Operating out of South Africa during the apartheid era in the early 1980s, Dr. Wouter Basson launched a secret bioweapons project called Project Coast. The goal of the project was to develop biological and chemical agents that would either kill or sterilize the black population and assassinate political enemies. Among the agents developed were Marburg and Ebola viruses.

Basson is surrounded by cloak-and-dagger intrigue, as he told Pretoria High court in South Africa that “The local CIA agent in Pretoria threatened me with death on the sidewalk of the American Embassy in Schoeman Street.” According to a 2001 article in The New Yorker magazine,the American Embassy in Pretoria was “terribly concerned” that Basson would reveal deep connections between Project Coast and the United States.

The Second Ebola Outbreak Is Just As Strange As The First

Exactly one month ago I wrote about, and charted the alarming spread of the Ebola virus. As I explained in the article, the virus is behaving very strangely. It doesn’t become infectious until the person shows symptoms, it isn’t airborne and it’s extremely lethal; all conditions that would normally keep a virus from reaching an epidemic status. And yet it continues to spread like wildfire.

By the time I had the opportunity to write about it, 800 people had died in the span of over 5 months. Now one month later, the number of deaths has nearly doubled to over 1500 people. Extrapolating on that trend, it would not be surprising to see the virus infect over a hundred thousand people by December.

Despite the uncharacteristic spread of the virus, it isn’t the oddest thing to come out of the news lately. Recently it was found that the Ebola virus had spread to the Congo, and a total of 31 people have died of the infection. In a strange twist, however, that outbreak ended up being completely unrelated to the Ebola in Western Africa:

If I had a cure for Ebola, I could never sell it to you.  I don’t have a cure for Ebola of course, but even if I did I could never promote it.  And if you have a cure for Ebola and you start promoting it on the Internet, men with guns could soon show up at your door.

Unfortunately, I am not kidding.  Even if you have made a discovery that could potentially save millions of lives, that will not earn you an ounce of mercy from the FDA.  In fact, the FDA has just issued a statement that contains a chilling warning for anyone that is claiming that they know how to prevent or cure Ebola.  And without a doubt, FDA bureaucrats are scouring the Internet right now for any sign of an Ebola cure or treatment.  When they find one, they are likely to crack down very hard based on their history.  So if you do have a cure for Ebola, you might want to be very, very careful.  You could end up having men with automatic weapons conducting a military-style raid on your home when you least expect it.

Another scandal surrounding Ebola has exploded in Africa.

As reported in African media, such as DailyPost Nigeria,Sahara Reporters, and All Africa (but nowhere I’ve found in the American mainstream media), it has now come out the Liberian government likely knew that Patrick Sawyer was infected with the Ebola virus but cleared him for travel anyway.

CDC Criteria For Ebola Transmission: “Being Within 3 Feet” or “In Same Room” Can Lead To Infection

Public health officials and the corporate media haven’t been telling you the truth regarding the Ebola outbreak.

For months, any time you heard mainstream news discuss the topic, they have made it a priority to insist Ebola is only transferred by exchanging bodily fluids.

SCG News has suspected for some time now that this is not true. Recent changes made by CDC criteria for Ebola transmission seem to suggest this claim is correct.

From the CDC update:

Ebola reaches UK: Briton feared to have caught virus after travelling in West Africa

A BRITON is feared to have caught the deadly Ebola virus after travelling in the West African region where it has claimed more than 800 lives.

Health chiefs in Wales said yesterday that the condition of the suspected victim is being "closely monitored".

Officials confirmed that the unnamed patient from Cardiff, South Wales, contacted them after feeling ill on their return to British soil.

They were effectively quarantined in their own home and would speak to doctors on a daily basis until the threat was deemed to have passed.

Public Health Wales said the patient believed they "may have been exposed" to the virus which has killed 826 people in Liberia, Sierra Leone, Nigeria and Guinea.

Spokesperson Anna Humphries said: "We have known about this person for the last week - somebody travelled in West Africa and came back a week ago.

"They identified they may have been exposed to Ebola.

"The reason we haven't spoken about this before is the individual is not currently a case of ebola."

She said there was "no risk to the public" posed by the quarantined traveller and stressed that the case is unconfirmed.  Read more

The Department of Defense and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) classify the Ebola virus as a biowarfare agent. Reports of up to 90% of humans infected die within a very short time. Therefore, it is a very real, extremely potent potential weapon of mass destruction.

Every single day Ebola keeps cropping up in different places, eight cases spreading into Africa’s most populated nation Nigeria, several more now have surfaced beyond the African continent with suspected new cases in Hong Kong and Saudi Arabia. At least six others fresh off flights from West Africa are currently being quietly tested at locations here in the US in New York, Philadelphia and Ohio. With all the latest news of the spreading outbreak understandably giving rise to public fear and panic that it is just a plane ride away now, millions if not billions on this planet are pondering whether the African pandemic might be rapidly turning into a global epidemic spreading to every corner of the earth. Of course to reduce these concerns, the World Health Organization (WHO) and US government are busily downplaying the risks to citizens here in North America.

Is it coincidence that the first two Americans suffering from the deadly disease are now inside the US border? Is it coincidence that the most deadly outbreak of the disease in history has admittedly now killed nearly 900 West Africans already this year? Over 200 more than just a few days ago? Is it coincidence that President Obama has just signed an executive order to have the power to begin rounding up American citizens with respiratory diseases against their will? Is it coincidence that FEMA roundups are about to begin in Los Angeles, deceiving homeless people with the carrot stick of a meal to corral them into those FEMA concentration camps and Halliburton refurbished, soon to no longer be empty prisons we’ve been hearing about?

Media coverage is now focusing on the experimental Ebola treatments being given to two American Ebola patients who contracted it while caring for victims in Africa — the site of the world's deadliest outbreak.

But that Ebola treatment, created by a leading bioengineering scientist from the University of Arizona who "joked" about wiping out humanity with a "better" genetically engineered virus during a post-lecture Q&A focused on over-population issues, citing the Hollywood film 'Contagion.'

As Truthstream Media previously reported, on February 2, 2012, Dr. Charles Arntzen, head of The Biodesign Institute for Infectious Diseases and Vaccinology, responded to a question pertaining to whether feeding the 8 billion people of the world was worth it, or whether population reduction should be pursued.

The scientist quipped:

“Has anybody seen ‘Contagion’? That’s the answer! Go out and use genetic engineering to create a better virus… 25 percent of the population is supposed to go in Contagion.”

Ebola Outbreak: Critical Questions About the Pandemic

There are rumors that there already is a vaccine for Ebola, and many medical companies have been working on finding  a cure. NIH ( National Institute of Health ) is going to launch testing in September.  

Results from the study should be available by January, Fauci said. If the vaccine proves safe and effective, Fauci said he expects that it could be given to health workers in affected African countries sometime in 2015. "We are starting to discuss some deals with pharmaceutical companies to help scale it up, so on an emergency basis, it might be available in 2015 for health workers who are putting themselves at extreme risk," Fauci said. 

There are currently no effective treatments or vaccines for Ebola, which causes fever and headache in early stages but can lead to hemorrhaging, liver failure and kidney failure in later stages. But scientists have been working on four or five preventive vaccines that appear effective.  (Source)

This small biopharma company in Owensboro, KY, has been contracted to grow the drug. Now what gets interesting is that this small company which is focused on developing this vaccine is linked to DARPA.  

Owensboro, KY - The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) has announced that Kentucky Bioprocessing (KBP), LLC, is being awarded an agreement for developing a proof-of-concept platform capable of delivering vaccine grade recombinant protein, an essential component of future vaccines. 

The platform is a plant based system that uses non-genetically modified tobacco plants as a host for the expression of vaccine grade recombinant protein. The goal of the project is to demonstrate that plant based systems are scalable for rapid delivery of purified recombinant protein that meet all FDA requirements for human use.  (Source)

Doctor: ‘There’s Not Enough PANIC and Customers to Make an Ebola Vaccine’ — Oh Really?

A short two-minute video Bloomberg News uploaded to YouTube attempts to explain why the world doesn’t already have a widely available Ebola vaccine.

(Trusting the ingredients of such a thing and whether or not you would personally take it is another matter entirely, but hold on a second.)

What’s fascinating about this clip is what Dr. Ben Neuman, University of Reading, says towards the end.

Neuman explains that because viruses easily mutate, “It’s not just one drug we need for Ebola. We need a cocktail of drugs and perhaps a nice vaccine that could be used.”



Hm. Sounds like a Big Pharma hay day pay day, does it not?

But Dr. Ben also goes on to explain why the major pharmaceutical companies haven’t been all that eager to produce this cocktail of drugs and vaccines — which would surely translate to big bucks — just yet.

5 Questions About the Ebola Scare

Now that the Ebola situation has hit the 24/7 mainstream media zoo, serious questions are being raised as to why now.



After all, people were dying of Ebola in the hundreds in West Africa before this week. Aid workers and doctors were getting infected before. These things are not new, but the sudden media focus raises lots of questions.

In its statement, Emory said its “physicians, nurses and staff are highly trained in the specific and unique protocols and procedures necessary to treat and care for this type of patient. For this specially trained staff, these procedures are practiced on a regular basis throughout the year so we are fully prepared for this type of situation.”

A spokeswoman for Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed declined to answer questions about the matter. A spokeswoman for Emory University did not immediately respond to an e-mail seeking additional comment.

I hope you will understand that I have to go here. I am a truth seeker. No one really knows what happens at the annual Bilderberg meetings (other than those who attend). But this year there were a lot of questions as to why a lowly Mayor from Atlanta, Georgia was invited. After all, this is a gathering of global financial elite for the most part.
