School Safety Expert Threatened for Questioning Official Narrative of the Sandy Hook Massacre

Wolfgang W. Halbig doesn't believe anyone was killed at Sandy Hook Elementary School on December 14, 2012, and he's looking for some answers. So many answers, in fact, that he was paid a visit by some police investigators telling him to back off.

Mr. Halbig isn't your average "conspiracy theorist." He's worked in public education as a teacher, dean, assistant principal, principal of an alternative school and as the Director for School Safety and Security for the Seminole County Public Schools, a school district of approximately 65,000 students.

A former Florida State Trooper and United States Customs Inspector, Mr. Halbig was invited by the U.S. Department of Justice to train over 3,500 school police officers, school superintendents and school principals. He travels the country providing presentations and keynotes to a variety of school board associations and conferences and is a nationally-recognized school safety and security expert and consultant, who has provided safety training and school assessments for more than 4,000 school districts nationwide.

Dave Gahary spoke with Wolfgang about why he doesn't believe the official story of the Sandy Hook Elementary School event, in this interesting interview.

“Discredited” Benghazi Whistleblower Disappears

Last week, CBS’s “news” magazine program 60 Minutes issued a contrite apology and retraction for a chilling eyewitness report on the Benghazi massacre, and the publishing company Simon & Schuster pulled the book The Embassy House from retailers. Dylan Davies, the author of the book and source for the report, was painted as a dishonest guy looking to make a buck off of a tragedy.

Davies has now been “discredited” by none other than our own government. That would be the same government that allowed Hillary Clinton to play hooky from the Congressional hearings about the massacre. (Perhaps protecting her potential 2016 run for the presidency?) The same government who put other witnesses in fear of their lives and would not allow them to speak publicly about the ordeal. The same government that sees the coverup unraveling and is still trying to knit the pieces back together. 

Was CBS under government pressure to retract this story? Was Simon & Schuster forced to pull the books from the shelves? It seems that there is a governmental cloak of secrecy over the attack on the embassy. Files have been sealed. Families have more questions than answers about what happened on that fateful night. California dad 'begged for his life' as police beat him to death - witnesses

A California father of four died Wednesday shortly after a group of police allegedly beat him with batons as he lay defenseless on the sidewalk. Cops, before confiscating witness' cameras, also reportedly unleashed a canine unit on him.

David Sal Silva, 33, allegedly resisted when police approached him to ask if he was who neighbors called about to complain of an intoxicated man in the area. The officers called for backup and, witnesses told the Bakersfield Californian, Silva was soon being beaten in the face and upper body by as many as nine policemen and their batons. At least one of the cops reportedly held a German Shepherd on a leash nearby.

"Absolute power corrupts absolutely" arose as part of a quotation by the expansively named and impressively hirsute John Emerich Edward Dalberg Acton, first Baron Acton (1834–1902). The historian and moralist, who was otherwise known simply as Lord Acton, expressed this opinion in a letter to Bishop Mandell Creighton in 1887:


"Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Great men are almost always bad men."

During her recent visit to Arkansas, Christina Tobin, Founder and Chair of The Free and Equal Elections Foundation, gifted me with an autographed copy of James T. Bennett's thoughtful, "caustic", and "irreverent" book; Not Invited to the Party, which  exposes the truth in the old age adage, Politics Makes Strange Bedfellows.

Not Invited to the Party demonstrates how the dominant political parties--the Democrats and Republicans--have co-opted the system to their advantage. James Bennett examines the history and array of laws, regulations, subsidies and programs that benefit the two major parties and discourage even the possibility of a serious challenge to the Democrat-Republican duopoly. The American Founders, as it has been generally forgotten, distrusted political parties. Nowhere in the U.S. Constitution are parties mentioned, much less given legal protection or privilege. This provocative book traces how by the end of the Civil War the Republicans and Democrats had guaranteed their dominance and subsequently influenced a range of policies developed to protect the duopoly. For example, Bennett examines how the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 (as amended in 1974 and 1976), which was sold to the public as a nonpartisan act of good government reformism actually reinforced the dominance of the two parties. While focused primarily on the American experience, the book also considers the prevalence of two-party systems around the world (especially in emerging democracies) and the widespread contempt with which they are often viewed. Featuring incisive commentary on the 2008 election, and a foreword by third-party iconoclast, Ralph Nader, the book considers the potential of truly radical reform toward opening the field to vigorous, lively, contentious independent candidacies that might finally offer alienated voters a choice, not an echo.

Many American conservatives believe as a matter of faith that the Rockefellers and the Council on Foreign Relations exercise absolute control over the government and the people of United States. This thesis can be accepted as a working formula if one remains conscious of the larger issues. Two writers for whom the present writer has great respect, Dr. Emanuel Josephson and Morris Bealle, insisted on focusing on the Rockefellers and excluding all other aspects of the World Order. This severely limited the effect of their otherwise ground breaking work on the Medical Monopoly.

This writer advanced a contrary view in The World Order,' fixing upon the Rothschild monetary power, which reached a point of world control by 1885, and its London policy group, the Royal Institute of International Affairs, as the policy makers for what has essentially been since 1900, re-established colonial government in the United States. The colonial, or occupation, government, functions primarily through the Council on Foreign Relations, but only as the subsidiary of RIIA and through the Rockefeller Foundation which controls government functions, the educational establishments, the media, the religions, and the state legislatures.

It is true that the American colonials have "free elections,'' in which they have the absolute right to vote for one of two opposing candidates, both of whom have been handpicked and financed by the Rockefeller syndicate. This touching evidence of "democracy" serves to convince most Americana that we are indeed a free people. We even have a cracked Liberty Bell in Philadelphia to prove it. American youth have been free since 1900 to be marched off to die in Hegelian wars in which both combatants received their instructions from the World Order. We are free to invest in a stock market in which the daily quantity, price and value of the monetary unit is manipulated and controlled by a Federal Reserve System which is answerable only to the Bank of England. It has maintained its vaunted "independence" from our government's control, but this is the only independence it has ever had.

The realization that we do indeed live under the dictates of the "Rockefeller Syndicate'' can well be the starting point of the long road back of a genuine struggle for American independence. In exposing "the Rockefellers" as agents of a foreign power, which is not merely a foreign power, but a genuine world government, we must realize that this is not merely a group dedicated to making money, but a group which is committed to maintaining the power of a colonial form of government over the American people. Thus the ancient calumny of John D. Rockefeller as a man obsessed by greed (a category in which he has plenty of company) obscures the act that from the day the Rothschilds began to finance his march towards a total oil monopoly in the United States from their coffers at the National City Bank of Cleveland, Rockefeller was never an independent power, nor does any department of the Rockefeller Syndicate operate as an independent power. We know that the Cosa Nostra, or Mafia, with which the Syndicate is closely allied, has somewhat autonomous power in the regions which have been assigned to that particular "family" by the national directors, but this always implies that that family remains under total control and answerable for everything which occurs in its territory.

Fear and Loathing in Paragould Arkansas

The novel Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas is based on two trips to Las Vegas, Nevada, that Hunter S. Thompson took with attorney and Chicano activist Oscar Zeta Acosta in March and April 1971. The first trip spawned from an exposé Thompson was writing for Rolling Stone magazine about the Mexican-American television journalist Rubén Salazar, whom officers of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department had shot and killed with a tear gas grenade fired at close range during the National Chicano Moratorium March against the Vietnam War in 1970. Thompson was using Acosta—a prominent Mexican-American political activist and attorney—as a central source for the story, and the two found it difficult for a brown-skinned Mexican to talk openly with a white reporter in the racially tense atmosphere of Los Angeles, California. The two needed a more comfortable place to discuss the story and decided to take advantage of a Sports Illustrated magazine offer to write photograph captions for the annual Mint 400 desert race being held in Las Vegas from 21–23 March. Recent reports of plans by the City of Paragould (Arkansas) Police Chief and Mayor to deploy heavily armed SWAT TEAMS on the streets of Paragould, Arkansas in an effort to combat a recent increase in crime is similarly disturbing and has been met with both local and international outrage from the public.

Rita Sklar, executive director of ACLU-Arkansas, said that aspects of Paragould Police Chief Todd Stovall's plan to have officers dressed in SWAT gear and armed with AR-15 assault rifles demanding ID from citizens in high crime areas shows that he has "zero understanding of Constitutional rights, period." Meanwhile, the Paragould PD issued a statement cancelling further town hall meetings on the proposal, citing "public safety" concerns after a growing backlash about the proposal. (Source)

I recently interviewed several local residents who are deeply concerned about the potential for abuse (violation of rights) by local law enforcement and the refusal of the Mayor to listen to their repeated requests for answers.  The local residents have requested anonymity due to the fear of retribution for speaking out.

Attorney Leaks Dash Cam Video of Police Shooting After DA Rules Shooting Justified

If you ever see a news story about a police shooting that the local district attorney does not rule justified, please e-mail me. For now, the story: Ernest Duenez was a parolee shot to death during a traffic stop a year and a half ago. He was the passenger in a vehicle pulled over because the “officer had knowledge that Duenez, a wanted parolee, was inside the vehicle and considered armed and dangerous,” according to the Modesto Bee. The district attorney ruled the police officer was justified in shooting Duenez 13 times because the parolee brandished a knife at the officer, was wanted and considered armed and dangerous, and had a lengthy criminal record.

While Duenez’ family has been protesting for the last year and a half, with two police officers even getting a temporary restraining order against his brother, the case didn’t receive much attention.  

After the DA ruled the shooting justified, the family’s attorney decided to release the dash cam video on which part of the DA’s conclusions were based. The video, and the case, went viral. Dash cam video in full below:

This documentary exposes the blatant trampling of the Constitutional rights of Americans during white collar crime investigations by the Department of Justice and the Criminal Investigation Division of the Internal Revenue Service.

This documentary is not about the guilt or innocence of the citizens involved. It is about the increasing number of unconstitutional, para-military, gestapo style raid tactics involving two agencies of the federal government.

These are white collar crime investigations where heavily armed, hostile government raids by 40 to 50 agents are being utilized as opposed to a few agents entering the businesses with proper search warrants to acquire the financial records sought.

Good, Bad, and Ugly Day for Investor Protection

June 6th, 2011 was a big news day for American investor protection.

First, in a surprise win for the public good, the Supreme Court unanimously agreed with Halliburton’s investors that their fraud suit against the oil services and defense giant had been wrongfully killed by the notoriously pro-Big Oil federal appeals court in New Orleans.  The case against Hal may now proceed in lower court.

But, in what is likely bad news for American investors, the Deutsche Boerse (DB) is pressuring New York Stock Exchange-Euronext (NYSE) shareholders to sell-out to DB in their July 7 vote -- even though neither European nor U.S. regulators have ruled on the legality of this mega-merger that would create the world’s largest securities market.

And, in a related ugly development, the SEC will reportedly wait until the Fall to take a position on the radical Supreme Court Morrison decision that strips Americans of rights under US law when defrauded by off-shore brokers, banks or other foreign based companies (such as the soon to be Frankurt-based DB-NYSE, brokers registered with it and companies listed on it).  On the merger itself, the SEC has yet to express an opinion.

We’ll look at each development that total to a good, bad and ugly June 6th for American investor protection.

Members of Congress Get Abnormally High Returns From Their Stocks

Members of the House of Representatives considerably outperform the stock market in their personal investments, according to a new academic study.

Four university researchers examined 16,000 common stock transactions made by approximately 300 House representatives from 1985 to 2001, and found what they call "significant positive abnormal returns," with portfolios based on congressional trades beating the market by about 6 percent annually.

What's their secret? The report speculates, but does not conclude, it could have something to do with the ability members of Congress have to trade on non-public information or to vote their own pocketbooks -- or both.

Insanity Rampant in the District of Criminals: now they want to tax us per mile

While the regular folks in the US labor under a failing economy, massive job losses, and uncontrolled illegal immigration, it seems those fine jackasses in the District of Criminals never run out of ideas on how to make life more miserable for those of us not considered “worthy”.

Food prices have risen almost 90% in the last year; 60% of that rise occurring immediately after the passage of the fake food safety bill which was actually a forced export bill with 80% of our agricultural production now pushed into the global market for commodity speculation and pricing.

Home foreclosures are still at historic highs.  Of course the jackasses would never think of clamping down on corrupt mortgage lenders and seizing their ill-gotten gains or putting any one of them in jail for their corruption.  That would be just too much to ask.

As gas prices at the pump continue to rise without explanation it appears that the Jackass in Chief has decided it might be a good idea to attach surveillance equipment to each and every vehicle in the US and to tax us per mile that we drive.  This traveling surveillance tax would be applied every time you bought a gallon of gas.

I have some questions:

1. How much is this surveillance equipment going to cost per unit?

CHICAGO (AFP) - Prosecutors described the ousted Illinois governor accused of trying to auction President Barack Obama's vacated senate seat as a greedy shakedown artist desperate for money.

"The governor of Illinois was shaking people down," prosecutor Christopher Niewoehner said in opening statements of Rod Blagojevich's retrial on corruption charges.

"The governor of Illinois is not allowed to enrich himself by using his power. It's that simple."
