Mexican Police To Patrol NY?

NEW YORK, New York — In a series of events which has caused wide notice and a storm of protests, the government of Mexico, through its consulate in New York in the United Nations, has announced it will begin patrolling the New York City borough of Staten Island to “safeguard” its nationals there.
The actions of Mexico come after a series of incidents the Mexican government terms “bias attacks.”
Ironically, these so-called “hate crimes” have been perpetrated by blacks and Asians, indicative of rising tensions between various ethnic groups in the U.S. The Catholic Examinerand NBC New York both reported the Mexican government’s intention to mount surveillance, patrol and police in and around the Staten Island community of Port Richmond, which in recent years has seen a large influx of Mexican illegal immigrants.
Since the Examiner’s coverage, however, councilor officials, city hall and the local press have begun to carefully de-emphasize any possible role of Mexican law enforcement or military in efforts to secure the neighborhood.
Mexican officials have set up a neighborhood office and a local phone hot line for their nationals to report “bias incidents”–regardless as to whether they are in the United States legally.
New York City police had been monitoring the situation and investigating the reported assaults as local crimes. The actions of the Mexican government have caused Mayor Michael Bloomberg and Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly to order what many observers say is the most concentrated police mobilization since the World Trade Center disaster.
The main street of Port Richmond was swiftly transformed into what the New York Times described as a war zone like atmosphere with over 120 newly assigned officers, high-intensity night lighting, two huge “sky tower” police observation posts, frequent helicopter overflights and 20 police cars to watch the center of the relatively small neighborhood. Several long-term residents described it as a constant hornet’s nest of activity.
Both published reports and residents say that reports of fights between Mexicans and other groups began years ago, in the late 1990s or early 2000s. Many charge the present round of incidents started in 2003 with one loss of life in 2006, which might not even be connected to the present series of events.
At a major community gathering held at the historic St. Phillips Baptist Church, speakers addressed the current situation in the neighborhood and the borough, while Mexican councilor officials looked on.
But while the Richmond anti-violence organization and assorted left-leaning journalists who attended may have been expecting a mea culpa from local residents, what they got instead was a blast of community push-back. Speaker after speaker from the black community told of horrendous conditions the largely illegal immigrants had brought to their community. Speakers described the pattern in communities affected by an influx of illegals.
Community residents, many of whom are black first-time homeowners, told of constant disputes, alcohol and drug sales, late night disruptions, trespassing and public urination.
Others in the audience, who declined to testify, spoke of men wearing clothes bearing symbols of La Raza, Aztlan and other militant pro-Mexican groups.
They also spoke of repeated attempts to summon the state liquor authority’s enforcement agency to deal with the surging illegal liquor sales in the area, with little in the way of a response .

The Assault on the Fourteenth Amendment

The Fourteenth Amendment has come under concerted attack in recent days. Some conservatives have talked about repealing the Citizenship Clause, which says that “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.”
The Fourteenth Amendment, as I explained earlier this week, passed in 1868 in response to the Black Codes, which limited the rights of blacks in parts of the south to own property or enter contracts. The Citizenship Clause ensured that blacks who had been born in the U.S.—whether they were born free or born slaves—would be citizens and entitled to the same rights as everyone else. Because who exactly is “subject to the jurisdiction” of the U.S. is not entirely clear, the courts have never definitively ruled that everyone born in the country is necessarily a citizen, although they have typically interpreted the Citizenship Clause as saying that they are.
The Fourteenth Amendment has been at the heart of the recent legal controversies over same-sex marriage and immigration. As Sandip Roy argues in Salon, Judge Vaughn Walker’s decision to overturn California’s Proposition 8 banning same-sex marriage and Judge Susan Bolton’s decision to issue a preliminary injunction against Arizona’s law, raise similar issues. At stake in each case is what the equal protection of the law means and who is entitled to that protection. Although Judge Bolton’s primarily based her on the Federal government’s authority over immigration, she also pointed out the dangers of “increasing the intrusion of police presence into the lives of legally present aliens (and even United States citizens), who will necessarily be swept up by this requirement.”

The Council on Foreign Relations' Task Force Report, U.S. Immigration Policy - Council on Foreign Relations, calls for Biometric ID cards, relaxing visa requirements for "scientists" and "military" personnel,  a mandatory system for verifying those who are authorized to work in the United Statesthe expansion of “smart border” initiatives that use information technologies and targeting tools,  state and local enforcement under Federal controlincarceration policies, expanding the use of alternatives to detention, such as ankle bracelets or monitoring parolees, Allowing greater discretion in implementing some of the penalties that were previously passed by Congress, such as the mandatory three, five, and ten year bars for many returning deportees, creating an office within the Department of Homeland Security that is responsible for refugee protection, and give greater priority for refugee issues throughout the Department of Homeland Security and in the White House, etc.


The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) Publication states:
"The continued failure to devise and implement a sound and sustainable immigration policy threatens to weaken America’s economy, to jeopardize its diplomacy, and to imperil its national security," concludes a new Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) Independent Task Force co-chaired by former Florida governor Jeb Bush and former White House chief of staff Thomas "Mack" McLarty.

I find that the CFR calling the Task Force "Independent" laughable, since the members consist of  long-time CFR Propaganda Promoters. The most important aspects of the Task Force "findings" indicate a rapid advancement  toward a "Scientific Dictatorship".  Did you wonder why the country is suddenly in an uproar over "Immigration Reform" issues?  Well, now you know!  Remember the now infamous Zbigniew Kazimierz Brzezinski (CFR Propaganda Promoter) speech in which he states that he is "Deeply Troubled" by the "Massive Global Political Awakening" that is a "threat to the"Global Power Structures".  The "Global Elites" are so troubled that they are working at a  break neck speed to advance their policies for global dominance.


The Task Force Report's recommendations will "supposedly" require Congress to pass legislation.  Just in case they are unable to obtain enough Congressional support for these extreme immigration policies, they make sure to cast dispersions on existing laws passed by Congress, while advancing the idea that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)  should have wider authority and discretion.  Why not let DHS make up it's own laws or at least pick and choose which laws they will enforce. I guess the "President" could issue more Executive Orders!  God knows he hasn't used this power enough?!?!

If you look beyond the barebacked illegal alien scaling a barbed wire fence, you’ll discover a trail of dead that leads all the way back to Mexico City.  There you’ll find President Felipe Calderon—chillin’ like a villain—with a motley wrecking crew of CIA operatives, Latin American drug lords and an assortment of corporate henchmen from such infamous organizations as Halliburton, DynCorp and SYColeman.  Look beyond them, and you’ll discover a trail of cash that leads all the way back to Wall Street and Washington D.C.

Mexico is going through some big changes, but not the kinds of changes contained in any of Calderon’s political speeches.  The Mexican President is working off blueprints drafted by the Anglo-American establishment.  By the time they’re through, you won’t recognize the place.  It may not become a suitable place to live, but it will certainly be a plunder friendly environment for rich carpetbaggers (the people Obama likes to call “The Titan’s of Industry”) intent on exploiting all of Mexico’s vast natural resources.  But—of course—you can’t make an omelet without breaking a few eggs, and that’s precisely what Calderon and his staff of short order cooks are frying up in Hell’s kitchen.
Since Calderon took office in 2006, almost 30,000 lives have been lost to a nonsensical military offensive against the minor players in Mexico’s drug trade.  Funding for this colossal disaster was made possible through the Merida Initiative of 2008.  This military aid package is a creature of the Bush administration, and was introduced as part of the Security and Prosperity Partnership’s (SPP) plan to merge the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) with a militarized tri-national Homeland Security force.  Since it was signed into law, roughly 1.4 billon American tax dollars have been flushed down this money pit to create a boondoggle for U.S. defense contractors, IT companies and private mercenary firms.  The recent upsurge in violence on both sides of the border, along with the unprecedented influx of illegal aliens into the United States, is a direct result of this unholy alliance.
Calderon himself is merely a puppet of the United States government.  Throughout his entire term in office, the drug war has taken precedence over everything.  As a party to the Merida Initiative— also known as “Plan Mexico,”—Calderon is obligated to put U.S. security objectives ahead of all domestic policies.  Pursuant to the agreement, Mexico is required to adopt and maintain an aggressive counter-narcotic, counter-terrorism and border security strategy that adheres to a strict military model.
The objective is not to stop the free flow of narcotics across the border but rather to eliminate smaller drug gangs that compete with the larger cartels who launder their money through U.S. and British banks.
Meanwhile, at least 49% of the Mexican population continues to live below the poverty line on less than US$2 per day. Projects to improve infrastructure have fallen to the wayside.  Public services are minimal to non-existant.  Wages are low and the gap between the rich and the poor is larger than all but six other nations in the world.  Despite being the 11th richest economy on the planet, only a privileged few reap the rewards of Mexico’s vast wealth of natural resources like oil, gas and minerals.
Mexico is the first of the three North America countries to fully embrace the SPP.  It is no longer a sovereign nation.  Ever since Calderon’s National Action Party (PAN) took control in the year 2000, U.S., British and Spanish companies have taken possession of almost every bank in Mexico.  Citigroup—for instance—owns Banamex, the largest and most influential of Mexico’s financial institutions.
Both Felipe Calderon and his predecessor, Vicente Fox, are devout globalists.  They are the anti-thesis of the previous nationalist government—the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI)—that ruled Mexico for over 70 years.  Their strategy for dealing with the drug trade was far different than the current administration.  During their reign of power, the PRI had an iron grip on Mexico and controlled everything from natural resources, the press and even the cartel’s themselves.  Though narcotics trafficking flourished during the PRI years, the government was able to control the gangs under strict rules that forbid kidnapping, the killing of civilians and the encroachment upon another cartel’s turf. When the PRI lost the Presidency in the year 2000 to Vicente Fox and his National Action Party (PAN), all of those controls went with them.
Earlier this year, rumors began circulating that the Calderon government was in bed with Mexico’s largest drug cartel, the Sinaloa Federation, which controls more than 45% of the drug trade.  In February, Al-Jazeera posted a video expose, which suggested that the Calderon government was favoring the Sinaloa Cartel. They interviewed a leading Mexican law professor—Edgardo Buscaglia—as well as a prominent Mexican journalist— Diego Enrique Osorno, both of whom determined, through research, that the federal government was targeting the weakest organized crime groups in Mexico and all but ignoring the main organized crime group, the Sinaloa Federation.  An analysis of over 50,000 Mexican drug arrest documents dating back to 2003 showed that only a tiny fraction of those arrests were against Sinaloa cartel members, and none have been against cartel leaders.
This led many to surmise that the PAN was becoming just as corrupt as the PRI, and that the war on drugs was nothing more than an expensive bloodletting to purge the narcotics trade of low level upstarts.  This has led to resurgence in popularity of the PRI, who has promised to get the cartels under control if elected in 2012. National Public Radio recently interviewed Denise Dresser, a political scientist in Mexico City, who stated, “It’s as if the Communist Party were resurgent in Russia. We’re witnessing, in many ways, the return of an authoritarian party that governed Mexico for 71 years.”
Now, just as Calderon’s popularity was beginning to wane, we learn thast Mexican troops have very conveniently found and killed one of the Sinaloa Cartel’s #3 man, Ignacio Coronel “Nacho” Villarreal.  This gave Calderon a much needed boost, which he has now used to justify continuing on with the drug war on its present course.  At first glance, this killing would appear to dismiss speculation of Calderon’s ties with the Sinaloa Federation.  But does it really?  Is it not realistic to assume that Nacho is merely a sacrificial lamb, or perhaps a rogue  element within the cartel that needed to be eliminated?  Notice that he was not taken alive.  Surely his capture would have been an invaluable intelligence asset.  Surely, Nacho took a lot of valuable information to his grave.  It has recently been discovered that Villareal was implicated in CIA operations in Yucatan.  According to an article by Mario Andrade,  Thanks to the arduous work of the Mexican newspaper Por Esto!,it was discovered that Nacho Coronel was literally running “El Chapo” Guzman’s cocaine operations in the Yucatan Peninsula since 2004, when evidently, he became the visible head of the Sinaloa Cartel which operated out of the cities of Merida, Cancun, and Cozumel. This was known as “the Yucatan Peninsula Route.”
“On September of 2007, there was aplane crash in Yucatan. When authorities arrived at the crash site, they discovered well over 3 tons of cocaine onboard the Gulfstream II aircraft. The narcotics reportedly belonged to the Sinaloa Drug Cartel, under the command of “El Chapo” Guzman and the local control of Nacho Coronel. However, after further investigations into the origins of the aircraft’s markings and registration number (N987SA), it was discovered that it was used for CIA rendition flights. Later that month, another drug bust took place involving a DC9 aircraft transporting cocaine, registered to an American business (although the American owner was never arrested, and the identity was not publicly revealed).”
Again I ask:  Does Villarreal’s killing strike a significant blow to the Sinaloa Federation, or does his death serve the dual purpose of getting rid of a dangerous liability while also giving Calderon a much needed publicity boost?
You can expect to see more convenient killings as the system purges itself of rogue elements.  The PAN will use these executions for propaganda purposes in an attempt to win back dissenters from the PRI and get public opinion back on their side.  They’re also using Vicente Fox, who has now become a vocal supporter in favor of drug legalization.  Are his declarations sincere, or is he simply putting out campaign rhetoric for the PAN?  Don’t be surprised if Calderon himself comes out and promises to strongly consider the legalization of narcotics if the PAN is re elected in 2012.  We’re all familiar with Obama’s promise to end the wars in the Middle East during his campaign, only to reverse his position the minute he took office.  The same thing will happen here.
That’s not to say that it’s entirely unrealistic to imagine an open drug market in Mexico.  Legalized drugs would allow Wall Street investors to reap huge profits by investing in U.S. drug companies trafficking in a legalized drug trade.  Demand for drugs would soar in the U.S. as previously abstinent Americans took trips south of the border for a little recreational drug experimentation, only to return as hardcore addicts.  Of course drugs would remain illegal in the states, and those returning across the border with souvenirs would make welcome additions to the penal system.
Whether Mexico will ever legalize drugs or continue on their present course is still a matter of speculation.  But one thing is certain: nothing that any of these people decide to do will be done for the benefit of the people.  The New World Order is weighing its options, and the eradication of narcotics is not part of their agenda.  There are far too many profits to be made from drugs, whether they are illegal or not.  Catherine Austin Fitts, a risk management professional, has stated that narcotics annually bring in an estimated $400 billion globally and about $150 billion plus in the United States.  In part one her series, Narcodollars for BeginnersFitts states that, “According to the Department of Justice, the US launders between $500 billion – $1 trillion annually. I have little idea what percentage of that is narco dollars, but it is probably safe to assume that at least $100-200 billion relates to US drug import-exports and retail trade.”
In her article, The Red Button Problem, Fitts states, “In the summer of 2000, I asked a group of 100 people at a conference of spiritually committed people who would push a red button if it would immediately stop all narcotics trafficking in their neighborhood, city, state and country. Out of 100 people, 99 said they would not push such red button. When surveyed, they said they did not want their mutual funds to go down if the U.S. financial system suddenly stopped attracting an estimated $500 billion-$1 trillion a year in global money laundering. They did not want their government checks jeopardized or their taxes raised because of resulting problems financing the federal government deficit.”
The only real solution for Mexico and the United States is to call off the war on drugs and legalize them universally.  Mexico must work to regain its sovereignty and break its ties with the IMF and World Bank.  These institutions have only made the economic conditions in Mexico much worse—especially for the poor.  They lend money to Mexico on condition that they cut social expenditures in order to repay the loans.  Mexico should take its lessons from the Icelandic people and default on their loans.  The United States government should promote political parties whose government model is based on the original Republican form of government—designed by our Founding Fathers—that includes an identical Constitution and Bill of Rights.
As for the United States, the $400 million dollars paid annually to Mexico to fight its drug war could be used to strengthen our own border security.  Does anyone find it odd that our government provides billions of dollars each year in support of apartheid Israel’s border war, yet no such support is given to the gallant Sheriff’s who are single-handedly fighting the war that rages on our own border?
Some of the same people who provide material and moral support of Israel’s efforts to displace Palestinians from their own land are also the most vocal critics of Arizona’s immigration law.  The Democrats, rich billionaires and—of course—the Anti-Defamation League are all among these groups of hypocrites.  Their agendas should be quite transparent to everyone.  For the Democrats, providing amnesty to illegal aliens gives them a significant voting block.  For rich billionaires—like Michael Bloomberg—illegal aliens make useful tools to drive down wages and destroy the middle class.  For groups like the ADL, illegal aliens are just another group it can infiltrate so they can later be used as soldiers in their on-going war against American traditions and family values.
Right now, the Mexican people are among the only groups who have resisted the secularism promoted by the ADL, who annually give their “Torch of Freedom” award to pornographers like Hugh Hefner.  But if they allow themselves to become allied with that organization, they can expect their women to be seduced into aborting their children, their strong family units broken apart and their Catholic religion attacked.  This is the modus operandi of the ADL.  And if anyone doubts that, just ask members of the African American community whose groups were infiltrated by the ADL and have since wised up and (for the most part) distanced themselves from this poisonous and destructive influence.
As Americans, we should be concerned about our Mexican neighbors.  If your neighbor’s house falls into disrepair and becomes unlivable, you may take those people in for a time.  But if they fail to do the proper repairs themselves, you may offer to lend a hand.  This is exactly what we need to do with Mexico.  We need to help make their country a place worth living in.  That’s exactly what needs to happen—and that’s precisely why it won’t happen.  What’s good for the people is not what is good for the New World Order.  They don’t want you to have a nice house on a nice street.  They want to bulldoze both your properties.  Then they’ll whisper in your ear,“your neighbor did it” and whisper the same thing in your neighbor’s ear.  Then you’ll both be homeless, penniless and fighting in the street until a police car rolls up and takes you away.
When the New World Order comes to town, they set up shop just like Wal-Mart: a giant alien spacecraft that lands in the center of town.  They say they come in peace as they pull out their ray guns.  Moments later—three family grocers, two pharmacies, a tire shop, a photo mat and an appliance center are all vaporized.  And instead of storming the behemoth—the locals flock to it, become its slave and wonder how they ever lived without it.
Pathetic.
Now, if you’ll excuse me…I need to go out and buy a replacement printer cartridge.  Let’s see, it’s 3 am….hmmm.  I wonder what might be open at this hour?

Shortly after President Obama in a highly political speech Thursday said the U.S.-Mexican border is the safest in 20 years, 21 persons were killed in a gun battle between rival drug and immigrant trafficking gangs.
As well about 3,500 acres of southern Arizona along the Mexican border is closed to U.S. citizens due to increased violence in the region.
The closed off area stretches 80 miles along the border and includes part of the Buenos Aires National Wildlife Refuge. It was closed in October 2006 “due to human safety concerns,” the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service said Wednesday in response to news reports on the closure.
“It’s literally out of control,” said Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu. “We stood with Senator McCain and literally demanded support for 3,000 soldiers to be deployed to Arizona to get this under control and finally secure our border with Mexico. “

2002 annual report breaking down money doled out by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation reveals the foundation provided a grant to National Council of La Raza. The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation is arguably the largest “charitable” organization in the world.

The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation gave La Raza over $6 million in 2002.
Gates gave $6,661,364 to the racist organization for education, according to the foundation’s website. La Raza has also received financial support from theFord Foundation. For instance, in 1968, the globalist foundation gave La Raza $600,000, according to research conducted by Philip Brennan.
La Raza’s website admits “the organization receives two-thirds of its funding from corporations and foundations, and the rest from the government.” For the period 1992-1996, the total amount of “gifts, grants and contributions” to La Raza was more than $38 million.
The Ford Foundation has also funded the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund (MALDEF). According to Mario Obeldo, former head of MALDEF, “California is going to be a Hispanic state. Anyone who does not like it should leave.” In 1998, Obledo was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom by Clinton.
La Raza’s motto is “For the race everything, outside the race nothing” (“Por La Raza todo. Fuera de La Raza nada”). La Raza is associated with the radical racist group Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlán, or Chicano Student Movement of Aztlán (MEChA), an organization that espouses Aztec supremacism and irredentism (specifically advocating the annexation of the American Southwest). Mestizo activists believe they have a legal and primordial right to the land and propose that a new nation be created, a Republica del Norte. The primary vehicle for creating this Aztec nation is La Reconquista, a demographic “revolution” that strives to supplant “gringos” in the Southwest with an influx of illegal Mexican immigrants.
According to La Raza, border control is racist. The organization condemns the “step-up [in] immigration law enforcement significantly along the U.S./Mexico border and in the interior of the country” claiming such activities violate the civil rights of Hispanics.
A recent poll conducted by Fox Newsreveals that most Americans believe the federal government is failing to enforce the country’s immigration laws. In addition, voters are more likely to favor than oppose Arizona’s new immigration law that was blocked by a federal judge last week.
As Kevin Lamb notes, the Gates and Ford foundations, along with the Soros and Rockefeller foundations, have long funded and supported “well-organized ethnic-immigrant lobbies and advocacy groups, which are actively working to transform the U.S. into a borderless society,” a cornerstone of the globalist vision and the end game of world government. La Raza, MEChA, and other so-called Hispanic civil rights organizations calling for an unrestricted flow of illegal immigrants are indispensable for this one-world agenda.
In addition to striving to eliminate borders and destroy the national sovereignty of the United States, Bill Gates has worked tirelessly as a eugenicist dedicated to reduce world population, another key objective of the elite. “First we got population. The world today has 6.8 billion people. That’s headed up to about 9 billion. Now if we do a really great job on new vaccines, health care, reproductive health services, we lower that by perhaps 10 or 15 percent,” Gates said during an invitation-only conference held in Long Beach, California, earlier this year.
“In plain English, one of the most powerful men in the world states clearly that he expects vaccines to be used to reduce population growth. When Bill Gates speaks about vaccines, he speaks with authority,” writes F. William Engdahl.

The 1,200 National Guard troops that are being deployed incrementally to the southwest border “will not be doing direct law enforcement,” said U.S. National Guard Bureau Director of Communications Jack Harrison when asked if the forces would be interdicting drugs and undocumented immigrants.
“The two mission sets are criminal analysts and enter-identification team,” Harrison told CNSNews.com. “I can tell you that guardsmen will not be doing direct law enforcement on the southwest border.”
In other words, the National Guardsmen will not be used to actually stop and detain illegal aliens trying to sneak across the border into the United States.
Harrison made his comments on Friday during a “bloggers roundtable” sponsored by the Department of Defense (DOD).
When CNSNews.com asked if the National Guard assessed whether 1,200 troops were adequate to accomplish the mission assigned by the Department of Homeland Security and DOD, Harrison said, “DHS and DOD determined the number necessary for this request and I don’t have anything further on that part of your question.”

According to Alexander Bolton, in his article, "Political momentum grows for revoking birthright citizenship", Republican Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina called on "all Americans" to carry a biometric identification card to prove to employers they are eligible to work legally.  


Why wouldn't every American want to submit to carrying a "biometric" ID card in order to stop illegals from crossing our border?  Oops, I guess it won't do that will it.  It is only after they cross the border that we will catch them if they don't have an ID card, right?  Sounds good so far......

Unless, of course, "comprehensive immigration reform" is really about something more sinister?  Is all the recent news and controversy about Arizona's illegal immigration woes really an attempt to prepare the American people to give up their constitutional rights?  Do people like Senator Graham really want to use Biometrics to track U.S. citizens every move?


Ezra Klein of the Washington Post, posits in his article,"Is Biometric, national ID Card an immigration game changer? "The Democrats' immigration-reform proposal (pdf) is 26 pages long. Pages 8 through 18 are devoted to "ending illegal employment through biometric employment verification." I don't think the Democrats are going to like me calling this a biometric national ID card, as they go to great lengths to say that it is not a national ID card, and make it "unlawful for any person, corporation; organization local, state, or federal law enforcement officer; local or state government; or any other entity to require or even ask an individual cardholder to produce their social security card for any purpose other than electronic verification of employment eligibility and verification of identity for Social Security Administration purposes."

So, yet again, we have the Democrats and the Republicans presenting this false dichotomy, acting like they are disagreeing about so-called "Immigration Reform" while they actually agree on one thing...."ALL AMERICANS" SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO PRESENT THEIR PAPERS in order to work; support themselves, feed themselves, provide shelter for themselves.  

Well, then you may ask.....what's the harm?  In short, it is a clear violation of our right to privacy.  Not to mention that it would also help accomplish what the "Globalists" have been attempting for a long time now.....to gain control over the masses.  

According to one globalist, Zbigniew Brzezinski, "There is a new and unique development in human history that is taking place around the world; it is unprecedented in reach and volume, and it is also the greatest threat to all global power structures: the ‘global political awakening.’ 



Brzezinski seems to be concerned about the masses of people "awakening" to the injustices and inequalities around the world.  Don't think for a moment that the United States is the first nation to implement a Biometric National ID Card;  several countries in the European Union have them.  Well, since the global elites are too few in number to accomplish their goals for population control, they need "front men".  So, let me introduce you to Senator Chuck Schumer and the aforementioned, Senator Lindsey Graham.

In a Washington Post op-ed on immigration reform, Senators Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and Lindsey Graham (R-SC), wrote: 

"We would require all U.S. citizens and legal immigrants who want jobs to obtain a high-tech, fraud-proof Social Security card. Each card's unique biometric identifier would be stored only on the card; no government database would house everyone's information. The cards would not contain any private information, medical information or tracking devices. The card would be a high-tech version of the Social Security card that citizens already have."

In an article at CATO @ LIBERTY, Jim Harper, reports: "First, let there be no doubt that this is a national ID card. As I’ve written in the past, a national ID has three characteristics: It is national—this is. It’s practically or legally required—this is. And it’s for identification—yep.
Students of card security will recognize one of the adjectives in the sentence as rather extravagant.  No, it’s not “high-tech”—that’s a throwaway. The extravagant claim is “fraud-proof.”
The senators may mean one of  three things, only one of which might be true. All three have to be true or their implication of a bullet-proof card system is false:
1) Impervious to fraud in issuance. Issuance is the weakest link in card security. Today at the hundreds and hundreds of DMVs across the country, ingenious young people (under 21—understand their motivation?) regularly submit identity documents falsely—siblings’ birth certificates or driver’s licenses, for example, or fake Social Security cards, utility bills, and such. Illegal aliens do too. Many DMV workers are gulls. Some can be made willing gulls for the right price. The same will be true of Social Security Administration workers. If the motivation is high enough, there is no practical way of making a national identity document fraud-proof in issuance.
2) Impervious to alteration. With various printing methods, secure card stocks, and encryption, card security is the easiest to do. It is possible to create a card that can’t be altered except at extraordinary expense.
3) Impervious to forgery. Odd though it may seem, technology does not govern whether a card can be forged—motivation does. Any card can can be forged if the price is right. Were a single card to provide entrée  to work in the United States, it’s virtually guaranteed that criminal enterprises would forge the physical card and defeat the digital systems they need to.
The idea of a “fraud-proof” card (in whatever sense the senators mean) sounds nice. But it doesn’t bear up under the stresses to be encountered by a national ID system that governs whether people can earn a living (and probably much more). During the decade or more that this system is being designed and implemented, new ways of attacking biometrics and encryption will emerge. A reasonably ”fraud-proof” card today is not still fraud-proof in 2020.
Each card’s unique biometric identifier would be stored only on the card; no government database would house everyone’s information.
It is possible to have a biometric card without a biometric database. The card would hold a digital description of the relevant biometric (such as fingerprint or iris scan). That algorithm would be compared by the card or by a reader to the person presenting it, determining whether it should be accepted as theirs.
The promise not to create a biometric database is a welcome one. The senators should require—in law—that the enrollment process and technology be fully open and transparent so that non-government technologists can ensure that the system does not secretly or mistakenly collect biometrics.
But the promise not to create a national identity database is almost certainly false.
Let’s review how an identity card is issued at a motor vehicle office today: People take the required documents to a DMV and hand them over. If the DMV accepts their documentation, the DMV creates a file about the person containing at least the material that will be printed on the card—including the person’s photograph. Then the DMV gives the person a card.
What would happen if DMVs didn’t keep this file? A couple of things—things that make the senators’ claim not to be creating a national identity database highly doubtful.
If there were no file and a card were lost or stolen, for example, the person would have to return to the card issuer again—with all the documents—and run through the entire process again. Because they have databases, DMVs today can produce a new ID and mail it to the address of record based on a phone call or Internet visit. (They each have their owndatabases—much better than a single database or databases networked together.)
If no file exists, multiple people could use the very same documents to create ID card after ID card after ID card in the same name but with different biometrics. Workers in the card issuing office could accept bribes with near impunity because there would be no documents proving that they had issued cards wrongly. Criminal use of the system would swamp it.
So that they can provide customer service, and for security reasons, state DMVs keep information about license holders, including a biometric of a sort—a photograph. Senators Schumer and Graham may think that they are designing a database-free biometric identity system—such a thing can exist—but the realities they confront will drive it to become a full-scale biometric national identity database."
Senators, why not do it without the national ID?

Kurt Nimmo, in article at MediaMediocrity, writes:  "A biometric ID system is not about securing the border or preventing terrorism. It is about tracking citizens.

By far the most significant negative aspect of biometric ID systems is their potential to locate and track people physically. While many surveillance systems seek to locate and track, biometric systems present the greatest danger precisely because they promise extremely high accuracy. Whether a specific biometric system actually poses a risk of such tracking depends on how it is designed,” explains the Electronic Frontier Foundation.

Earlier this month, a biometric ID card was introduced at a large technology show in Hanover, Germany. The card will mandatory for all Germans on November 1, 2010. “
The card has three functions: 1. biometric identity verification, 2. electronic identity verification, 3. authenticated electronic signature,” Fox News reported on March 2."
