story. It comes as even less of a surprise that they found them.
The staging of this affair over bin Laden will no doubt be exposed eventually for the fabrication that I personally believe it is. The story of this adventure has changed so many times in the short period since it was supposed to have occurred that even those who initially thought it was a fact have walked away in disgust realizing there is something wrong with this whole scenario.
If you erroneously believe that our government, whether Republican or Democrat controlled, would not engage in deception against us, please read on. Our government on all levels operates with a deliberate intention to deceive…….us.
Conspiracy theories: We learned how to construct them based on our governments historical and expert use of them.

IOWA: Video cameras now lethal weapons: Republicans launch another attack on your rights
Activist Post
Iowa is following in Florida’s footsteps and working on passing a bill making it a criminal offense to film or photograph the abuse of animals on farms or in commercial CAFO operations. Apparently it is ok to abuse your animals, to leave them in fetid conditions, or to treat them inhumanely . . . Iowa just doesn’t want you documenting that abuse.
Nine House Democrats joined all of the Republicans present to pass the bill in a 66 to 27 vote on Iowa bill H.R. 589.
Turns out your video camera or camera are now considered lethal weapons…the stuff of terrorism!

Nevada SB 412 to make felons out of natural health practitioners
Marti Oakley, Contributing Writer
Activist Post
Here’s another piece of the steamroller being perpetrated by those God-fearing, bible quoting, God is moving on my heart, Republicans. Another state under siege by Republican legislators as they do their part in the nationwide assault on natural healthcare practices and implement a backdoor Codex Alimentarius.
“Dirty Harry” Reid(D) did his part by passing the fake food safety bill with one “unanimous” vote, on the Federal level, accomplished with every Democrat and Republican Senator other than himself voluntarily exiting the Senate chamber before the vote. That bill included the query of “How and whether to implement Codex Alimentarius”.
Well, now we know how they will do it.
