Gulf Activists Harassed By TSA Agents Who Claim Filming Is Illegal

As anger against the TSA has mounted, many have wondered if activists will be specifically targeted in an attempt to scare and intimidate them. No subject has been bigger than the gulf disaster and it looks as one of the groups who exposed the extensive use of Corexit9500 in the gulf have fallen victim to TSA tyranny.

When Matt Smith, Gavin Garrison, and Heather Rally of Project Gulf Impact arrived at Ontario Airport in California Tuesday evening to board a plane headed back to the Gulf of Mexico, all three of them were pulled aside by TSA agents and patted down. Coincidentally, they were the only three people pulled out of the security lines.


Matt was the first to be let go and he immediately began filming Gavin and Heather in the holding cell. As he was filming, a TSA Security officer walked up and began to yell at him to turn the camera off and was quoted as saying:

“TSA doesn’t want stuff like this to end up on youtube”

When Matt informed him that it is perfectly legal to film in a public place, the TSA agent radioed in his supervisor. When the supervisor walked over to Matt and Heather, he informed Matt that it was a FEDERAL OFFENSE to film security in airports.

When Heather and Matt challenged this, he grew increasingly angry. He continued repeating that it was a federal offense yet when he was questioned about the law he was unable to provide an answer.

We now live in a country where traveling American citizens are subject to a Stasi type TSA that believes that it completely legal to fondle attractive women’s breasts yet illegal to film their intrusive security procedures.

These procedures are much more than Orwellian scanners; they are being used to break the will and spirit of the American people. If the government is able to to force the public into accepting these intrusive measures than society as we know it will come to an end.

To top it off, Janet Napolitono is openly declaring that TSA is coming to a mall and hotel near you, all in the name of stopping cave dwelling ninjas who can apparently stay out of the sights of every single intelligence agent in the CIA and still find time to make an Internet video calling for the killing of American and Israeli citizens.

Gulf Fisherman’s Son Poisoned By Corexit, Kidney Stones at Age 10

I chose to release this video first because of the personal impact it had on myself. This is an American citizen whose son has been poisoned by a FOREIGN Company!

When I was invited to attend Project Gulf Impact’s conference at Seattle University I jumped at the opportunity. Not only was I able to finally meet PGI, I was able to speak to numerous fisherman who have literally had their lives destroyed by BP and their toxic dispersant. Little did I know that the event was actually put together by student activists at the university who were so deeply touched by the disaster that they invited PGI to speak at their school.

While I was touched by all the speakers, one stood out in particular. No human being should have to go through what this man and thousands of others have been put through at the hands of an international oil company.



This mans 10 year old child has been sickened by Corexit while at the same time the corporate media has declared the disaster over. This is happening in our own backyards yet the shill media continues to downplay the health impacts caused by over 2 million gallons of toxic dispersant.

Obviously the people of the gulf need HELP and they need it now. One of the groups that is actively seeking to relocate vicitims of the disaster is called the Climate Change Relocation Center.(Dont worry they don’t support carbon taxes)

It is very important that the alternative media continue to report the horrors caused by the gulf oil disaster. It is very easy to get caught up in the day to day tyranny of the federal government and while it is important to cover issues such as the TSA feeling your genitals, we cannot let this disaster fall off the radar. Thousands of people have had similar problems as this man and that number will continue to increase if we do not take a stand.

Obama, Corporate Media Ignore Widespread Health Problems On Gulf Coast

If you listen to Thad Allen, Obama’s point man on the BP oil gusher, we’re over the hump. On the weekend the former Coast Guard commander said the well no longer poses a threat to the Gulf and crews will now begin the last few remaining operations needed to abandon the well this week.

In short, Obama gets to declare another mission accomplished.

The problem has been lurking in the Gulf since the first days of the BP oil spill and now has the potential ignite a disaster unlike any this country has ever seen.

However, here is what Allen and the corporate media are not talking about — residents along the Gulf Coast are sick from the effects of the oil gusher.

“The harm dealt by this silent enemy is beginning to creep into the lives of those living and working in the Gulf. The problem has been lurking in the Gulf since the first days of the BP oil spill and now has the potential ignite a disaster unlike any this country has ever seen,” reportsProject Gulf Impact, an organization of citizen journalists who are doing what the corporate media refuses to do. “The residents of the Gulf of Mexico are entering a crisis whose scope cannot be calculated. Several symptoms have been reported, from subtle to severe: skin rashes and infections, upper respiratory burning, congestion and cough, headaches, nausea, vomiting, and neurological symptoms including short-term memory loss and coordination problems. These health problems, if acknowledged at all, are mis-diagnosed, buried, and mis-attributed.”

In August, chemist Bob Naman tested the waters off Orange Beach, Alabama, and found they tested positive for the dangerous neurotoxin pesticide 2-butoxyethanol, the main ingredient of Corexit 9527A.

Months ago we were told by the government this version of Corexit was no longer in use.

Mr. Naman apparently made a mistake by making his findings public. He was subsequently threatened by BP. “I am not certain the reason or nature of the threats or whether they were financial or physical threats, but given the sudden rash of untimely deaths of those with damaging knowledge about BP I would not take any threats from BP lightly,” Alexander Higgins wrote on August 24.

On September 1, Infowars.com carried a story about a swimming pool in Homosassa, Florida, testing positive for the Corexit 9527A marker 2-butoxyethanol. Samples were tested by Robert Naman, the thorn in BP’s side. The story was ignored by the corporate media.

For BP and the Obama administration, scrubbing the oil gusher and its untold number of victims from the front page is more important than the health of people along the Gulf coast. The Democrats want the oil gusher to go away because of the political damage it will inflict on them during the mid-term elections this November. Republicans want it to go away because they are covering BP’s back. Illness and misery will not be allowed to interrupt the political dog and pony show.

On September 18, 2001, then EPA administrator Christie Whitman announced the air at Ground Zero was safe to breathe. Experts estimate that as many as 40,000 people breathed noxious pollution, including dust, in the wake of the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center.

But the afflicted — including heroic first responders — should not expect help from the government.

The James Zadroga 9/11 Health and Compensation Act of 2009 would provide medical monitoring to those exposed to toxins, increase treatment at specialized centers for those afflicted by toxins and reopen a compensation fund to provide for the economic loss of victims. It was characterized as another Obama entitlement program by the GOP House leadership, who vowed to defeat the legislation.

If the massive poisoning of the people of the Gulf is ever exposed, we can expect a similar response on the part of the government.
