It’s a vast cover story that, among other benefits, provides enormous profits to the military industrial complex. 

Here’s an addition to the cover story: to accomplish this war on everything that moves, advanced technology must be deployed—and those who resist the omnipresence and domination of the technology are considered potential terrorists. 

Even a small organic American farmer on an acre of land can qualify as a threat, because he appears to oppose the technology of genetic engineering, as it applies to food crops.

All over the news today we’re being told the white powder found in the offices of several Quebec federal cabinet ministers was just a harmless scare. Offices were evacuated and people were sent to the hospital yesterday after four suspicious envelopes which contained white powder and an intimidating message written in French that threatened the Conservatives turned up in key offices.

But this is just the latest in a string of recent anthrax scares cropping up all over North America, albeit in the U.S. mainly in local news outlets.

Operating out of South Africa during the apartheid era in the early 1980s, Dr. Wouter Basson launched a secret bioweapons project called Project Coast. The goal of the project was to develop biological and chemical agents that would either kill or sterilize the black population and assassinate political enemies. Among the agents developed were Marburg and Ebola viruses.

Basson is surrounded by cloak-and-dagger intrigue, as he told Pretoria High court in South Africa that “The local CIA agent in Pretoria threatened me with death on the sidewalk of the American Embassy in Schoeman Street.” According to a 2001 article in The New Yorker magazine,the American Embassy in Pretoria was “terribly concerned” that Basson would reveal deep connections between Project Coast and the United States.

South Africa’s “Dr. Death” Again Evades Sentencing

Dr. Wouter Basson, whose work as head of the South African apartheid government’s biological and chemical warfare unit earned him the nickname “Dr. Death,” has again evaded sentencing. 

Basson was first arrested in 1997, following the dissolution of the apartheid government. His much publicized trial in Pretoria High Court in the years 1999-2002 produced outcries of judicial bias by his prosecutors. With 200 witnesses against him, who testified to his involvement in multiple assassinations as well as fraud and embezzlement during his tenure as head of Project Coast, Dr. Basson was the sole witness in his defense. He was acquitted of all sixty seven charges against him. The legal contortions executed by the Judge Hartzenberg—all resulting in Basson’s acquittal—eventuated in the State moving to have the judge recused. Hartzenberg, however, refused to step down from the case.

Smallpox: A Deadly Shell Game

The recent announcement by the WHO that it was postponing a decision on destroying the remaining smallpox depositories—one allegedly in Russia at VECTOR and the other in the United States at the CDC—may not have been prompted by what the press has termed a difference of opinion between research groups. In fact, the WHO may have no idea how many labs actually possess the deadly variola virus. 

As widely reported, WHO's advisory committee on variola virus research (ACVVR), felt that the stocks should be maintained, as the live virus was still needed to develop antiviral drugs. 

On the opposing side, the WHO's advisory group of independent experts to review the smallpox research programme (AGIES) was reported as believing that there was no research justification for holding on to the stocks. 

The significance of a forgotten CIA document: MKULTRA

This June 27, 1994, document is stored at the National Security Archive at The George Washington University. 

It was written by a CIA advisory committee, and forwarded to the Presidential Committee on Human Radiation Experiments, which was preparing public hearings at the time. 

The document has many interesting implications. In this article, I want to focus on two. The first point concerns the CIA mind control program, MKULTRA.

A Senior Russian official has leveled charges that the United States is violating the Biological Weapons Convention and doing so too close for comfort to the Russian border.

As quoted in The Moscow Times, July 20, 2013, Russia's chief sanitary inspector, Gennady Onishchenko, has accused the U.S. of producing biological weapons in Georgia at a U.S. Navy facility that is run in concert with the Georgian government.

The facility, the Center Public Health Reference Laboratory (CPHR), is situated on a former Soviet military base and is located on the outskirts of Tbilisi. Here, the U.S. government is conducting activities in violation of the 1975 Biological Weapons Convention, Onischenko told Interfax on Saturday.

Those of us who research vaccine safety issues, which can include the ‘pedigrees’ of various viruses for which vaccines are manufactured, can’t help but wonder how so many unlikely cross-contaminations occur when, in nature, some, if not most, are highly improbable.

Those contacts apparently left him with inside information and a tremendous respect for genetic technological marvels such as the lab origins of H1N1 (explained in the video below); toxic eugenic vaccinations; resurrected pandemic viruses; 2006 World Health Organization (WHO) laws; Tamiflu’s apparent ability to progress into hallucinogenic effects equivalent to “Angel Dust”; laws and plans for upcoming pandemic flu storms; lab-created viruses; and reverse genetics, plus much more, all of which he discusses in this September 3, 2009 YouTube presentation:

Genetic Weapons--Can Your DNA Kill You?

It is a scene out of a futuristic political thriller—the Secretary of State issues secret orders for embassy officials to collect the DNA of foreign heads of state while the President, speaking at a $1000 a plate dinner, is surrounded by a contingent of Secret Service agents wiping clean his drinking glasses and picking up stray hair follicles. They are not just protecting the President—they are protecting the President's DNA.

If this sounds like a script treatment for a Hollywood version of a Philip K. Dick novel, consider this: The Secretary of State's name is Hillary Clinton and her directives to embassies were uncovered in a 2010 WikiLeaks cable release. The President in this scenario is Barack Obama and the Secret Service unit pledged to protect his DNA is a group of Navy stewards, as revealed in the 2009 book by Ronald Kessler, entitled In the President's Secret Service.

Our government's DNA obsession was again in the news this week as the Supreme Court handed down a decision, worthy of penning by George Orwell, that law enforcement collection of arrestees' DNA is not an invasion of privacy. The decision likened DNA to fingerprints, neatly sidestepping the fact that a person's complete genetic makeup is contained in those drops of blood that the police can now collect with impunity and without fear of a civil rights lawsuit.

Beyond the obvious surface concerns that this decision violates both the Fourth Amendment and the subsequent exclusionary rule, there are further, deeper concerns as to why our government is so keen on collecting our DNA.

This reporter is actively soliciting the input of veterans -- or civilians who have had access to military bases -- to determine the accuracy of allegations that biological and/or chemical weapons are being warehoused on US military bases. If you have been on military bases and have seen large vats of liquid being stored please contact me to tell me what you have witnessed.

The United States government maintains that it has destroyed its chemical weapons stockpiles and that, in accordance with the Biological Weapons Convention, is not stockpiling biological weapons. Recent investigations have indicated that this is a false assertion. (Source) 

A civilian contractor with a security clearance has come forward to allege that Sierra Army Depot has been storing large vats of liquid. The spokesperson for Sierra has denied this. When questioned as to what sorts of liquids were being stockpiled at Sierra Army Depot, a spokesperson for The Department of Homeland Security, Dr. Daniel Gerstein, denied the very existence of Sierra Army Depot, which is located in Herlong, California. Investigations have indicated that the United States of America is stockpiling these weapons with the intent to deploy them domestically. (Source)

I am requesting that anyone who has witnessed what may be biological and/or chemical stockpiles on military bases to come forward right away. There are indicators that there may be deployment before the end of 2013.

International AIDS Conference Attracts Eugenicists and Race Specific Depopulation

The 2012 International AIDS Conference (IAC) has attracted 40,000 of the world’s leading scientists, researchers, advocates and eugenicists to Washington DC. The topics of discussion are HIV vaccines, preventative measures and public policy.

A focus on underdeveloped nations and controlling the spread of HIV has prompted initiatives in countries like Puerto Rico by combining propaganda and forced participation in medical services.

Bill Gates, supporter of eugenics, spoke at the IAC. Gates asserted that the UN is showing the globally, HIV/AIDS is still “a problem”. While wealthy, industrialized nations, like the US, are the backbone of funding and research and development, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation have pledged $2.5 billion in HIV grants directly to the UN’s Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.

Gates is speaking with pharmaceutical corporations like Merck to assist in an HIV vaccine and support the use of citizens in under-developed nations for “a series of clinical trials” to ensure that an immunization is approved for global use.

At this year’s IAC, no mention is made of the origins of HIV, how the bioweapon targets black people, and how its domination over nations in Africa and India support the eugenics agenda.

At the International AIDS Conference (IAC) in Washington, DC, Hillary Clinton, US Secretary of State, told the audience that: “The United States is committed and will remain committed to achieving an AIDS-free generation. We will not back off, we will not back down. We will fight for the resources necessary to achieve this historic milestone.”

Clinton revealed that the US would pledge new funding efforts to have males in the Southern regions of Africa circumcised, while also directing money to research and development of drug corporation’s endeavors to stop HIV-infected women from passing the disease to their children.



As part of the eugenics efforts of the global Elite, forced male circumcision has been happening in Africa under the guise of women’s rights. The UN’s International Criminal Court has presided over these alleged criminals and classified their sentence to forced circumcision as part of “humane efforts” to stop their behavior.

Most of these “procedures” are conducted under mob rule with archaic disregard for human suffering. Kitchen knives, unsanitary conditions and lack of medical care afterward ensure that most of these victims do not survive long after their sentencing.

In what should amount to a wildly imaginative narrative created by an overzealous science fiction aficionado, the following agencies, their connections, and past actions are real, nonetheless.

Imagine, if you will, a world in which health sciences, disease control, cancer research, bio-weapons research, vaccine development, biotechnology, food and agriculture, national defense, and chemical companies all work together under the military. Then imagine, if you will, that a certain chemical company under the guise of a life sciences operation, produces an herbicide/defoliant for military use so destructive and highly toxic that contact with it causes cancer, diabetes and birth defects. And then that same chemical/life sciences company partners with a funding corporation whose team members include the ex-partner of the inventor of the world’s first completely synthetic organism, which was recently unleashed in the ocean and has since turned its ever-hungry sites on human flesh. Then imagine that same company with a monopoly on our food supply…

Sound like an episode out of the Twilight Zone or Dr. Who? Well, it’s not. It’s real, and it’s documented.

Germany’s superbug is weaponized with Bubonic Plague DNA

Food Freedom has deliberately refrained from posting any suggestion that Germany’s superbug is related to biowarfare, until further evidence emerged. Various sources now corroborate this story, including The Atlantic:

“On Tuesday [May 31], the German newspaper Süddeutsche Zeitung reported that [leading German E. coli researcher Helge] Karch had discovered that the O104:H4 bacteria responsible for the current outbreak is a so-called chimera that contains genetic materia from various E. coli bacteria. It also contains DNA sequences from plague bacteria, which makes it particularly pathogenic.”

Though he emphasized “There is no risk, however, that it could cause a form of plague,” Karch added that plague DNA sequences make the superbug “particularly pathogenic.”

Forensic evidence emerges that European e.coli superbug was bioengineered to produce human fatalities

Even as the veggie blame game is now under way across the EU, where a super resistant strain of e.coli is sickening patients and filling hospitals in Germany, virtually no one is talking about how e.coli could have magically become resistant to eight different classes of antibiotic drugs and then suddenly appeared in the food supply.

This particular e.coli variation is a member of the O104 strain, and O104 strains are almost never (normally) resistant to antibiotics. In order for them to acquire this resistance, they must be repeatedly exposed to antibiotics in order to provide the "mutation pressure" that nudges them toward complete drug immunity.

So if you're curious about the origins of such a strain, you can essentially reverse engineer the genetic code of the e.coli and determine fairly accurately which antibiotics it was exposed to during its development. This step has now been done (see below), and when you look at the genetic decoding of this O104 strain now threatening food consumers across the EU, a fascinating picture emerges of how it must have come into existence.
