To these troubles are added a resurgence of tensions with Russia and a relationship with China divided between pledges of cooperation and public recrimination. The concept of order that has underpinned the modern era is in crisis.

The search for world order has long been defined almost exclusively by the concepts of Western societies. In the decades following World War II, the U.S.—strengthened in its economy and national confidence—began to take up the torch of international leadership and added a new dimension. A nation founded explicitly on an idea of free and representative governance, the U.S. identified its own rise with the spread of liberty and democracy and credited these forces with an ability to achieve just and lasting peace. The traditional European approach to order had viewed peoples and states as inherently competitive; to constrain the effects of their clashing ambitions, it relied on a balance of power and a concert of enlightened statesmen. The prevalent American view considered people inherently reasonable and inclined toward peaceful compromise and common sense; the spread of democracy was therefore the overarching goal for international order. Free markets would uplift individuals, enrich societies and substitute economic interdependence for traditional international rivalries.

This effort to establish world order has in many ways come to fruition. A plethora of independent sovereign states govern most of the world’s territory. The spread of democracy and participatory governance has become a shared aspiration if not a universal reality; global communications and financial networks operate in real time.

Defense Report Sees Environmental Warfare, Corporate Armies and Robot Takeover

In 2006, the United Kingdom’s Ministry of Defense published the DCDC Strategic Trends 2007-2036 report, outlining possible scenarios for technology, society and world politics. Among other issues, the 2006 report accurately envisioned a “revolutionary middle class” that would revolt against economic hardship and burdens of debt.

An updated version of the report was published on June 30, 2014. Titled "Global Strategic Trends out to 2045", the report outlines a future in which globalization limits countries “freedom of action”, alternative currencies challenge the establishment, environmental warfare and viruses delivered via insect-machine hybrids.

China and the Outsourcing of the American Republic

In a rare instance of real journalism, ABC news aired a report on the increasing number of foreign workers being contracted and imported into the United States for the purpose of rebuilding U.S. infrastructure.

It is part of a trend in globalization that sees an increasing Chinese presence in the United States, including everything from banking to outright purchase of U.S. cities to planting Chinese flags on U.S. soil to GM effectively becoming China Motors to buying up U.S. oil and gas deposits.

Indeed, ABC journalist Chris Cuomo of the Bringing America Back division of ABC News has reported that, out of the various different infrastructure repair projects being undertaken in the United States, a sizeable portion of those projects have been outsourced to foreign companies, particularly Chinese firms, who have then imported their own workers for the projects.

For instance, Cuomo cites a $400 million renovation of the Alexander Hamilton bridge in New York, a $7.2 billion California project to build a new bridge in order to connect San Francisco and Oakland, and a proposed $190 million bridge project in Alaska as examples of foreign firms and labor being imported in place of what should have been American workers.

An empire seeking to covertly overrun a targeted nation would ideally do so with an opposition movement featuring the complete obfuscation of all ties to its foreign sponsors. And for centuries under Imperial Britannia, and now under its most recent reincarnation, Anglo-American "globalization," that is precisely what has been done. Using the Trans-Pacific Partnership to Expand NAFTA and Strip National Sovereignty

Both Canada and Mexico have been invited to join the U.S., along with other countries already engaged in negotiations which will deepen trade and economic ties within the Asia-Pacific region. Such a deal would surpass NAFTA in size and scope.

The U.S. led talks which have been criticized for their secretive nature, could be used to update aspects of existing trade pacts among member nations. This would provide the perfect opportunity for a backdoor renegotiation of NAFTA without officially having to open it back up.

After expressing interest in joining trade talks back in November 2011, NAFTA partners have been invited to join the U.S. backed Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) which also includes Australia, Brunei, Chile, Malaysia, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore and Vietnam. U.S. Trade Representative Ron Kirk welcomed both Mexico and Canada into the TPP fold.

The enslavement of humanity is replete throughout history. The reason is simple: The nature of societies allows corrupt sociopaths and malicious methods of domination to rule. Nevertheless, not all people are aware of this conflict. In today’s America, a huge majority actually believes it is sensible that governments have the ability to bestow rights and privileges. Dedicated readers of Breaking All The Rules are familiar with the arguments that challenge the legitimacy of the federal government. However, how many really understand that the political practice of extortion is universal among ruling regimes and based upon a common axiom of plunder?

This maxim accepts that the fallen nature of man is a truth of our nature and that the instinctive motivation for an individual to overcome this condition is the source of innate opposition to repressive governments. Once in awhile a learning tool emerges that explains the big picture succinctly.

In Greece there have been continued protests over what the people view as bad policies that the government has taken. In South East Asia there continues to be protests over the governments fiscal policies and austerity measures. Andrew Gavin Marshall says that these incidents are about the collapse of western civilization. Marshall continues and says as the debt crisis spreads, governments will implement fiscal austerity measures and naturally people will protest and riot.

The planet is in a constant phase of artificial restructuring; that is, an evolutionary process that is not natural. Forces we pay little attention to are guiding our nations and our very lives. Let us begin our voyage at the early part of the 20th century, circa 1909. 

Congressional investigator for the Reece Committee on the illicit actions of tax-exempt foundations, Norman Dodd, very well documented the subversive agenda of such organizations during the mid-20th century.[1] Having had the privilege to view the minutes of early meetings (i.e. 1909) from the Carnegie Endowment, he came across discussions on modes of societal control.[2] War (as later affirmed again in the 1967Report from Iron Mountain), they concluded, was the ultimate mode of control.[3] The question that followed was: how to induce the United States into a war? Five years later, we had our first great war for civilization, obviously implicating the foundation networks in their agenda.

In July 1944, the IMF and Bank for Reconstruction and Development (now the World Bank) were established to integrate developing nations into the Global North-dominated world economy in ways other than initially mandated.

Under a new post-war monetary system, the IMF was created to stabilize exchange rates linked to the dollar and bridge temporary payment imbalances. The World Bank was to provide credit to war-torn developing countries. Both bodies, in fact, proved hugely exploitive, using debt entrapment to transfer public wealth to Western bankers and other corporate predators.

So said congressman Rayburn to congressman Snell’s question: “What is this bill about?”

That was way back in the summer of 1937, when Congress was being asked to essentially outlaw a drug they knew nothing about, marijuana. But realistically, marijuana had little to do with it. The real issue was non-drug industrial hemp.

Industrialists were like scarab beetles, rolling around this giant ball of profit protection, and they ran right over the domestic hemp industry. Hemp presented way too much competition, too much threat to entrenched and entrenching profits. Took a pretty big ball of dung, but the scarabs rolled it expertly, professionals. Except for several years of heavy production during WWII, under the feds’ “Hemp for Victory” campaign -- which told the truth about hemp and helped us win the war -- not a single acre of hemp has been legally grown in America since 1937. Seventy-four years and counting. That was one enormous ball of dung. The entire hemp-prohibition infamy could be called a dung deal, especially as related to the commonwealth.

The 20th Century was the most destructive era in history. Deaths from all the wars and the genocides estimated at 160 million may seem small if the planet descends into the approaching holocaust.  Globalization is the catchword of the ruling class. Sovereign nations are obsolete to the corporatists. Militarization for suppressing conflicts is the mission, since warfare among nations are passé. The old alliances based upon ethnic composition or ideology has vanished. Only dissenters against the New World Order pose a threat to the Novo Ordo Seclorum.  

This New Order of the Ages has been in the works for over a millennium. Lest you forget the horrors of man’s inhumanity to man, a short vignette looks back at some of the worst practices of Totalitarian Collectivism.

Statism is the common thread that links all totalitarian regimes. Most living souls do not believe that the Soviet, Lenin and Stalin gulag, is possible today. A diluted revulsion level of atrocities is characteristic of the media script of current events. Disconnect between what really happens and what is reported is so dramatic that reality is unknown to most people. 

The term NeoCon, commonly used as a synonym for neoconservative, begs the real issue. There is nothing conservative about a top-down authoritarian central government. Originally, refugees from the liberal Marxist strain, the former Bush NeoCon cronies applied their perverted viewpoint to discredit the meaning of real conservatism. Now you have the Obama LibCons outdoing their statist cousins to advance the War Party outreach intervention, well beyond Iraq and Afghanistan.

Superman Renounces U.S. Citizenship in 'Action Comics' #900

Comics Alliance-After recently undertaking a journey to walk -- not fly -- across the United States in the "Grounded" storyline and reconnect with the country and everyday Americans, Superman appears to be taking another step that could have major implications for his national identity: in Action Comics #900...

...Superman announces that he is going to give up his U.S. citizenship. Despite very literally being an alien immigrant, Superman has long been seen as a patriotic symbol of "truth, justice, and the American way," from his embrace of traditional American ideals to the iconic red and blue of his costume. What it means to stand for the "American way" is an increasingly complicated thing, however, both in the real world and in superhero comics, whose storylines have increasingly seemed to mirror current events and deal with moral and political complexities rather than simple black and white morality.

The key scene takes place in "The Incident," a short story in Action Comics #900 written by David S. Goyer with art by Miguel Sepulveda. In it, Superman consults with the President's national security advisor, who is incensed that Superman appeared in Tehran to non-violently support the protesters demonstrating against the Iranian regime, no doubt an analogue for the recent real-life protests in the Middle East. However, since Superman is viewed as an American icon in the DC Universe as well as our own, the Iranian government has construed his actions as the will of the American President, and indeed, an act of war.



Superman replies that it was foolish to think that his actions would not reflect politically on the American government, and that he therefore plans to renounce his American citizenship at the United Nations the next day -- and to continue working as a superhero from a more global than national perspective. From a "realistic" standpoint it makes sense; it would indeed be impossible for a nigh-omnipotent being ideologically aligned with America to intercede against injustice beyond American borders without creating enormous political fallout for the U.S. government.

The Realization is Now

New polling out this week shows that Americans are frustrated with the world and pessimistic about the future. They're losing patience with the economy, with their prospects, with their leaders (of both parties).

What's actually happening is this: we're realizing that the industrial revolution is fading. The 80 year long run that brought ever-increasing productivity (and along with it, well-paying jobs for an ever-expanding middle class) is ending.

It's one thing to read about the changes the internet brought, it's another to experience them. People who thought they had a valuable skill or degree have discovered that being an anonymous middleman doesn't guarantee job security. Individuals who were trained to comply and follow instructions have discovered that the deal is over... and it isn't their fault, because they've always done what they were told.

Why Public Support for Free Trade Will Collapse Soon

For once, some good news: public support for free trade will almost certainly collapse over the next few years.  On this issue, the public is way ahead of the political class in the quality of its thinking, and the average hardware store owner in Nebraska understands the real economics involved better than the average U.S. Senator.

Public opinion certainly continues to turn against free trade: an NBC-Wall Street Journal poll in September 2010 found 53% of Americans believing free trade agreements hurt the U.S., with only 17% believing them beneficial.  (The split had been 30%  vs. 39% in the dot-com boom year of 1999.)  86%  named outsourcing to low-wage nations the key cause of America’s failure to emerge fully from recession and create jobs, significantly outranking choices like the federal deficit. The turn against free trade was sharpest among the affluent and cut across boundaries of class, region, and political affiliation.

As of early 2011, there are four missing prerequisites for free trade to explode as an issue and collapse as a policy:

1.    Everyone is still preoccupied with the financial crisis, its aftermath, and recovery from recession, especially job recovery.

2.    There remains a residual sense in the minds of the public and the lawmakers that somehow free trade, despite all its problems, is still sound economics, and that perhaps we should just keep on eating our spinach because it will be good for us in the end.

3.    There is no obvious alternative policy on the table. There is instead a grab bag of issues, ranging from Chinese currency manipulation to the proposed Korea, Colombia, and Panama free trade agreements. This paucity of credible alternatives feeds the defeatist attitude that nothing fundamental can be done, which feeds apathy.

4.    A specific crisis has not happened to force the system out of its old way of doing things as the debacle in subprime mortgages upended our financial system in 2008 and made continuation of prior policy impossible whether anyone wanted it or not.

Unreported Soros Event Aims to Remake Entire Global Economy

WSJ-Two years ago, George Soros said he wanted to reorganize the entire global economic system. In two short weeks, he is going to start - and no one seems to have noticed.

On April 8, a group he's funded with $50 million is holding a major economic conference and Soros's goal for such an event is to "establish new international rules" and "reform the currency system." It's all according to a plan laid out in a Nov. 4, 2009, Soros op-ed calling for "a grand bargain that rearranges the entire financial order."

The event is bringing together "more than 200 academic, business and government policy thought leaders' to repeat the famed 1944 Bretton Woods gathering that helped create the World Bank and International Monetary Fund. Soros wants a new 'multilateral system," or an economic system where America isn't so dominant.

More than two-thirds of the slated speakers have direct ties to Soros. The billionaire who thinks "the main enemy of the open society, I believe, is no longer the communist but the capitalist threat" is taking no chances.

Thus far, this global gathering has generated less publicity than a spelling bee. And that's with at least four journalists on the speakers list, including a managing editor for the Financial Times and editors for both Reuters and The Times. Given Soros's warnings of what might happen without an agreement, this should be a big deal. But it's not.

What is a big deal is that Soros is doing exactly what he wanted to do. His 2009 commentary pushed for "a new Bretton Woods conference, like the one that established the post-WWII international financial architecture." And he had already set the wheels in motion.

Just a week before that op-ed was published, Soros had founded the New York City-based Institute for New Economic Thinking (INET), the group hosting the conference set at the Mount Washington Resort, the very same hotel that hosted the first gathering. The most recent INET conference was held at Central European University, in Budapest. CEU received $206 million from Soros in 2005 and has $880 million in its endowment now, according to The Chronicle of Higher Education.

This, too, is a gathering of Soros supporters. INET is bringing together prominent people like former U.K. Prime Minister Gordon Brown, former Fed Chairman Paul Volcker and Soros, to produce "a lot of high-quality, breakthrough thinking."

While INET claims more than 200 will attend, only 79 speakers are listed on its site - and it already looks like a Soros convention. Twenty-two are on Soros-funded INET's board and three more are INET grantees. Nineteen are listed as contributors for another Soros operation - Project Syndicate, which calls itself "the world's pre-eminent source of original op-ed commentaries" reaching "456 leading newspapers in 150 countries." It's financed by Soros's Open Society Institute. That's just the beginning.

The speakers include:

•Volcker is chairman of President Obama's Economic Advisory Board. He wrote the forward for Soros's best-known book, 'The Alchemy of Finance' and praised Soros as "an enormously successful speculator" who wrote "with insight and passion" about the problems of globalization.

The uprisings in the Middle East, the unrest that is tearing apart nations such as the Ivory Coast, the bubbling discontent in Greece, Ireland and Britain and the labor disputes in states such as Wisconsin and Ohio presage the collapse of globalization. They presage a world where vital resources, including food and water, jobs and security, are becoming scarcer and harder to obtain. They presage growing misery for hundreds of millions of people who find themselves trapped in failed states, suffering escalating violence and crippling poverty. They presage increasingly draconian controls and force—take a look at what is being done to Pfc. Bradley Manning—used to protect the corporate elite who are orchestrating our demise.

We must embrace, and embrace rapidly, a radical new ethic of simplicity and rigorous protection of our ecosystem—especially the climate—or we will all be holding on to life by our fingertips. We must rebuild radical socialist movements that demand that the resources of the state and the nation provide for the welfare of all citizens and the heavy hand of state power be employed to prohibit the plunder by the corporate power elite. We must view the corporate capitalists who have seized control of our money, our food, our energy, our education, our press, our health care system and our governance as mortal enemies to be vanquished.

In the last article, I briefly discussed a proposal made by the FDA which was very similar to one made by Congress five years earlier. This proposal would have allowed production companies to use terms such as “electronically pasteurized” instead of “irradiated” and, going further, simply allow the food to be categorized as “pasteurized” with no indication whatsoever that the food had been subject to radiation.

The proposal made by the FDA in April, 2007 is an interesting one indeed. In the opening summary of the text, the FDA states that one of the purposes of the proposal is to make it so that “only those irradiated foods in which the irradiation causes a material change in the food, or a material change in the consequences that may result from the use of the food, bear the radura logo and the term ‘irradiation,’ or a derivative thereof, in conjunction with explicit language describing the change in the food or its conditions of use.”[1] 

While this may seem like a strengthening of a rule, in reality it is not. This proposal is merely another cover mechanism for the pretense of protecting the consumer with strong regulation, while allowing industry to do just what it wants, i.e. produce high levels of irradiated food to cover up unsanitary manufacturing practices.

East will never meet the West of Adam Smith. China never had a culture or tradition of respecting individual human rights. Why would anyone assume that a regime that houses worker slaves in huge chicken coops would adopt a fair trade economy? The Chinese juggernaut is a creature of Western creation. The Red Dragon never reflects the noble contributions of wealth development that grew a stable middle class and spread the fruits of democratic principles. The Chinese model is a harbinger of the global gulag and the coerced society designed to demolish cherished Western Civilization values and liberties. The masters of political confrontations have found a better way than waging world wars for imposing their planetary dominance.

In reality, the real problem that the U.S. government has with China is two-fold: China's growth is pushing aside U.S. influence/power all over the world, which has negative influence on the profits of U.S. corporations, which are losing contracts to Chinese companies.

In response, the U.S. is provoking China in the media and militarily, encircling China by arming U.S. allies in the region, especially India, Japan and South Korea. Hillary Clinton responded to this allegation by denying it, while the Obama administration immediately contradicted her by its actions.

Missing in this viewpoint is an appreciation about understanding Asia from a true American warrior. A 1983 Time magazine report from the distinguished Hugh Sidey sums up the wisdom of a lost opportunity for keeping the United States out of another international interventionist tragedy. "Twice Kennedy talked about Asia with General Douglas MacArthur, and each time he came away hushed and thoughtful from what he considered an audience with greatness. MacArthur told Kennedy both times to stay out of a land war on mainland Asia. That is one of the reasons I believe Kennedy would have done differently in Viet Nam and that our history would have been far happier if he had lived".

Internationalism is the curse of America. A full-scale war is not an option. The eminentRichard Russell succinctly states, "China wants to be the most powerful financial power on the planet. Note that I said China wants to be a "financial power," not a military power. Militarily, China simply wants to neutralize the US, and be on a military level with the US. China knows that nobody can win the next major war between super-powers (both sides would be utterly destroyed)".China is no friend of our country. However, the proponents of free trade deliberately conspired to ruin the domestic economy in order to replace free enterprise with a corporate/state substitute. A "new phase of globalization" is Taking Shape in Beijing, Flag Planted on American Soil, claims Activist Post:

China is becoming a principal global investor. In so doing, it is entrenching itself as an engine of growth for the future, which has an added effect of laying the groundwork for its own currency to take a central role in the new relationships being developed.

At the heart of China's global initiative is China Development Bank; counterpart to the U.S. Federal Reserve Bank. However, unlike the private Federal Reserve, China's investment bank is firmly under state control, not the other way around, allowing it to openly invest domestically and abroad, while integrating coherent government policy decisions. Its investment strategy is rooted in entering a market where they can 'buy up low-priced (financial) assets.'

China’s huge accumulation of US dollars gives it the sway to lead the United States by the nose like a sheep to slaughter, holding in its hands the power to decide the economic destiny of the now collapsing American empire. The culmination of this process moved a step closer this week when Hu Jintao made it clear that China was preparing to sharpen the knife for the bloodletting to begin, by deriding the dollar as a "product of the past" and signaling its replacement with a new global monetary system based around the Chinese yuan.

Most astute observers of the rapidly rising prices in the real cost of living should agree. Yet many introspective consumers are oblivious to the significance of the harsh consequences from a Chinese model corporatist economy. In an article in the Washington Times China: U.S. No. 1 no more, Michael Pell exposes the actual objective of the New World Order intentions for universal subjugation.

As Constantine Menges wrote in "China: The Gathering Threat," "In the traditional Chinese view, the world needs a hegemon - or dominant state - to prevent disorder. The communist Chinese regime believes China should be that hegemon." Traditionally, the Chinese communists have cloaked their hegemonic ambitions under the guidance of the late Deng Xiaoping to "keep a cool head and maintain a low profile. Never take the lead - but aim to do something big.

The fanfare of the Beijing 2008 Olympics’ is reminiscent of the 1936 Berlin Games. A fascist state under any name or uniform is still a menace to the remnants that defend Western Civilization. The display of adoration by the Obama administration for the inheritor of Mao Zedong legacy is disgusting. Hu Jintao practices a more cultivated version of the same tyranny. Even more reason why the Gold Forecaster editorial, The U.S. & China Going In Opposite Directions, has it correct. 

China is racing to be the number one economic world power and the U.S. is retreating from that position, slowly but surely. Each day, the power of the U.S. to dominate or even influence China falls slightly. Each day the power of China to influence and eventually dominate the global economy grows. At this moment in time China owns around half of U.S. Treasuries. They are already in a position to hurt the U.S. very badly, should they want to. But it is not in the interests of China to do that. China is empire-building and doesn't want to be distracted from that. They appear to be on a winning road already. China's is on the rising road and will soon pass the U.S. going the other way.

However, a more accurate substitute is the use of the phrase "it is not in the interests of the global fascists", who are integrating their own financial empires, into the Chinese model. Recall that Bill Clinton’s treason of Technology Transfer, which allowed for China's ballistic missile arsenal. In the warped world of international hegemony, the real superpowers know that the credible threat of nuclear destruction is far more potent than the actual explosion. The true fallout comes from aiding, abiding for the off shoring of industry, and systematic dismantling of the domestic economy. 

Pat Buchanan asks a question in Human Events that needed a reply from Richard Nixon. Nixon was under the thumb of his controller, Henry Kissinger for the Rockefeller cabal, when he approved opening the door to China. The ending of America’s future has a long history of treachery. “Why should any nation emulate the U.S. trade policy of the Bush-Clinton-Bush era that has stripped us of a third of our manufacturing jobs and made us dependent on China and the world for the needs of our national life and the borrowed money to pay for them?” 

Free Trade is a sham. The World Trade Organization is an instrument of global exploitation. According to the National Labor Law of January 20, 1934, the Nazi state exerted direct influence and control over all business employing more than twenty persons. This record is pale in comparison to the Chinese practice of corporate sweatshops. A tabloid by the Solidarity Federation,The Catalyst, reports. "The high-profile suicides at Foxconn, who make iPhones for Apple, were merely the tip of the iceberg. There, angry workers rioted over sweatshop conditions, chanting "capitalists kill people" and brandishing pictures of the CEO of Foxconn, Terry Gou". The transnational corporations, who eagerly support repressive regimes, easily adopt the communist methods of the Cultural Revolution. 

Americans need to place the blame where it belongs; namely, the World Trade Organization proponents that seek to destroy our independence as a sovereign nation. Interdependence is a formula for global tyranny using the Chinese model to herd the sheeple into their consumer version of an opium addiction. The British Empire contained China for over a century. Now China wants revenge using indebtedness as the reprisal drug. Yet the tangible supplier of the dependency affliction is the central bank monopolies. The new world colonies had better learn the lesson of the Chinese proverb "A good debt is not as good as no debt".
