Exposing the FDA's Vaccine Injury Cover-up: An Interview With Walter Kyle, Esq.

Regarding Vaccines, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims for Vaccine Damages, and HHS/FDA

Attorney Walter Kyle of Cape Cod, Massachusetts, began representing Plaintiffs with vaccine injuries ten years before the Vaccine Injury Act began, and has argued more than forty cases before the Special Masters of the United States Court of Federal Claims [under the Vaccine Injury Compensation Act] - 42 U.S.C.A. §300aa, et.seq. As a result, Attorney Kyle has unique insight into the nuances of vaccine injury law.

To start our interview, may I ask how you became involved in vaccine law?

I began representation of vaccine-injured clients in Arkansas in 1977. My first case out of law school was representing a paraplegic mother who acquired paralytic polio from mutated Sabin live trivalent oral polio vaccine [TOPV] viruses shed from her three-month-old infant’s diapers. Centers for Disease control classified the woman in the “immune deficient” category of “vaccine associated contact cases” from Type 2 Sabin vaccine.

Walter, you just mentioned the phrase “vaccine viruses shed.” For those who are not familiar with such terminology I’d like to say it means certain types of vaccines contain certain viruses that are alive and once injected into [orally administered to] an individual can infect others via contact with bodily fluids, excrement, and sometimes coughing or sneezing. In your first vaccine case, the mother contracted paralytic polio from viruses “shed” in her infant’s diapers soiled with urine and feces.

Walter, how did you present that case at court?

At the International AIDS Conference (IAC) in Washington, DC, Hillary Clinton, US Secretary of State, told the audience that: “The United States is committed and will remain committed to achieving an AIDS-free generation. We will not back off, we will not back down. We will fight for the resources necessary to achieve this historic milestone.”

Clinton revealed that the US would pledge new funding efforts to have males in the Southern regions of Africa circumcised, while also directing money to research and development of drug corporation’s endeavors to stop HIV-infected women from passing the disease to their children.

As part of the eugenics efforts of the global Elite, forced male circumcision has been happening in Africa under the guise of women’s rights. The UN’s International Criminal Court has presided over these alleged criminals and classified their sentence to forced circumcision as part of “humane efforts” to stop their behavior.

Most of these “procedures” are conducted under mob rule with archaic disregard for human suffering. Kitchen knives, unsanitary conditions and lack of medical care afterward ensure that most of these victims do not survive long after their sentencing.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved Gilead Sciences’ Truvada, the first pharmaceutical drug to prevent the virus that causes AIDS.

Some of the senior members of Gilead Sciences include:

John C. Martin, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, who served on the Centers for Disease Control/Health Resources and Services Administrations Advisory Committee on HIV and STD Prevention and Treatment and was a member of the Presidential Advisory Council on HIV/AIDS and worked for competitors Bristol-Myers Squibb and Syntex Corporation.

Robin L. Washington, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer who was a former accounting analyst for the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.

Kevin Young, Executive Vice President, Commercial Operations, who was appointed Commander of The British Empire for his service to the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.

Margaret Hamburg, FDA commissioner, released a statement saying that the approval by the FDA “marks an important milestone in our fight against HIV.”

Marketed as a preventative for people who are at high risk of contracting HIV through sexual activies, Turvada is supported by public health advocates that believe this pill will slow down the spread of HIV.

FDA: Gilead ad for Truvada 'misleading'

Editor's Note: I would recommend that you do some research about any new medication on the market, even those approved by the FDA considering the close relationship which exists between the FDA and the Pharmaceutical industry. A revolving door exists between many drug companies and the FDA. I also recommend that you watch the video below in which a scientific researcher admits that AIDS was developed by the U.S. during the development of the polio vaccines.

Regulators have warned Gilead Sciences Inc. about direct-to-consumer print advertising for its HIV drug, Truvada.

The Food and Drug Administration said Gilead's ad for Truvada touts the drug as "better or more effective than has been demonstrated." It asked Foster City-based Gilead (NASDAQ: GILD) to "immediately cease" the ads.

Specifically, the FDA takes issue with ads that show photographs of a woman who takes Truvada as part of her HIV combination therapy — at graduation, in an office setting and as a married woman sitting on a sofa — and appears to be happy and in good health. The headline above the images states, "HIV doesn't have to change the hopes and dreams I have now." Among the claims below the images is the line, "With once a day Truvada for my HIV, I can plan for long-term success."

"The print ad is false or misleading because it overstates the efficacy of Truvada, makes unsubstantiated claims and minimizes the risks associated with the drug," the FDA regulatory review officer Aline Moukhtara said in a letter to Joyce Acbay, Gilead's director of regulatory affairs.

The FDA said the "totality of these claims and presentations misleadingly suggests" that patients using Truvada can manage their HIV-1 RNA levels, or viral load, and increased CD4 cell count on a long-term basis. That, however, "has not been demonstrated by substantial evidence or substantial clinical experience," the FDA said.

Gilead does note in the ad — "in small, non-prominent font," the FDA said — that Truvada was evaluated "through 3 years of a clinical study" and "proven over the long term … in 3 years of a clinical study."

"However, this contextual information does not mitigate the overwhelming impression created by the prominent images and claims in the print ad, which suggest that patients can expect long-term treatment success with Truvada as they achieve their hopes and dreams, such as graduation, a career and marriage," the FDA said in its letter. "Any of these goals can easily take more than three years to accomplish."

Biogen Idec also was warned by the agency for a webcast promoting the multiple sclerosis therapy Tysabri.
