New England Cop Harasses Guy Walking Home, Gets Schooled

Amanda Warren

I defend this country...I defend those rights for you. -Cop, before arresting guy walking home.

It's October 2013 and a man is walking home down a picturesque road. He is being watched. He is being followed. This is evidenced by the police dashcam video that was finally released.

When he gets stopped by an officer for "suspicious activity" he doesn't just shrug and leave it at that. He morphs into assertive overdrive. He knows the law and his rights, even though the officer claims otherwise.

2nd Amendment Activist Removed from NJ Gun Control Hearing for Exercising 1st Amendment Rights

The Daily Sheeple

Activist James Kaleda was giving testimony when state legislators did not agree with what he was stating and claimed that Mr. Kaleda was “Out of Order”, requesting that he be forcibly removed from the hearing on a new gun control bill in NJ.

Mr. Kaleda receives a standing ovation from the spectators as he is removed by NJ state troopers. Everyone is entitled under the 1st Amendment to express criticism of the government, but when Big Brother doesn’t like what you have to say, the Constitution is thrown out the window.

Dismissing Religious Belief Concerns, Federal Court Rules in Favor of Texas School’s Expulsion of Andrea Hernandez Over Objections to RFID Tracking Badge

SAN ANTONIO, Texas — Declaring that a Texas student’s refusal to wear a chipless RFID tracking badge is “not grounded in her religious beliefs” and is a “secular choice rather than a religious concern,” U.S. District Judge Orlando L. Garcia for the Western District of Texas in San Antonio has denied The Rutherford Institute’s request for a preliminary injunction preventing school officials from expelling Andrea Hernandez until the case is decided.
According to the judge’s order, Hernandez, a sophomore in a science and engineering magnet school housed in John Jay High School, has until the end of the current semester to provide written notice to Northside Independent School District officials as to whether she will accept the school’s accommodation of wearing the Smart ID badge without a chip, which Andrea, a Christian, objects to on the grounds that it represents the “mark of the Beast.” The badges, part of the school’s “Student Locator Project,” include tiny Radio Frequency Identification (“RFID”) chips that produce a radio signal, enabling school officials to track students’ location on school property.
In coming to Andrea’s defense, Rutherford attorneys have alleged that the school’s attempts to penalize, discriminate and retaliate against Andrea violate her rights under Texas’ Religious Freedom Act and the First and Fourteenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution. Institute attorneys intend to appeal the judge’s ruling.

Scandal Alert: Congress Is Quietly Abandoning the 5th Amendment

CONOR FRIEDERSDORF

Meet the prominent legislators who think it's okay to throw Americans in jail forever without charges or trial.

gitmo full r.jpg
Reuters
What everyone must understand is that American politics doesn't work the way you'd think it would. Most people presume that government officials would never willfully withhold penicillinfrom men with syphilis just to see what would happen if the disease went untreated. It seemsunlikely that officers would coerce enlisted men into exposing themselves to debilitating nerve gas. Few expected that President Obama would preside over the persecution of an NSA whistle-blower, or presume the guilt of all military-aged males killed by U.S. drone strikes. But it all happened.

Really thinking about all that may make it easier to believe what I'm about to tell you.

It may seem like imprisoning an American citizen without charges or trial transgresses against the United States Constitution and basic norms of Western justice dating back to the Magna Carta.

When Should You Shoot a Cop

On June 28th, 2011 Larken Rose published to CopBlock.org an essay titled When Should You Shoot a Cop, about which one commenter accurately stated:

"Incredible article! I hope people take the time to actually read the full article after their brains shut down after seeing the 'shock' title."

I realize, as Larken must have when he wrote the essay a year and a half ago, that some individuals will be outraged that this video is made. Yet it's a conversation that needs to be had*.

If one cannot even talk about each person's innate right to self-defense, then it shows just how far-gone is the conversation. How much the "protectors" have become those most tyrannical. I say this as an advocate of the non-aggression principle and of voluntaryism.

Unsurprisingly, Larken's strike-the-root prose went on to become one of the most-visited pieces of content on the site, which thusly netted a lot of comments.

It's been cited by at least two fusion center releases - the Arizona Counter-Terrorism Information Center (Ademo Contacts Arizona Counter-Terrorism Information Center) and The Central Florida Intelligence Center (Central Florida Intelligence Exchange Promote CopBlock.org).

The mere act of "Liking" the article got two individuals rebuffed by their colleagues, as detailed on the July 27th, 2012 write-up, Politicos Attacked for 'Liking' CopBlock.org Post:

"South Carolina's Republican Party is distancing itself from two local party officials who appeared endorse violence against police officers on Facebook — a position that seemed to take anti-government conservatism too far for South Carolina's Tea Party-heavy GOP. The party's top brass called for their resignation from local party committees Monday night."

On October 6th, 2011, Larken Rose wrote the following in his post: Federal Agents Visit Larken Rose -- Mention CopBlock.org Blog Post:

"A fascist came up to each front window and knocked. I rolled down my window just a bit, and a gray-haired, veteran fascist informed me that I was not being arrested. That's nice. . . Out of the blue, the veteran fascist commented about the fact that I've posted things on my web site talking about killing cops."

On November 13th, 2011, Larken Rose expanded on his essay with a video uploaded to YouTube.com/LarkenRose:http://youtu.be/CjDHQ16MyKY

In 2012, the legislation in Indiana mentioned by Larken around the 6-min mark in the video changed course. Instead of "law" existing that claimed that an individual had the right to use defensive force against anyone except those with badges, legislation "approved" self-defense against any aggressor, no matter their place of employment.

On March 3rd, 2012 post" When Should You Shoot A Cop -- Round 2, Ademo Freeman penned:

"Maybe with this law, cops will think twice about raiding a home for drugs? Maybe cops will stop working for the government and make their own agreements with their customers?

"IMO, law didn't need to be written for one to know when they can or cannot defend their life or property. It's unfortunate people are taught to submit to police without question, yet to stick up to bullies, abusive husbands and any other non government connected person."

On March 24th, 2012 post, Right to Resist now law in Indiana, cops show how evil they think we are, Edmond Dantes noted that:

"police really think people are that evil, that they will now just play real life Grand Theft Auto and start killing at will. Which begs the question, if people are really that inherently evil, why give so many of them the power of the badge over everyone else? It always appears to me that the worst of the worst are in gangs, whether it be Blood, Crypts, or Thin Blue Line.

"But will people really just start killing at will? I can give you one fact, the law and/or a guy in a funny costume with a badge doesn't stop me from killing someone. I don't kill or use violence because I believe it is wrong morally. Even if murder were legal I wouldn't kill anyone and most people wouldn't either."

On a June 12, 2012 post, Indiana legalizes shooting cops, about the reversal of the "legality" of self-defense for Indianans, I asked:

"does this piece of man-made legislation really change anything for people living within the arbitrary political boundaries of Indiana? Or for that matter -- do people living outside those arbitrary political boundaries of Indiana have any less of a right to defend themselves?"

We all want to be safe and secure. The question is, how is that best accomplished?

Think for yourself. Question claimed authority.

Rampant INjustice Exposes Federal Abuse of Power

Jan Morgan Media

This documentary exposes the blatant trampling of the Constitutional rights of Americans during white collar crime investigations by the Department of Justice and the Criminal Investigation Division of the Internal Revenue Service.

This documentary is not about the guilt or innocence of the citizens involved. It is about the increasing number of unconstitutional, para-military, gestapo style raid tactics involving two agencies of the federal government.

These are white collar crime investigations where heavily armed, hostile government raids by 40 to 50 agents are being utilized as opposed to a few agents entering the businesses with proper search warrants to acquire the financial records sought.

Regardless of whether you agree or disagree with the tactics, the constitutional rights of citizens who work in these businesses, yet have nothing to do with the financial transactions of the owners, have been undeserved victims of these frightening raids … unlawfully detained for hours, intimidated, interrogated without the presence of a lawyer and their personal property confiscated.

Update: Former Marine Was Picked Up By The FBI Over Facebook Posts About 9/11

Image
Michael Kelley

A former U.S. Marine who accused the government of lying about 9/11 and spoke of "The Revolution" on Facebook was detained on Friday night, reports Renee Nal of Gather.

According to Brandon Raub's mother, authorities from the FBI, Secret Service and Chesterfield County PD came to their door, questioned Raub about his Facebook posts – which are critical of the official story regarding 9/11 and refer to "starting a revolution" – then handcuffed him and placed him in a Chesterfield PD squad car before taking him directly to John Randolph Psychiatric Hospital in Hopewell, Va.
Raub's mother said he returned about a year ago after serving in Afghanistan (after serving in Iraq) and did not suffer from PTSD.
The Chesterfield PD told us that the situation "was an FBI matter and we were just there to assist them" so it could not provide us with an official reason why Raub was detained.
Raub's mother said that an FBI agent told her Raub was "arrested by the Chesterfield police department" because he "assaulted an officer and resisted arrest," then asked her if Raub "was having any issues relating to people" and told her that "the threats he was making were terrorist in nature."
When asked the Chesterfield PD said Raub has not been charged with resisting arrest and assaulting an officer.
The FBI and Secret Service will not be available for comment until Monday morning.
Here is the video of the arrest:

Activist Convicted of Resisting Arrest Without Violence

Activist Post

Orlando Cop Watch activist, John Kurtz, has been ordered jailed for 30 days with 1 year probation for resisting arrest without violence.

Kurtz's case came to public attention in January after he was arrested for filming a case of police brutality administered at the hands of officer Adam Gruler, well known for his questionable conduct and liberal use of tasers and verbal abuse.  Kurtz was facing a possible 6-year prison sentence for his audacity to film a public servant attacking a member of the public even after the person was restrained with handcuffs.

Kurtz's video camera was confiscated after his arrest and mysteriously went missing, destroying a key piece of evidence for his own defense, as well as to document exactly what happened that day.  The evidence, therefore, relied upon the words of police officers attached to the event.

Despite the conflicting testimony of these officers -- including the arresting officer Adam Gruler himself saying that John did not resist -- Kurtz was still convicted of resisting his illegal arrest.

How technology helped make the 4th Amendment obsolete

The Bill of Rights - Wiki Image

The Daily

“We are gathered here today to mourn the loss of a dear friend, the Fourth Amendment. Born on the freedom-loving soil of early America, the Fourth Amendment will be remembered as the bulwark of the liberty we once called privacy. For ye, we mourn.”

As you can see, we’re working on a eulogy for the Fourth Amendment, the part of the Constitution guarding against “unreasonable searches and seizures” — in effect, a privacy provision.

When did the Fourth Amendment die, you ask?

Recently, but it’s been sick for a while.

Surprise! TSA Is Searching Your Subway, Truck, Ferry, Bus, AND Plane

Source
Jen Phillips
Mother Jones

Think you could avoid the TSA's body scanners and pat-downs by taking Amtrak? Think again. Even your daily commute isn't safe from TSA screenings. And because the TSA is working with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Border Patrol, you may have your immigration status examined along with your "junk".

As part of the TSA's request for FY 2012 funding, TSA Administrator John Pistole told Congress last week that the TSA conducts 8,000 unannounced security screenings every year. These screenings, conducted with local law enforcement agencies as well as immigration, can be as simple as checking out cargo at a busy seaport. But more and more, they seem to involve giving airport-style pat-downs and screenings of unsuspecting passengers at bus terminals, ferries, and even subways. These surprise visits are part of the TSA's VIPR program: Visible Intermodal Prevention and Response. The VIPR program first started doing searches in 2007, and has grown since then. Currently, the TSA only has 25 VIPR teams doing these impromptu searches: in 2012, it wants to get 12 more.

FBI to Expand Domestic Surveillance Powers as Details Emerge of Its Spy Campaign Targeting Activists (Video)

WATCH PART 2 HERE

Civil liberties advocates are raising alarm over news the FBI is giving agents more leeway to conduct domestic surveillance. According to the New York Times, new guidelines will allow FBI agents to investigate people and organizations "proactively" without firm evidence for suspecting criminal activity. We speak to former FBI agent Mike German, who now works at the American Civil Liberties Union, and Texas activist Scott Crow, who has been the focus of intense FBI surveillance from 2001 until at least 2008. Using the Freedom of Information Act, Crow received 440 pages of heavily redacted documents revealing the FBI had set up a video camera outside his house, traced the license plates of cars parked in front of his home, recorded the arrival and departure of his guests, and observed gatherings that Crow attended at bookstores and cafes. The agency also tracked Crow’s emails and phone conversations and picked through his trash to identify his bank and mortgage companies. “It’s been definitely traumatizing at different points,” says Crow. “But if we don’t come out and be open about this, then they’ve already won, and the surveillance and the ‘war on terror’ wins against us.”

Police State Much?

“Patriotic” Americans are still berating me for “demeaning” my son’s “sacrifice.” A typical message goes something like this:

“Your son died to give you the right to spew your filth against this country. If it wasn’t for the military and people like your son, you wouldn’t have the freedom to protest.”

Oh, really? If I have the “freedom to protest” then why have I been arrested so many times and why did I have a four-month restraining order from protesting near the White House last year that would have landed my buns in jail for six-months if I violated it? Why are activists still being arrested for solely exercising what used to be our fundamental rights?

In fact, attorney, Bill Quigley has documented that more than 2600 activists have been arrested since Obama was sworn in 2009.

The Constitutional Lawyer turned POTUS is committing atrocities against peace, justice and human rights at a pace that Bush and Cheney only dreamed possible. If Obama can’t have one of us arrested or executed on his orders, then he will gladly diagnose our principled questioning as a mental disorder.

Cop To Citizen: "If You Take My Picture Again, I'm Going To Fucking Break Your Face" (Video)

Carlos Miller
Pixiq

A police officer from the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority in Buffalo walked up to a citizen who was filming him and threatened to "fucking break" his face.

The cop said he was speaking "not as a police officer, but as a person."

The only problem is, the sonofabitch was in full uniform with a police dog in tow.  The incident took place Thursday in the Square in downtown Buffalo after a fight had broken out. No further details are available at this point.

But the video speaks for itself.

79 Senators vote to trash the Constitution: The “War of Terror” on the US grows

Dees Illustration
Marti Oakley, Contributing Writer
Activist Post

If you haven’t received the memo yet, let me update you on your status as it pertains to the Constitution and your civil liberties; you have neither.  79 Senators who snickered as they swore an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States, voted to render you guilty in advance, with no chance of proving your innocence.  The unlawful data mining and collection, the compilation of dossiers on virtually every person in the US, the unwarranted wire-tapping, the rifling through personal records of all kinds for no other reason than to collect information to be used at a later date if the government decides to prosecute you for whatever reasons, was extended.

The Patriot Acts were sold to the public as part of the war of terror perpetrated by the Bush administration after the false flag attacks of 9/11.  A “War of Terror” is being perpetrated by our own government against its own people and is blessed by both Democrat and Republican alike.  “We the people” are the terrorists the government fears. The Constitution be damned.

Nothing in the Patriot acts is remotely connected to fighting terrorism from foreign invaders.  It is a precisely targeted bill which amounted to a massive assault on liberty and freedom right here at home.
