George Soros Prepared to Invest $1 Billion in the Country He Helped Destroy

Since at least January of this year, billionaire George Soros has been calling for the West to invest 50 billion euros of aid in Ukraine, to stabilize the country and to undermine Russian influence in the region.

Earlier this week, he announced that he would be willing to contribute $1 billion to that fund, if Western governments agree to pay for the rest.

Charges of a conspiracy theory are a convenient pretext to dismiss criticism when the global financial elites meet to shape the next evolution of centralized control of all economic activity. When Mayer Amschel Rothschild admitted,“Give me the power of the money and it will not matter anymore who is commanding”, he exposed the true nature of international finance. The new front man for the shadow masters of money is George Soros. His visibility is used to deflect attention away from the supra national circle of recluse manipulators, who set the agenda for globalism. The history of world politics is really the chronicle of money, debt and banking. Only by understanding this clash of titans, can one interpret the language of worldwide finance.

It is not often that you get to look into the window of the future before it takes place. The obsession with the political posturing of the torturous grinding process that produces a kosher sausage product causes acute indigestion. Banking is one such example and the INET, The Institute for New Economic Thinking, who sponsored the Bretton Woods II conference is the Neshama gourmet version of ground up animal flesh. Funneling the herd into the corral of a new world currency openly discussed, as the panacea for the coming collapse of international finance, is the height of totalitarian arrogance.

Bangkok, Thailand April 12, 2011 - As International Crisis Group (ICG) member Mohamed ElBaradei wrestles with 80 million Egyptians for control of their country, stooping as low as to threaten war with Israel in a feeble attempt to score political points - his fellow trustees are expressing their ambitions elsewhere, including helping IMF operative Alassane Ouattara butcher his way into office via international armed intervention in the Ivory Coast. They are also fixated on the power struggle disguised as a "democracy movement" in Thailand.

To understand why it is important to consider what the ICG is saying it is important to note that within the ICG, globalist banker George Soros sits as a trustee along with Wesley Clark and Kenneth Adelman, while geopolitical manipulator Zbiginiew Brzezinski and Neo-Conservative Richard Armitage sit in as advisers among many others.

Behind this unsavory convergence of ambition are equally unsavory corporate and foundation sponsors including the Carnegie Corporation of New York, Open Society Institute, Rockefeller Brothers Fund, Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank Group, Soros Fund Management LLC, Chevron, and Royal Dutch Shell. In Thailand's case in particular the political upheaval centers around one multinational corporate-backed billionaire, Thaksin Shinwatra who tried and failed to ramrod through a US-Thai FTA before being ushered out of power in 2006. Many of the corporations that stood to gain from the US-Thai FTA (listed here on page 8) are also well involved in the many groups not only still supporting Thaksin's bid for power, but an entire global agenda of military and economic hegemony.

Unreported Soros Event Aims to Remake Entire Global Economy

WSJ-Two years ago, George Soros said he wanted to reorganize the entire global economic system. In two short weeks, he is going to start - and no one seems to have noticed.

On April 8, a group he's funded with $50 million is holding a major economic conference and Soros's goal for such an event is to "establish new international rules" and "reform the currency system." It's all according to a plan laid out in a Nov. 4, 2009, Soros op-ed calling for "a grand bargain that rearranges the entire financial order."

The event is bringing together "more than 200 academic, business and government policy thought leaders' to repeat the famed 1944 Bretton Woods gathering that helped create the World Bank and International Monetary Fund. Soros wants a new 'multilateral system," or an economic system where America isn't so dominant.

More than two-thirds of the slated speakers have direct ties to Soros. The billionaire who thinks "the main enemy of the open society, I believe, is no longer the communist but the capitalist threat" is taking no chances.

Thus far, this global gathering has generated less publicity than a spelling bee. And that's with at least four journalists on the speakers list, including a managing editor for the Financial Times and editors for both Reuters and The Times. Given Soros's warnings of what might happen without an agreement, this should be a big deal. But it's not.

What is a big deal is that Soros is doing exactly what he wanted to do. His 2009 commentary pushed for "a new Bretton Woods conference, like the one that established the post-WWII international financial architecture." And he had already set the wheels in motion.

Just a week before that op-ed was published, Soros had founded the New York City-based Institute for New Economic Thinking (INET), the group hosting the conference set at the Mount Washington Resort, the very same hotel that hosted the first gathering. The most recent INET conference was held at Central European University, in Budapest. CEU received $206 million from Soros in 2005 and has $880 million in its endowment now, according to The Chronicle of Higher Education.

This, too, is a gathering of Soros supporters. INET is bringing together prominent people like former U.K. Prime Minister Gordon Brown, former Fed Chairman Paul Volcker and Soros, to produce "a lot of high-quality, breakthrough thinking."

While INET claims more than 200 will attend, only 79 speakers are listed on its site - and it already looks like a Soros convention. Twenty-two are on Soros-funded INET's board and three more are INET grantees. Nineteen are listed as contributors for another Soros operation - Project Syndicate, which calls itself "the world's pre-eminent source of original op-ed commentaries" reaching "456 leading newspapers in 150 countries." It's financed by Soros's Open Society Institute. That's just the beginning.

The speakers include:

•Volcker is chairman of President Obama's Economic Advisory Board. He wrote the forward for Soros's best-known book, 'The Alchemy of Finance' and praised Soros as "an enormously successful speculator" who wrote "with insight and passion" about the problems of globalization.

Media Matters, the George Soros funded left wing operation, has posted a hit piece on G. Edward Griffin after his appearance on the Glenn Beck Show.

On October 13th, 2010, Bob Tuskin(co host of The Intel Hub Radio) interviewed G. Edward Griffin on a variety of issues. After going over topics such as the Federal Reserve and Chemtrails, Bob asked him a question about HIV Aids. His answer (a factual reply) is now being used to label him a conspiracy theorist.

 It was previously reported that Mohamed ElBaradei, the self-proclaimed leader of the unfolding Egyptian protests, is actually sitting on the Board of Trustees of the Zbigniew Brzezinski/George Soros globalist think-tank, the International Crisis Group.

The mainstream media has been backing ElBaradei's ownership of the protests, hailing this Nobel Laurette and former UN IAEA director as the potential next president of Egypt and the "hero" of the protests. The New York Times refers to him as the "Nobelist" portraying him as standing "toe-to-toe" with hundreds of riot police and promising to run for president if and only if elections were "free and fair."

While ElBaradei poses as a critic of the United States, it is not because of their meddling with Middle Eastern affairs, it is because they are not meddling enough. ElBaradei berates the United States for not intervening in what he calls "social disintegration, economic stagnation, and political repression" in Egypt. Apparently ElBaradei isn't the only one who thinks so either.

Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) senior fellow, Project for a New American Century signatory, and Bush wrangler Elliott Abrams elaborated on the sort of "intervention" the United States should be committed to in his piece "Less 'Engagement,' More Democracy" in the New York Times. In his piece he criticizes the current policy of engaging with nations he deems repressive regimes as equals and calls for a revisit to George Bush's "freedom agenda." In other words - the export of "democracy" that has brought America the trillion dollar military adventures in Iraq and Afghanistan at the cost of thousands of US soldiers' lives and the lives of millions of foreigners killed, maimed, or displaced.

United Front Against Iran

Brookings/ex-CIA Wonk Reveals 
Middle East Agenda

"Which Path to Persia?" was a Brookings Institute report written in 2009 describing in excruciating detail the Anglo-Americans' designs against Iran. It included plans for provoking war with Iran, arming and supporting terrorists within Iran, and the funding and organizing of a color revolution, all within the admitted backdrop, not of protecting the continental United States from a dangerous Iran, but rather protecting American hegemony in the Middle East. And of course, the overthrow and reformation of Iran serves to further isolate Russia and China and reassert Anglo-American unipolar global hegemony.

One of the authors of this report was Brookings policy wonk, former CIA Persian Gulf military analyst, and Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) member, Kenneth Pollack. One might wonder what ever became of the "Which Path to Persia?" report and what policy wonks like Pollack might be saying about the current conflagration consuming the Middle East and Northern Africa. Wonder no more.

In a recent article published in the globalist clearinghouse "The National Interest" titled "Bifurcating the Middle East," Pollack provides us with an encore presentation and a disturbing confirmation of many geopolitical analysts' worst fears regarding the current power play in progress. Pollack describes the situation in the Middle East as one where a line has been draw dividing regimes committed to the next step in "democratization" (read: globalization) and regimes who have opted for the "bad old Middle East."


Libya, Syria, and Iran are, not surprisingly, part of the "bad old Middle East" while Tunisia, Egypt, and even Saudi Arabia are lauded for having responded positively to US threats and acts of destabilization. It appears, judging from Pollack's analysis, that regimes like Jordan and Saudi Arabia responded with preemptive concessions to the Anglo-American establishment in order to forgo the uncertainty of challenging Western-backed full-scale destabilization efforts.

Pollack goes on to state that America will now back these "progressive," "reformist" camps and identify Iran as a continued "major threat" in a way that "rallies the Arab street to our side and against Iran and is consistent with our new emphasis on reform and transformation."

This echos the forewarning of historian and noted geopolitical analyst Dr. Webster Tarpley who has from the beginning stated that the various possible governments resulting from these engineered revolutions "could then be used to support the fundamental US-UK strategy for the Middle East, which is to assemble a block of Arab and Sunni countries (notably Egypt, Saudis, Gulf states, and Jordan) which, formed into a front with the participation of Israel, would collide with the Iranian Shiite front, including Syria, Hezbollah, Hamas, and various radical forces."

In a recent BBC interview with globalist George Soros, the man underwriting the current destabilization efforts and the "Funding Father" of the new Egyptian constitution, he stated that the Iranian government would be overthrown in the "bloodiest of the revolutions." Going back the the blueprint for Iranian regime change co-authored by Kenneth Pollack and considering his latest sentiments that regime change is being pursued with renewed vigor, it is important to note why someone like Soros may suspect a bloodbath is on the horizon.

Soros' comments about high oil prices triggering "revolutions" in other parts of the world is also very alarming. China in particular would be very vulnerable to rising energy prices coupled with potential disruptions of their oil supplies in the Middle East and North Africa.

The Brookings "Which Path to Persia?" report concludes that Iran will most assuredly crush the next "green revolution" at any cost, ensuring its failure. To counter this inevitable failure, several options are put on the table (p 109, 110):

"Consequently, if the United states is to pursue this policy, Washington must take this possibility into consideration. It adds some very important requirements to the list: either the policy must include ways to weaken the Iranian military or weaken the willingness of the regime’s leaders to call on the military, or else the United states must be ready to intervene to defeat it."

It can be assumed that intervention will take the form and tone of the West's current operations in and around Libya and its armed rebellion as well as the expansion of the already "in-progress" covert war being run inside of Iran. During the 2010 globalist-backed "red" color revolution in Bangkok, Thailand, similar military support was provided, albeit domestically, to aid the efforts of the lightly-armed protesters, which included an April 10 ambush and massacre of 8 Thai soldiers and rolling gun battles and grenade attacks over the course of 2 months. Ultimately such militant support failed, and it is likely to fail in Iran as well, unless extreme and more direct measures are taken.

To assess the accuracy of Pollack's analysis, the upcoming Saudi "Day of Rage" on March 11 and whether or not it is thrown under the bus or propelled to the height of violence, chaos, and disruption seen in Egypt and Libya, must be considered. Should the Saudis come out the other side unscathed, concessions will have been agreed upon, and as Dr. Tarpley has warned, we will be one step closer to war with Iran.

One final note should be made. The "Neo-Con" wing of the globalist oligarchy who has been actively supporting and funding the various color revolutions around the world, also produced a very timely propaganda piece titled "Iranium." Out of the studios of the "Clarion Fund," literally chaired by the likes of PNAC members Frank Gaffney and Daniel Pipes, it was released fortuitously in January 2011, right in the midst of the various ongoing "Arab uprisings." The concluding theme of "Iranium," of course is "a new revolution" in Iran.



Such a revolution in Iran will only be crushed again if Washington and London are unable to create the support needed to "intervene" on behalf of the protesters. Kenneth Pollack's recent affirmation confirms that indeed, this "consensus" and support is already in the process of being created.

 The United States and its allies are still feigning surprise at the unfolding revolutionary conflagration consuming the Middle East. However, those aware of the West's decades old network of NGOs and how their sole purpose is reordering the world to align to Western imperial interests can clearly see their meddling hands involved in the current "uprisings" sweeping North Africa, Arabia, and now Iran.

While Movements.org coordinates their army of youthful cannon fodder in the streets of foreign nations from Bahrain to Libya, their corporate sponsors and their partners in the US State Department put on a convincing act of carefully portrayed confusion in the mainstream media.

MSNBC recently republished a New York Times piece titled "U.S. scrambles to size up ElBaradei," suggesting somehow Egypt's Mohamed ElBaradei may pose an obstacle to American and Israeli interests in the region. The utter contempt for their readers' intelligence is revealed when considering ElBaradei is a trustee of a prominent US think-tank, the International Crisis Group (ICG) along side George Soros, Zbigniew Brzezinski, Richard Armitage, and Kenneth Aldelman.

Zbigniew Brzezinski of course is the father of MSNBC's Mika Brzezinski, who daily feigns ignorance over the true nature of the protests and that her father is openly involved in orchestrating them. MSNBC itself is a corporate sponsor of Movements.org.

Furthermore, it should be noted that ICG members such as Richard Armitage and Kenneth Adelman are also signatories of the extreme right-winged Project for a New American Century, the literal architects of the extremely fake "War on Terror," and now some of the most vocal fear mongers regarding the unrest they themselves have not only planned by have funded and organized as well via the National Endowment for Democracy (NED) and Freedom House.




Though many pundits see the Egyptian military's dissolving of parliament and the suspension of the nation's constitution as a step backwards for the protesters, it was exactly these steps that were demanded by ElBaradei's mobs according to the Nation Endowment for Democracy (NED) funded Project on Middle East Democracy. The fact that George Soros, a fellow ICG trustee along side protest leader Mohamed ElBaradei, is funding organizations that have submitted drafts for Egypt's new constitution adds insult to injury to the evisceration of Egypt's national sovereignty.

It turns out that the new Egyptian Constitution has already been drafted, not by the Egyptian people, but by the very US-backed protesters who brought about regime change in the first place. A Reuters report quoted an opposition judge, who had been hiding-out in Kuwait until Mubarak's ousting, as having said civil society groups had already produced several drafts and a new constitution could be ready in a month.

These "civil society" groups include the Arabic Network for Human Rights Information openly funded by George Soros' Open Society Institute and the Neo-Con lined NED funded Egyptian Organization for Human Rights. It appears that while the International Crisis Group may be turning out the strategy, and their trustee ElBaradei leading the mobs into the streets, it is the vast array of NGOs their membership, including Soros, fund that are working out and implementing the details on the ground.

Coupled with the US's recent pledge to openly fund Egyptian opposition groups ahead of elections, it is hard to see how anything but a globalist-backed tyranny will result from the coming "transition." The boldness and size of the globalists' activities in the Middle East, North Africa, and now Iran is of such scale, it suggests the beginning of what may be the largest, attempted premeditated reordering of the world since the World Wars.

The public's inability to wrap their minds around the reality of what is now transpiring in Egypt will only embolden the globalists to pursue the next stage of their world domineering agenda. It is essential for the people to make the connections and expose this charade for what it really is; neo-colonialism that has replaced invading armies with hordes of duped US-backed activists. It is equally important for people to recognize that "Neo-Cons" and the likes of George Soros are working in expertly synchronized concert to implement their new global order.
