During this historic drought in California, so-called "water wasters" are not only being hunted down via their smart meter data and fined up to $500 a day for "wasting water" outside their restricted use times, but now people who have been labeled "water wasters" are also being threatened with having their water completely shut off! 

Neighbors all over California are also being turned into see something, say something Nazi-esque State Snitches against one another in a "droughtshaming" campaign that's used by the establishment to gather video evidence of water wasting to levy even more fines. Wait until peak pricing models start kicking in...

Montana House committee pushes back against "Agenda 21"

U.N. Agenda 21 Testing Ground: Malaysia's 10 Ideas For Sustainable Development

The full implementation of Agenda 21 is nearing completion as the global Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations are set on a 2015 timeline. There are already many hints available at the wide-scale transformation set to take place, as multiple locations in the United States continue doing battle with the arrival of sweeping bureaucratic code enforcement. 

Agenda 21 is a U.N.-directed action plan that has so many tentacles, it is often difficult to see this creature in its entirety. Essentially, using the threat of climate change and overpopulation as core global concerns, a mountain of new regulations forcing local communities to adopt global directives will usher in global governance literally from the ground up.

The term Sustainable Development was first introduced to the world in the pages of a 1987 report (Our Common Future (300 page .pdf)) produced by the United Nations World Commission on Environmental and Development, authored by Gro Harlem Brundtland, VP of the World Socialist Party. The term was first offered as official UN policy in 1992, in a document called UN Sustainable Development Agenda 21 (351 page .pdf)), issued at the UN’s Earth Summit, today referred to simply as Agenda 21. And here is a quote straight from the (Trojan) horse's mouth illustrating why we cannot ignore any aspect of Agenda 21 that rears its head ... even in parts of the world we feel disconnected from:

Agenda 21 proposes an array of actions which are intended to be implemented byevery person on Earth … it calls for specific changes in the activities of all people … Effective execution of Agenda 21 will require a profound reorientation of all humans, unlike anything the world has ever experienced… ” Agenda 21: The Earth Summit Strategy to Save Our Planet (Earthpress, 1993).

A firm outline has now been set for Malaysia by its local chapter of the United Nations' Sustainable Development Solutions Network. The press release below offers a strong indication of where the rest of the world is likely to end up unless we continue our pushback against this paramount threat to free humanity.

What Are Chemtrails?

If you watch the sky on days of visibility, you may notice unusually long-lasting emission trails from airplanes, sometimes criss-crossing each other.

Normal airplane condensation “contrails” are made of ice crystals from the freezing of moisture in a jet's exhaust when the air humidity and temperature are at certain levels. Real contrails usually disappear rapidly.

By contrast, “chemtrails” are chemical aerosol sprays that persist and emanate out into fake cirrus clouds, often accumulating in layers. These artificial clouds commonly draw moisture to them, gradually making a chemical haze in the sky.

What Is Agenda 21?

Agenda 21 is a protocol of the United Nations that is designed to greatly limit the lifestyle of populations, particularly in developed nations. It is being promoted to seem to address concerns about climate change, the economy, and social justice.

Climate change was originally described as “global warming” until the evidence of that was exposed as uncertain.

Falsely blaming carbon emissions from human activities as the cause of changes in climate and weather was a strategy developed by a group of elite planners called “The Club of Rome” in the 1970s to justify programs to reduce what they consider to be overpopulation and save resources for their future profit and control measures. Carbon is not a toxin and is actually needed by plants to grow.

The planning by the elite powers resulted in the introduction of Agenda 21 through global environmental conferences in the 1990s, and its evolution to now reorganize how people live in the 21st Century.

While the full 'reach' of the UN Agenda 21 octopus is increasingly evident in the many sucking tentacles of the Green movement, intertwining themselves throughout every facet of our lives, that 'reach' is just to feed the awful, snapping, culling beak. After years of woolly talk about sustainability, things are about to get very specific. Instead of just aiming for vague ‘eco-friendliness’, all the goods, and all the bads, related to the environment, and society, are to be quantified, and given a price. These prices are to be part of each country’s overall GDP value, and each company’s accounts. Landowners around the world, including the U.S., are now being paid money for such things as the value of a fly, or shade created by trees. Various ‘ecosystem service credits’, and other instruments, such as Green Bonds, are now being traded. This is the marketplace for ecosystem services.



Since most of the readers of my articles appear to live in the U.S., this article will focus on the trade in ecosystem services (ES) that’s being established there. Bear in mind, though, that almost every country in the world is endorsing this scheme – including Iran, Iraq, China, Japan, Russia, and Afghanistan – oh, yeah, and J P Morgan and Goldman Sachs. And all the top corporations. And World Bank, and the U.N. And the WEF, and the CoFR . . . and, well, the list is too long to go on. So it really ought to get your attention. It certainly got mine. And I smell a rat.

On July 18, 2013, Detroit declared Chapter 9 bankruptcy to squelch most of their $18 billion in debts. The Chapter 9 filing occurred only four months after the appointment of an emergency financial manager. ‘Let me be blunt: Detroit’s broke,’ says Michigan’s governor, Rick Snyder. Snyder went on to say that Detroit is the heart of Michigan and if Detroit is in trouble, Michigan is in trouble.

Detroit is the largest American city to declare bankruptcy, officially succumbing to job losses in the auto industry, decades of population flight, and the collapse of revenue to cover everything from policing to street lighting.

By the end of this article, the reader will come to see the prophetic wisdom of Governor Snyder’s words as the bankruptcy of Detroit is a portend of what is to come to most American cities.

There aren’t enough people talking about this. It casts a whole new light on the TPP, on the reasons for war, possible near-term changes to corporation tax, and economic failure in general, and boggles the mind when it comes to geoengineering. Whilst we can only speculate on these connections, one thing’s for sure - monocultures for biomass-products, GMOs, vaccines, pharmaceuticals, and nuclear energy will play a huge role, as they are now deemed to be renewable and/or socially responsible. 

When Did Truth Become a Conspiracy Theory?

In the 1997 film, Conspiracy Theory, Jerry Fletcher says, "A good conspiracy theory is unprovable. I mean if you can prove it, it means they screwed up somewhere along the line." In other words, sometimes conspiracy theories are true, such as Agenda 21.

"UN Agenda 21 is a worldwide action plan to implement 'sustainable development.'" Rosa Koire, author of Behind the Green Mask and founder of Democrats Against Agenda 21, describes it well:

Agenda 21 is a global plan to inventory and control all land, all water, all minerals, all plants, all animals, all construction, all means of production, all energy, all education, all information, and all human beings in the world. Inventory and control.[i]

On February 13, 2013, the EPA issued a news release, "EPA Invites Communities to Apply for Smart Growth Assistance." According to the first paragraph:

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) today is inviting applications from communities interested in exploring barriers to smart growth and testing innovative strategies that can create healthier, more sustainable places to live, work, and play.[ii]

How could anyone be against smart growth? EPA is offering funding to communities to create new strategies that will overcome the public's resistance to Agenda 21…er Smart Growth to create environments that are more livable for everyone. It is for the good of all which leaves no space for anyone to disagree with its implementation.

Martial law is defined as when the “Military government engages in the suspension of ordinary law.” The term martial law is thrown around quite a bit these days and the elements of martial law often gets lost in the conversation. Government critics maintain that this administration is merely looking for an excuse to put the country into total state of martial law and begin to act upon their various “enemies of the state” lists and to ultimately suspend the Constitution. I have got news for the more conservative “Glenn Beck” type of fence sitters, martial law is already here and most of the worst elements of martial law have been put into place and are just awaiting a catalyst.

I don’t watch TV because of lying charlatans.  And ads telling people what pill to ask for while detailing those deadly side effects from that medicine you’re supposed to ask for. TV is a multi-tasking wonder:  babysitter, entertainment, propaganda information control center. Today’s digital and aural implants maneuver their magic as brain washer, social engineer and in-home beast.  I stopped watching TV after George Clooney left ER.  Does that mean I’m out of touch?

Glad my Toyota still runs. Getting the oil changed every 3000 miles helped.  My odometer has clocked 287,541 miles, which means I’ve driven around the earth over ten times. All that driving and all that gasoline. Industry didn’t build refineries; our government deposed Mossadegh and made deals with the Saudis and so much more, then folks got green and decided on ethanol.  Genetically engineered corn is bad for your gut and your car. And it’s bad for those cows in Germany who died after eating it.  About a month ago, I stopped at a station in South Carolina that had non-ethanol gas.  I filled the tank and it was $40.  But hey, isn’t oil actually abiotic and peak oil just another myth?

Before that second plane on 9/11 I was asking, “Where is Norad?” When buildings dissolved into dust, I was thinking, “controlled demolition.” Most likely it was a combination of small nukes in the basement, thermite, maybe energy weapons; and those planes were just to add a little confusion. Probably remote controlled. Some say they were holograms.  Building 7’s late-day implosion destroyed tens of thousands of records from the IRS, SEC, CIA, and the Secret Service.  A  select group of sociopaths knows the truth, maybe a few Bilderbergers, some Mossad and Dick Cheney.  Did he sell his soul to the devil??

The real war on terror is in the homes of America.  Mostly it’s against women and children.  Well, the real war on terror is in the wombs of America.
