White House Gives Go-ahead For Elitists to Control DNA

It is official: in the name of "clean energy, pollution control and medicine," the White House is prepared to let scientists, spearheaded by the J. Craig Venter Institute, "manipulate DNA of organisms to forge new life forms," according to a recent AFP article.
The Orwellian language used by Barack Obama's Presidential Commission For The Study of Bioethical Issues is a study in wordiness, misdirection, and obfuscation that is typical when trying to cover up the true intent. For example, on one hand the Commission acknowledges that the J. Craig Venter Institute has found the ability to forge new life forms, but also states that Venter's team didn't create life, since the work primarily involved altering an already existing life form.
Since we won't get straight truth from the mainstream media, science, or the government, it is better advised to look at who Craig Venter is, and what public statements have been issued about this agenda that literally could transform the human race from a naturally evolving species into a manipulated computer code.
As far back as 2003, a BBC article titled Warning on Gene 'ID Cards' cited Craig Venter as a leading scientist in gene mapping who, at the time, was offering the "very rich" a chance to buy their map for $710,000. This sets up, in effect, a division of gene class where elites would have access to potentially life-saving information, while the underclass could be discriminated against by insurance companies and employers. The short article concludes with an even more critical warning by Dr. Helen Wallace of GeneWatch that, "What we could end up with is a massive DNA database by the back door." And this was almost 8 years ago.
In the intervening time, the possible misuse of such a database became clear in 2006 when collaboration between the J. Craig Venter Institute and Google resulted in a ZDNet article titled Google Accused of Bio-Piracy. Plans were revealed to "create a searchable online database of all the genes on the planet." The source of this story came from a Pulitzer Prize winner, David Vise, but to this day it seems that neither the J. Craig Venter Institute, nor Google have acknowledged any ongoing partnership.
The Institute announced in May of this year that it finally had created the first self-replicating, synthetic bacterial cell, dubbed Synthia by the media. Most people probably concluded that this was a rather innocuous, self-promoting announcement designed to receive funding. However, if one looks deeper into this press release, one should notice the words "synthetic genome." This is an admission that goes beyond simply altering an existing life form, as the Institute asserts, but illustrates the ability to replicate the entirety of an organism's hereditary information.
The technical breakdown of this initiative is exceedingly important, but is better left to experts in the field. Regardless, the assertions of the J. Craig Venter Institute have found the "software of life" are being taken seriously by the White House at a time when revelations about how computing, medicine, technology, and the police state are converging on an almost daily basis. In just the past month, the following stories made headlines:
- Lawsuits have been filed in Austin, TX by parents who have discovered that DNA had been secretly taken from babies and sold to pharmaceutical companies and/or the Armed Forces for genetic research as far back as 2002.
- Unions have started to implement biometric ID "threat assessment" cards at the behest of Homeland Security in a "cooperative effort between public and private authorities."
- Iris scan technology is being used by NYC law enforcement to create a biometric database in homage to Minority Report.
- GM Mosquitoes have been released in the Cayman Islands to combat Dengue fever, while noted depopulation advocate, Bill Gates, has been funding the initiative.
- Connections have been made between the above-mentioned Dengue fever mosquito release to the history of CIA bioweapons research, as well as various NGOs and Globalist think tanks that will apply the funding of The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation toward "flying vaccines" as a solution to the "problem" of viruses.
The flowery language that comes from elite circles about Utopian equality ring empty in the face of their documented history of discriminatory programs and depopulation initiatives. Giving over our blood, and now our life force, to elites who long ago distanced themselves from the concerns of the average man and woman does not bode well for the health of humanity.

Invisible DNA body spray technology may soon be installed at a business near you

A U.K. company has developed a technology that it says will help deter thieves from robbing local businesses. SelectaDNA Spray, as it is called, coats robbers with an invisible DNA mist that cannot be washed off and remains present on skin and hair for weeks, allowing authorities to better link culprits to the crimes they commit. The system is already used in nine other countries, and will soon be coming to the U.S., according to reports.
The SelectaDNA company says the mist "cling[s] to fib[er]s and sit[s] in creases of the skin" after being sprayed, which can then be scanned with special ultraviolet light. Proponents of the system say the mist provides the solid evidence needed to prove the guilt of criminals, but others wonder how effective and accurate the system actually is in practical terms.
When the mist is sprayed, there is no telling how many innocent bystanders will also get coated in the DNA and be potentially linked to crimes they did not commit. And if criminals are able to obtain cans of the DNA themselves, they may use it to frame other people for crimes.
Although the company claims the spray is "harmless", it is said to penetrate both hair and skin, which may cause unknown damage to health. And when sprayed, the substance is likely inhaled by everyone within close proximity, implanting microscopic DNA and other substances in their lungs.
Thus far, no businesses that have installed SelectaDNA Spray have been robbed, which indicates that it may be effective at deterring crimes. But since the technology has yet to be used in a real-life situation, it is difficult to say whether or not it actually helps to solve crimes.
Overall crime rates have remained roughly the same in areas where SelectaDNA Spray systems have been installed, as criminals have simply resorted to robbing businesses that do not use the technology, say officials.

The government has discovered a new way to obtain Americans’ blood in pursuit of an effort to surreptitiously build a huge national DNA database, by taking blood samples for HIV testing when drivers renew their license at the DMV.
“Starting Tuesday, getting tested for HIV in the District will be as easy as renewing a driver’s license,” reports the Washington Post.
“In what District officials say is the first effort of its kind in the nation, the city will partner with a nonprofit group to offer free HIV testing at the Department of Motor of Vehicles office in Penn Branch in Southeast Washington. Participants will receive up to $15 to help defray their DMV costs.”
The new program is of course voluntary, but as Alex Jones exposed over a decade ago, the eventual plan, under a 1993 executive order signed by Bill Clinton, is to institute mandatory blood and urine testing at the DMV.
Police in Texas and Idaho are already forcibly jabbing needles into people’s arms and taking their blood at DUI checkpoints, even if they are merely “suspected” of being drunk.
Despite being littered with internal checkpoints that are now starting to pop up all over America, not even the Nazis or the Soviets sank to the depth of having their goons forcibly stick needles into people’s arms to take their blood.
The practice of cops drawing blood at the side of the road has been in place in some areas since 1995 but the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has indicated that the program is ultimately intended to be introduced nationwide.
Nicole Watson, the College of Western Idaho phlebotomy instructor teaching the Idaho officers, described how the process would unfold.
“Once they’re back on patrol, they will draw blood of any suspected drunk driver who refuses a breath test. They’ll use force if they need to, such as getting help from another officer to pin down a suspect and potentially strap them down, Watson said.”
Of course, once Americans are trained to accept authority figures jabbing them with needles against their will on a whim, programs for mandatory mass vaccination will be all the more easier to implement.
As we covered earlier this year, the government is harvesting samples of DNA from every newborn child in the country, storing them in monolithic bio banks and providing them to outside researchers and other agencies such as the Department of Homeland Security, all without the consent or knowledge of parents.
In April 2008, President Bush signed into law a bill which formerly announced the process that the federal government has been engaged in for years, screening the DNA of all newborn babies in the U.S. within six months of birth.
Described as a “national contingency plan” the justification for the law S. 1858, known as The Newborn Screening Saves Lives Act of 2007, is that it represents preparation for any sort of “public health emergency.”
The bill states that the federal government should “continue to carry out, coordinate, and expand research in newborn screening” and “maintain a central clearinghouse of current information on newborn screening… ensuring that the clearinghouse is available on the internet and is updated at least quarterly”.
Sections of the bill also make it clear that DNA may be used in genetic experiments and tests, both by the government and by researchers chosen to handle the DNA samples and the information that goes with them.
Allowing the government to illegally obtain and store Americans’ blood is a total invasion of privacy and completely unconstitutional. Every effort should be made by citizens to resist this tyranny and prevent the bloodsucking state from building their national DNA database.
