A man named Lucas Jewell flipped the bird at a camouflaged SWAT tank scuttling through suburbs of Gainesville, Florida on Saturday. Although not recommended, it's certainly within one's rights. But deputies with tanks, vests, gear, weapons and other goodies want to pounce - so they make stuff up. Rights don't matter. So they talk of launching an "investigation" for "improper hand signals" and...having fellatio performed. As if this were not punishment enough, they let him know that the cell phone resembles a firearm that it's not a "tank" but an armored personnel carrier. Newsflash: those are designed for battle.

New England Cop Harasses Guy Walking Home, Gets Schooled

I defend this country...I defend those rights for you. -Cop, before arresting guy walking home.

It's October 2013 and a man is walking home down a picturesque road. He is being watched. He is being followed. This is evidenced by the police dashcam video that was finally released.

When he gets stopped by an officer for "suspicious activity" he doesn't just shrug and leave it at that. He morphs into assertive overdrive. He knows the law and his rights, even though the officer claims otherwise.

The News Covers For Florida Trooper That Nearly Crushed This Motorcyclist

Thanks to a citizen dashcam - a Florida Highway Patrol officer doesn't get to claim any rationale for nearly killing a motorcyclist recently. However, at least one news report has eagerly swept up the bad publicity FHP received following the visual upload.

Even though highway patrol is supposedly investigating their employee, WTSP 10 News reports, "Based on preliminary review, there appeared to be no attempt to ram or to make contact with the motorcycle." Um, really?? Really?

Barney Miller: NWO and Trilateral Commission Explained in 2 Minutes by Jeffrey Tambor

In what some may call a deliberate sequence of predictive programming, there is a little-remembered scene in the show Barney Miller, where an arrested man is trying to warn people of the true nature of the Trilateral Commission - founded in 1973 by David Rockefeller ostensibly to "foster" global political cooperation. (Ironically, the arrested man who broke into the Trilateral Commission office is played by Jeffrey Tambor who is more recently known for his role in Arrested Development.)

Right away, he is painted as a "conspiracy nut" and a crazy man for suggesting a true goal of a one world government and TC's role with Rockefeller calling the shots. His "documents" include conspiracy magazines with titles like "Suppressed Truth Roundup." An incredible amount of truth is revealed - only to be laughed at and presented as a random filler; a small, silly plot contrivance.

"The Crazy Man" doesn't believe the President is actually elected in a democratic or republic fashion but that David Rockefeller "picked up a phone, put in a call" to have George H.W. Bush simply installed as Vice President. In other words, "they" run everything. "No matter who won in November they had their man in the White House!" he says.

A brilliant eugenics plan is underway - paid thugs simply blast away people to see what it's like. Not just anyone though - people who are unarmed and distressed.

All law enforcement needs is those who are more deranged than the victims they encounter. Those lacking a conscience and will say they are "scared" and fear for their lives when really there is nothing for them to fear when they can indiscriminately shoot-to-kill, hide behind badges and receive unmerited advancement.

The media is only too happy to report it to you in order to train you into submission. There is also the bonus of creating racial tension and deflecting from the root problem.

Such is the case when an Atlanta-area police officer killed a 27-year-old naked, unarmed African-American man.

Oregon Deputies Shoot Family's Miniature Pony, Leave Body in Neighbor's Yard and Lie

It took one Oregon family awhile to discover what happened to their missing minature pony, named Gir. Gir was an American Miniature horse aged 30 and, aside from some arthritis, was in excellent shape but wouldn't have gotten too far if he escaped. They were forced to do their own detective work on February 18th when Gir wasn't in his stall even though the owner locked it and double-checked it.

And he didn't get too far at all. However, the Fitzgerald family was left to frantically search for him. When they started knocking on neighbors' doors, they discovered with horror Gir's dead body laying in the neighbor's yard.

Again, the family was left to seek answers. The neighbor said she had called the Sheriff's department and they came out and simply put the animal down. 

However, the tale the department eventually weaves is worse than the original complete lack of response...

6-Year-Old Suspended and "Reeducated" After Pointing Finger Like Gun

Yet another in a series of crazy "guns that never were" in the school system, where a child must bear harsh punishment.

KRDO News of Colorodo reports:

A Colorado Springs first-grader was suspended from school after pointing his fingers at a classmate in the shape of a gun.

Six-year-old Elijah goes to Stratton Meadows Elementary School. On Monday, he pointed at a classmate in the shape of a gun and said, "You're dead."

He received a one-day suspension for "threats against peers."

But on top of the strict "zero tolerance" measures that landed him at home for a day of shame-based punishment, the boy had to undergo a "reeducation" program of sorts.

Americans to Receive Full Biometric Treatment for all Forms of European Travel

Travel becomes truly ominous...

In a trend that isn't wholly surprising, EU Observer reports:

US citizens and other non-EU nationals who enter Europe will be asked to have their faces image-captured and fingerprints scanned upon arrivalat a half-dozen major airports. [emphasis added]

This "biometric dragnet" is the pilot test for the EU's new "smart borders" packages. The test portion will run March - September 2015, for starters. The commission originally proposed this package in 2013 but pulled it and began revising. While there is some opposition, the experiment is shortly underway.

The captures include fingerprint scans, iris scans and facial recognition scans for all forms of European travel - road, train, sea and air. 

Of course, what's usual for such programs - travelers can refuse...for now. But officials are letting travelers know through the media that it will become mandatory in time.

Too Far? Teacher Caught Displaying a "Student Terrorist List"

Last week, a St. Pete high school teacher was stuck in hot water over shaming students by placing their names on a "student terrorist list" and posting it on the door. It is unclear what was the motive for his actions. The teacher, however, went so far as to give the blacklisted students Arabic sounding alias names.

While the teacher sounds like he might have a screw loose - is he in reality doing what he was trained to do?

In other words, was he doing "his job" but just went one tad too far? See below for more. Notably, it doesn't appear that he will be reprimanded for his actions.

A Clovis Unified school cop nearly succeeded in killing Mary Poole last April in Clovis, California, near Fresno. If people didn't know any better, they would be compelled to conclude that death for Mary was the officer's goal. She is now filing a suit for the gratuitous manhandling that resulted from her attempt to bring treats for her grandchildren to have after school. She had been their legal guardian for a number of years.

The damage she incurred on her frail, 5 foot, 110 pound body is repulsively unspeakable. The two pepper sprayings, throw down, and beating did more than just dislocate her shoulder and has cost her $180,000 in medical bills. No one in their right mind would expect the victim of a violent attack to pay for it in modern day America - why in this case?

Apparently, the newest trend in police state brutality involves school cops...

Man Left Sitting in Prison for Months for "Possession" of Vitamins

Unfortunately, the police state has reached the point of consummation. While a person should be able to go out unmolested and carry vitamins, supplements, food, protein drinks to go or even ride in a car with a dirty spoon on the floor - each individual runs the risk of the dreaded "drug-dealer" accusation. That accusation is only the beginning of a cascading nightmare.

While it should be a no-brainer and an easy situation to clear up, it simply isn't with such a mucked up system that treats citizens like heinous murderers.

This was the case for 31-year-old Joseph Burrell of Mankato, Minnesota. Last November, Burrell was jailed in a parking lot for possessing a "white powder" after police stopped him for driving without lights. Some kind of field drug test falsely identified it as amphetamine drugs, writes John Vibes.

A North Carolina family asked Gastonia police to check in on a family member who was recovering from surgery. In an ideal world, this would be a wonderful service to be performed by police with a grateful community that would offer them thanks.

Unfortunately, these notions have nothing to do with the business model of modern day policing, which does not serve those it views as its enemy. Indeed, although it might be the public that helps keep the coffers full by various means, it is a public still viewed as the number one threat by the police who benefit from them - by various means.

By that concept, it should come as no surprise that the older man they were called out to check on was the very one they senselessly killed that day.

This past Saturday afternoon, the family asked for a welfare check on 74-year-old James Howard Allen, a Korean War veteran, as he was recovering from heart surgery. The officer first visited the house that night at 10:20 p.m. with no answer.

School Cop Inflicts Brain Damage on One Kid, Punches One Who Cut in Line

It took investigation into security camera footage to prove that indeed, a Louisville, KY school officer was terrorizing and assaulting children. Unfortunately, it also took two different incidents before the situation was taken seriously. 

This is worrying on many levels. The school resource officer at Olmsted Academy North Middle School was 31-year-old Jonathan Hardin, of the LMPD. He was not removed from the position after the first assault - another soon followed.

In January he pushed and punched a 13-year-old in the face, knocking the kid to the floor, whom he believed had cut in line in the cafeteria. He charged the student for menacing and resisting arrest (!) and acted on it under lies. The middle-schooler then had to be treated at Kosair Hospital.

One of the perils of having an alarm system is - which is worse? The thugs who might have invaded your home or the ones dispatched to the "rescue."

In the case of one family, the home alarm system had been inadvertently turned on last Sunday, leaving them blissfully unaware of what would happen next.

No knock. Not even a "we're here to help!" Two Groveland, Florida officers let themselves into the home through the garage. Guns a blazin' - only to find a little girl watching television on her bed.She must be the burglar! (Yeah, right.)

At this point, all the focus of police force they could muster beamed in on her, as they began "protecting" her.

If you live in New York, you might be in criminal possession of a "magic knife" too...

When Carsten Vogel noticed the negative social media reaction following NYPD incidents, behavior and the height of the Mayor de Blasio/NYPD face/off - he rushed in to defend the men and women in blue. After all, some of his good friends wear badges.

He too must have thought that "haters gonna hate" and someone should pipe up to defend them from unwarranted criticism.

He wrote in a thread on Facebook, just a few days after debating someone on the topic:

The police in NYC are now refusing to make the mayor look good, I get it. I don't think the police are abandoning their jobs or responsibilities. I think they are refusing to play the game.

Perhaps he was among the many who also parrot the idea that there are only a "few bad eggs" around. That if you're not doing anything wrong, there's nothing to worry about...

Yet, he was about to get a firsthand look into a systemic problem - the real aim of modern-day American policing.

This postal worker comes across friendly dogs, but also plenty of vicious dogs who will bite him if they get a chance. And sometimes, those dogs get loose. He nonchalantly points to a dog who bit him in the past. He wants people to know that "posties" love dogs. What would he think of our American police state that trains officers to shoot any kind of breed? Without prompting. 

But police officers always voice the fear of getting bit. This fear is upheld in the highest honor to them. "They were not bit because of their quick action. Basically, that was the end of the story."They shoot dogs before there would even be a remote possibility. It's the end of every senselessly bloody story where the owner is left to clean the mess; left with the bill and a ticket. "All I have to say is that I feel they're a threat." 

Co-Creator of "Gray State" Speaks on Deceased Filmmaker; Future of Main Project

Last week, we reported on the tragic and mysterious death of film producer David Crowley, his wife and young daughter who were all found dead in their Apple Valley, MN home, weeks after the incident took place.

A few new details have been reported by the media. Hennepin County Medical Examiners report a murder-suicide saying wife Komel and their five-year-old daughter were shot, and report David's death as a suicide. No additional marks, injuries or signs of struggle, they say.

Bodies were found close together on the front room floor with a black handgun near David. Date of death not released. Apple Valley police Capt. John Bermel said there were no signs of a scuffle, that the house was intact. Last sign of verified activity was late December. Electronics were taken from the home to be analyzed with investigators saying it could take awhile to make more determinations....

Last week, we reported on the tragic and mysterious death of film producer David Crowley, his wife and young daughter who were all found dead in their Apple Valley, MN home, weeks after the incident took place. Few details have emerged since then. The latest news pieces such as here and here leave more questions than answers. According to the Hennepin County Medical Examiner, all three have been officially identified and died from gunshot wounds to the heads, weeks ago. Even though the deaths were being treated as suspicious and the back sliding door was found ajar, police have labeled it a murder-suicide.

The direction of the production and release of Crowley's anticipated fictional film Gray State - which depicted a bleak America with totalitarian rule, a police state and detainment camps - is unknown. However, a rough cut of the dual production documentary, Gray State: The Rise is available to watch.

David Crowley, aged 29, had headed up a small crew for an ongoing full-feature and highly anticipated production called Gray State. The project had been in the works for over four years. A description excerpt from the film's website, which raised over $61,000 from fans:

The world reels with the turmoil of war, geological disaster, and economic collapse, while Americans continue to submerge themselves in illusions of safety and immunity. While rights are sold for security, the federal government, swollen with power, begins a systematic takeover of liberty in order to bring about a New World Order.
