Military Helicopters Descend Over Central Texas for Mass Civil Unrest Drill

We've seen at least four or five military helicopters (and heard more that we couldn't see due to cloud cover) in the Round Rock/Hutto/Georgetown/Taylor Texas area today, including two giant chinooks flying in tandem low enough and loud enough to rattle windows. We've been told there's a mass civil unrest drill going on here that involves 3,000+ soldiers...

ARMY GOLDEN KNIGHTS CLAIM RESPONSIBILITY FOR ‘UFO’S’ OVER TX
An Army parachute jumper is claiming responsibility for the strange lights appearing over El Paso, TX over the weekend.
On the US Army Golden Knights webpage, SGT Rachel Medley says that the Golden Knights “Black” demonstration team was doing a night time “pyro” demonstration*:
Medley was responding to a commenter on the Knight’s webpage asking the group about the news story (seen on The Blaze) suggesting the lights could be extra terrestrial. A video of a Golden Knights night time jump on YouTube does show similarities to the El Paso lights:
However, Medley has not responded to commenters asking her to explain similar lights over Manhattan, which were seen during the day:

And still others won’t be satisfied until the demonstration is repeated:
Over on the blog, a reader photo shows similar lights occurring at dawn, suggesting the glimmers may not have been from a night time Army parachute demonstration.
The official explanation for the Manhattan lights is an errant clump of balloons released by children in Virginia. Not surprisingly, that hasn’t satisfied UFO speculators.

Question: How do you pull of the whole “hovering and reverse trajectory thing?”
Answer: “Hovering and reverse trajectory” is a really fancy way of saying that we opened our parachutes, slowing from 120 mph to about 12 mph in a matter of seconds, then started steering our parachutes around in preparation to land. Because the change in speed is so sudden and dramatic, it can appear to spectators on the ground that the jumpers are hovering. Nope, they are simply gliding gently to the ground under their black and gold canopies. One fan asked if we had “jet packs,” and the answer is NO…we wish! Our parachutes have a forward speed of 22 miles per hour, and with the pyro sparks burning under the canopy, it appears that we are going pretty fast.
And this about the El Paso jump:
Question: (specifically about the El Paso jump Friday) Why were there three flares when the parachutes opened, then a fourth became visible after they were hovering?Answer: During freefall, not all of the jumpers in the formation ignite their pyro sticks. One of the jumpers, SFC Arlyn Slade, waited until he was under canopy to ignite his flares because he was performing canopy relative work with his CRW partner, SSG Todd Beckel. As soon as their canopies were together, SFC Slade ignited his pyro, creating the fourth flare.

Joel Burns, Gay Texas Councilman, Gives Emotional Testimony Against Bullying (VIDEO)

Openly gay Fort Worth, Texas, City Councilman Joel Burns gave an impassioned plea to youth struggling with their sexual identity during a meeting Tuesday night, urging them not to despair in the face of intense adversity.
"I want to tell any teen who might see this, give yourself a chance to see just how much better life will get," Burns said, fighting back tears. "And it will get better, you will get out of the household that doesn't accept you, you will get out of that high school and you never have to deal with those jerks again if you don't want to. You will find and you will make new friends who will understand you and life will get so, so, so much better."
Burns began his speech with a display of a number of recent teens who have taken their own lives as a result of gay bullying from their peers. The councilman admitted that he, too, had been a victim of persecution as a high school student.
He began to tell a story about the effect that a specific incident in which he was called a variety of slurs and beaten up had had on him, but decided that it would be too difficult to relay to the council.
"To those who are feeling very alone tonight, please know that I understand how you feel, that things will get easier," Burns said. "Please stick around to make those happy memories for yourself. It may not seem like it tonight, but they will."
Burns's testimony was met with applause from fellow councilmembers, who later commended him on his bravery.

Head of Investigator in Falcon Lake Case Delivered to Mexican Military

According to CNN, the severed head of the lead investigator in the Falcon Lake murder case, Rolando Armando Flores Villegas, was delivered to the Mexican military in a suitcase.
“His head was delivered to the army garrison this morning in a suitcase after he failed to report back home last night,” Zapata County, Texas, Sheriff Sigifredo Gonzalez Jr. said.
The report that Villegas was murdered appeared after the Tamaulipas state attorney general’s office provided conflicting information on whether authorities were looking for a pair of suspects in the case of David Michael Hartley’s disappearance. The murder of Villegas has fueled speculation that Hartley was killed by drug cartel enforcers.
Hartley was shot in the back of the head on the Mexican side of Falcon Lake in Texas while jet-skiing there with his wife on September 30. Tiffany Hartley escaped the gunfire by assailants described by the corporate media as “pirates.” She returned to the American side of the 60-miles-long “big fishing paradise” that straddles the U.S.-Mexican border after attempting to rescue her husband but was forced to abandon his body when the gunmen opened fire on her.
The attack on the Hartleys is not an isolated case. According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, gunmen armed with AK-47s and AR-15 rifles have attacked American tourists on Falcon Lake during a number of robberies in recent months. Gunmen use Argos-type fishing boats and are often dressed as Mexican police. Others have used duct-taped signs to disguise their boats as Texas Parks and Wildlife vessels, victims report. Since April 30, five incidents of armed robbery or attempted theft have been reported on the lake.
Humberto Palomares, a security expert at the Tamaulipas campus of the Colegio de Frontera Norte, told the Christian Science Monitor on October 7 that Mexican drug cartel thugs now claim to own public spaces.
Mexican drug cartels not only claim to own and control public spaces in Mexico, but also in the United States. In June, the U.S. ceded part of southern Arizona to the drug cartels. Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu said that a wide corridor of Arizona from the border North to the outskirts of Phoenix is effectively controlled by the cartels. In June, a drug cartel threatened police in Arizona after they confiscated a marijuana shipment. “The threats appear credible because various informants were able to identify the officers who intercepted the drug load,” ABC Newsreported.
In response to the situation in Mexico, the Obama administration said crime on the border is down, an assertion obviously at odds with reality. For more than two years, U.S. intelligence and law enforcement officials have been warning that the dramatic rise in violence along the southwestern border could eventually target U.S. citizens and spread into this country. Violence against Americans visiting Mexico has risen significantly over the last few years. According to the State Department, 79 U.S. citizens were killed last year in Mexico, up from 35 in 2007. In Juarez, across border from El Paso, Texas, 23 Americans were killed in 2009, compared with two in 2007.
After the Hartley story surfaced, the corporate media insinuated that Tiffany Hartley had fabricated it.
On Monday, David Michael Hartley’s widow said that she was frustrated by the lack of response from the federal government.
Mexico is now a narco state controlled by powerful and murderous drug cartels.
In large parts of the country, the drug cartels employ up to one-fifth of the population and own everyday businesses such gyms and a day-care centers. “We are approaching that red zone,”Edgardo Buscaglia, an expert on organized crime at the Autonomous Technological University of Mexico, told AZCentral in February. “There are pockets of ungovernability in the country, and they will expand.”
In July, it was reported that nearly 50 candidates and public figures were assassinated in the run up to Mexico’s 2010 state elections. Political murders have also targeted Americans. In March, a U.S. Consulate worker in Ciudad Juarez was ordered murdered by high-ranking drug cartel enforcer.
The drug cartel takeover of Mexico was facilitated in part by American banks. In June, it was discovered that Wachovia Corp. and Bank of America were involved in laundering drug money for the cartels. “This was no isolated incident,” Bloomberg reported. “Wachovia, it turns out, had made a habit of helping move money for Mexican drug smugglers. Wells Fargo & Co., which bought Wachovia in 2008, has admitted in court that its unit failed to monitor and report suspected money laundering by narcotics traffickers — including the cash used to buy four planes that shipped a total of 22 tons of cocaine.”

Amazing “Coincidence”: UT Shooting Cancels Pro-Gun Speech

A shooting at the University of Texas campus that was initially blamed on a lone nut took on a political aspect after it emerged that the incident coincided with a speech by second amendment expert John Lott

Authorities are still searching for a second suspect and the University is on lock down with all classes having been cancelled.
Shortly after the incident, the Austin-American Statesman somewhat sardonically reportedthat the John Lott event, which was organized by UT Students for Concealed Carry on Campus, had been cancelled as a result of the “unfortunate coincidence” of it falling on the same day as this morning’s incident.
“I don’t want to comment on any political aspects of this,” said Jeff Shi, the president of UT Students for Concealed Carry on Campus, “I hope everything turns out well and the only casualties are the bad guys.”
Was the timing of the shooting just an “unfortunate coincidence” or a deliberate ploy to undermine and cancel the Lott event amidst a nationwide push to allow students the right to concealed carry? With robberies and other crimes on campus soaring, more students are demanding they be authorized to protect themselves.
The timing of mass shootings, although thankfully in this case there were no victims aside from the gunman, routinely coincide with the passage of stringent gun laws or debates about concealed carry on campus.
The 2007 Virginia Tech massacre, in which the perpetrator Seung-Hui Cho, killed 32 people and wounded many others, was preceded by a campus gun ban that prohibited “unauthorized possession, storage or control” of firearms on campus. This prevented the dozens of victims from being able to properly defend themselves against the killer.
The only “political aspect” behind the “coincidence” of the shooting happening on the same day as the second amendment event is the fact that if the gunman or gunmen had been more successful in their rampage, students who had exercised their gun rights and adopted concealed carry would have been far more protected than those who had not.
Indeed, presuming that the danger is now over with the gunman dead, there would have been no better time than tonight for Lott to give his speech about Second Amendment issues on campus.
However, as a consequence of this amazing “coincidence,” Lott’s presentation has been postponed with no indication of when it will be rescheduled.
It remains to be seen whether the corporate media will play up the connection between the shooting and the Lott speech as a means of demonizing the Second Amendment, but given how the establishment has ceaselessly exploited mass shootings in the past to attack the rights of the victims to defend themselves, don’t be surprised if the talking points in reaction to this story start to take on this very character.

CNN Declares the Constitution Racist

In a discussion about Texas governor Rick Perry, CNN’s Rick Sanchez told Wayne Slater of the Dallas Morning News that “people of color” consider the Constitution — in particular the Tenth amendment — racist. Sanchez made his comment at 1:45 in the following video.
In essence, Sanchez said that if you believe that powers not granted to the federal government nor prohibited to the states by the Constitution are reserved to the states, you’re a racist. Sanchez’s remark is an obtuse reference to nullification, John C. Calhoun, and slavery.
In the 1840s and 1850s, the federal government tried to impose the Fugitive Slave Acts of 1793 and 1850 and school segregation through Brown v. Board of Education on the Southern states. It was argued that these measures were unconstitutional and that the states had the inherent power to prevent the federal government from enforcing them within their borders.
In response to the Alien and Sedition Acts in 1798, Thomas Jefferson and James Madison wrote the Kentucky and Virginia Resolutions, which provide a classic statement in support of states’ rights. Jefferson and Madison declared the Union is a voluntary association of states, and if the federal government violates that voluntary association with unconstitutional laws the states have the right to nullify those laws. The states, they wrote, “are not united on the principle of unlimited submission to their general government” and “each party has an equal right to judge for itself, as well of infractions as of the mode and measure of redress.”
Nine states have passed resolutions reaffirming the principles of sovereignty under theConstitution and the 10th Amendment over the last year. The political opportunist Rick Perryexploited this trend last April at an anti-tax rally in Austin when he said Texans might get so fed up with the federal government they would want to leave the union. Democrats and other advocates of federal power over the states had a field day with Perry’s secession comment. “Talk of secession is an attack on our country. It can be nothing else. It is the ultimate anti-American statement,” declared Rep. Jim Dunnam of Waco.
Despite Mr. Dunnam’s contempt, a large number of Texans support the idea of states’ rights and even secession.
CNN and the corporate media have since used Perry’s comment as a lightning rod to portray constitutionalists as racist troglodytes. It is no mistake during the above clip CNN decided to show the consummate politician and opportunist Rick Perry parading around on horse back dressed in cowboy regalia. It underscores the stereotype of the white Southern massa lording over cotton field slaves. It reaffirms the racist narrative and attempts to drive people away from the sovereignty movement.
States’ rights as a not so subtle codeword for racism is now a corporate media talking point. In February, the teleprompter reader Chris Matthews at MSNBC compared Texan political candidate Debra Medina to John Calhoun after she defended the principles of interposition and nullification in response to the encroachments of the federal government.
None of this is accidental. It is imperative that the establishment attack the Constitution and the Bill of Rights if they are going to realize the globalist plan to merge our once proud constitutional republic into a world government. In addition to portraying the Constitution as a racist manifesto, they are attempting to criminalize the Tea Party and take down its political candidates.
