Stave off Globalism: Reinvigorate Constitutional Principles

America was founded on certain principles: those of individual liberty and responsibility, a small federal government, and sovereign states that would protect their citizens’unalienable rights.  Over time many Americans got so involved in living their seemingly free lives they neglected oversight of what was happening to their country. Those who loved American ideals lived them and those who did not were busy working both from within and without the government to eradicate these principles from the American consciousness.

This dumbing down of America was planned and it took place over many decades as Charlotte Iserbyt explains in her Deliberate Dumbing Down of America expose. Controlled media and public education infused the populace with attitudes, values and beliefs that enabled the power thrust of globalists to grow. Thus the greatest political experiment in the history of the world has morphed into what we now call “globalism”.


Globalism is championed by the leaders of both political parties; the left uses environmentalism in pursuit of the globalist Wildlands Project and a substituted system of law called “social justice”. The right uses “public private partnerships” to reshape our economic system while advancing Smart Growth municipal planning. Between the globalist policies of the left and the right America teeters on the brink of destruction.  Globalism is moving the entire world toward a system that regards human beings as livestock. This has been the unspoken center piece of American politics for many decades.  Globalism has eaten away at the core principles that this country was founded on, especially the principles of the Declaration of Independence.

Today more and more ordinary people are starting to feel the effects. More people are losing their private property to the government and its’ partners.  Logging and mining have been virtually stopped in the U.S., ostensibly because of environmental degradation.  Family farming and ranching are on their way out, again because of environmental laws and the attacks on private interests.  Even water rights are being denied and or stolen.  City dwellers are experiencing increasing surveillance and controls.

The globalist-created fiat U.S. currency is ready to implode.

We know how we got into this situation; we forgot to stay alert and hew to the values of our predecessors. Now we must ask how these trends can be reversed.  How can we rid the Unites States of globalism?  This is what every American now faces because, finally, many people have awakened and are now ready to seek answers.  After all, a movement of decent, concerned people might begin to recapture the promise of the American experiment.

What would such a movement focus upon? Here are some basics:

(1) The direct Constitutional limitations on the federal ownership of land would be followed. Article 1 Section 8 severely limits the federal government’s power over land.  Federal lands including national parks, and federal forest land should be deeded to states. Some states would establish homestead distributions; others would carry on park activities. Any federal securitization of land or resources for international debt obligations would be negated.

(2) The US would withdraw from world governance organizations including the United Nations, the World Bank, the World Trade Organization, and regional trade organizations like NAFTA and CAFTA. American control over American trade policy would be restored. Manufacturing would return to within our shores.

(3) Federal income tax and local property tax would be eliminated. The federal tax revenue would be based on Constitutional indirect taxation including import and excise taxes. (Article I Section 8 and Section 9) Government would be massively shrunk.

(4) A severe limitation would be placed on the presently exercised federal executive power to make any order. Further Executive Orders would be limited to the administration of executive duties. Executive Orders would no longer substitute for Congressional action.

(5) Information would be made available to the public, including the schools, regarding the fact that America was formed as a Republic where individual rights reign and where democratic action (mob rule) is limited.

(6) The nation would be rid of ICLEI, the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives. ICLEI contracts with over 600 local communities for the purpose of implementing the U.N.’s Agenda 21 (The globalist Local Action Plan for the 21st century). Arguments are building that such contracts, executed by local elected officials, violate Article 1 Section 10 and that these actions are therefore treasonous. (7) An honest and Constitutional system of money would be established. (Article 1 section 8.) This necessarily requires the elimination of the Federal Reserve and a new Constitutional system of money.

(8) American foreign policy would not seek global imperialism.  Military actions would be required to receive Congressional approval via Declarations of War.

(9) The twentieth century saw a massive increase in the size and scope of the federal executive branch. These bureaucratic expansions have not improved America society.  Accordingly, many federal departments and agencies need to be eliminated including: the Department of Education, The Department of Commerce, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Department of Labor and the Department of Interior.

 There is no need to reinvent the wheel. The Constitution was designed to protect freedom-loving people and rein in the powers of government. Do you have the spirit and the drive to help restore the American promise?  If so, together we need to reinvigorate the principles that were designed to protect America from threats like modern globalism.

Washington D.C., known more these days as the “district of criminals” commits so many crimes each day as a collective body that a moratorium on government should be declared until we can clean this nest of globalists, these kissers of corporate butts who seem more determined to protect their own private interests than protecting our country from obliteration by global cabals.

As congress moves forward with plans to end our sovereignty, as they collude with foreign interests to take our jobs, to destroy our culture and to subject us to international laws and agreements harmful to us as a nation, we need to remember who we are.  We are not globalists; we are Americans.  We are not “citizens” of some new world… We are not a collection of mindlessly identified numbers and codes, biometric identifiers, or mindless sheep that don’t understand what is being done to our nation.

We are the greatest society to have ever existed.  WE ARE AMERICANS.


The greatest threat America faces on a day to day basis are those who masquerade as protectors and defenders of the American people.   D.C. has long since ceased to be of any value to the public although corporations and the obscenely rich find a home away from home in this ten square mile district.

We are also standing on the edge of a precipice and if we don’t stand up and collectively demand a return to, and an affirmation of, who we are and what has bound us together for more than 200 years, we will be driven over the edge into an unimaginable abyss.

As congress continues its daily deluge of anti-American legislation, its un-American activities, bear in mind that just because congress said it, doesn’t make it so.  Consider this opinion of the Supreme Court:

The general misconception is that any statute passed by legislators bearing the appearance of law constitutes the law of the land. The Constitution of the United States is the supreme law of the land, and any statue, to be valid, must be in agreement. It is impossible for both the Constitution and a law violating it to be valid; one must prevail. This is succinctly stated as follows:

The general rule is that an unconstitutional statute, though having the form and name of law, is in reality no law, but is wholly void, and ineffective for any purpose; since unconstitutionality dates from the time of its enactment, and not merely from the date of the decision so branding it.

An unconstitutional law, in legal contemplation, is as inoperative as if it had never been passed. Such a statute leaves the question that it purports to settle just as it would be had the statute not been enacted.

Since an unconstitutional law is void, the general principals follow that it imposes no duties, confers no rights, creates no office, bestows no power or authority on anyone, affords no protection, and justifies no acts performed under it . . .

A void act cannot be legally consistent with a valid one.

An unconstitutional law cannot operate to supersede any existing valid law.

Indeed, insofar as a statute runs counter to the fundamental law of the land, it is superseded thereby.

No one is bound to obey an unconstitutional law and no courts are bound to enforce it.

Keep this in mind when your friends and family, or your elected officials tell you that “it’s the law, you have to."  If that law is arbitrary to the constitution, if it renders you subject to illegal or unconstitutional laws and acts it is in fact, null and void.  Keep this in mind when the courts rule in favor of corporate interests knowingly violating the rights and protections afforded the people as described in the Constitution.  Almost without exception, every law that has been passed by one administration and congress after another in the last twenty years has substantially violated and reduced the rights of Americans.

One of the gravest mistakes made by Americans today is the mistake of assuming that because congress passed a piece of legislation and the president signed it, the violations of rights and liberties, the assaults on the American people under the guise of [national security] or other created crisis are justified or legal.

You have guaranteed rights only so long as you defend them from encroachment by the government.

Communist China to "Bailout" Cartel Capitalism in West?

Communist China, with all of its resources gained through slave labor and favorable trade agreements, has announced that it will bailout debt-weakened European nations with its vast foreign investment fund.

On the ground, China appears to have a very capitalistic system of production and consumerism.  However, at the political level, the essentially single-party state can move very quickly when seeking foreign investments. In other words, there is very little bureaucratic wrangling in decision making.

They seem to have a form of dictatorial anti-competition capitalism.  Based on its success in consolidating wealth and power globally, it appears to be the perfect fusion to the cartel-run capitalism in the West -- which it now seeks to prop up, or set up -- in Economic Hitman fashion.


In reality, it is all the same money, the same owners, and the same scheme.  The international cartels have gone into partnership with China for resource management, international trade, currency management and global banking. At the very least, their dependence upon each other has undoubtedly married their global interests.

The idea that China is a separate independent entity to be feared by Western governments seems to be manufactured to tap into the notion of patriotism when the time is appropriate to further artificially divide and conquer the sovereign populace.

The globalists deliberately shaped China's rise while maintaining that they are a not-so-friendly force to be reckoned with.  And China, well known as a massive military power, is currently free from military hegemonic entanglements in resource-rich nations like Iraq and Afghanistan.  Yet, they still find a way to acquire epic contracts for the resources in those countries and others where the West supposedly has military control.

When you strip out the labels of communism and capitalism, China looks an awful lot like a more obvious (or honest) American false two-party system that recently greased through thousands of pages of legislation in a so-called lame duck session.  In both, the multinational corporations can move very quickly to consolidate global business.

When you strip away the idea that they are different nations, the same corporations and international banks hold all the cards.  Finally, when you consider that nuclear- and space-based weapons have made the prospect of another World War almost farcical, any tension between the China and the West will likely be falsely created by these corporations for the final chapter of power consolidation that the media will trumpet.

US firms pressure Ireland to tax the people, not corporations

The Irish government has been given a stark warning from some of the biggest American companies in Ireland on the risk of a mass exodus if the country's low corporation tax rate is raised.

The warning – from executives at Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard (HP), Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Intel – spoke of the "damaging impact" on Ireland's "ability to win and retain investment" should the country's corporation tax rate be increased from 12.5pc.

It came as talks between members of the Irish government and the European Union and the International Monetary Fund continued around the clock on a financial aid package of as much as €100bn to shore up the country's beleaguered banking system.

Although Brian Lenihan, the Irish finance minister, has indicated Ireland's 12.5pc corporation tax rate – the lowest in the eurozone – will not be raised, a number of factions within the European Union are known to have pushed for it to be increased in return for the bail-out.

Herman van Rompuy: The man who wants to control your finances

The European president Herman van Rompuy offers a tempting target for jokers. But his call for for the imposition of a common economic policy, backed up with surveillance and punishments, has a decidedly sinister ring.

Herman van Rompuy, the president of Europe, hasn’t enjoyed the kindest press. In Britain at least, the “richly comic” “blustering Belgian”, a “garden gnome” and “dwarf” “straight out of Gilbert and Sullivan” has been treated as a sort of joke created largely for the benefit of tabloid headline writers.

Mr van Rompuy may never come to match, say, Vince Cable in the glamour stakes – but people who knew him in his previous job always warned that the “Mr Nobody” gibes were misplaced. As Belgian prime minister, Mr van Rompuy helped to bring together his notoriously divided country, and sharply reduced its budget deficit. Now, he has similar steely ambitions to unite and discipline Europe.

Last week, in Berlin, Mr van Rompuy proclaimed an EU leader’s strongest message of federalism yet. He said that after the financial crisis, “the national and the European interest can no longer be separated: they coincide… today, we have to act on [that] fact… in every [EU] member state, there are people who believe their country can survive alone in the globalised world. It is more than an illusion – it is a lie.”

Nation states are dead: EU chief says the belief that countries can stand alone is a 'lie and an illusion'

The age of the nation state is over and the idea that countries can stand alone is an ‘illusion’ and a ‘lie’, the EU president believes.

In one of the most open proclamations of the goal of a European superstate since the heyday of Jacques Delors, Herman Van Rompuy went on to denounce Eurosceptism as the greatest threat to peace.

Tory backbenchers condemned the inflammatory comments in the speech made by Mr Van Rompuy to mark the 21st anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall.

They said it proved that David Cameron would have a battle on his hands if he is to prevent extra powers being handed to Brussels.

Last night 23 Conservative MPs, including former leadership contender David Davis, rebelled in the Commons by demanding a referendum if the Lisbon Treaty is amended – even if ministers argue the changes do not affect the UK. Their call was defeated.

Mr Van Rompuy’s speech in the German capital told his audience that ‘the time of the homogenous nation state is over’.

Who are Canada's 'freemen'?

HAMILTON, ONT. • When Mika Rasila got pulled over by Niagara police in January for driving his white Pontiac Montana without licence plates, he was ready with a defence: he doesn’t need plates because he’s a Freeman on the Land.

A Freeman on the Land, he explained in a letter he tried to hand the patrol officer through the window, is someone who has revoked his consent to be governed. He has opted out of Canada so the laws don’t apply to him.

It didn’t work.

Police seized his van, arrested him and charged him with six traffic offences, but the incident signaled that the anti-government Freemen on the Land, of which Mr. Rasila is a prominent member, had taken root in Canada.

Across the country, police and officials have been having similar run-ins with “freemen,” also known as “sovereign citizens,” members of a radical movement that does not recognize government authority and consequently refuses to licence their cars, carry government ID or obey police.

“We have thousands of members now,” said Mr. Rasila, who writes on the Freemen of Canada Facebook page, which has over 2,000 members. “We have meetings, we’re fairly organized. They’re very casual, usually just in someone’s living room or we’ll rent a hall.”

Canada’s freemen are a loose collection of true believers, ranging from tax protesters to 9/11 conspiracists to fathers whose children have been apprehended by child welfare agencies. What unites them is their dislike of government.

Self-declared defenders of individual freedom, they are anti-government extremists in the sense that, rather than opposing specific policies, they deny government has any legitimacy at all and want to be left alone to live according to their own rules.

Police aren’t sure what to make of the freemen. Are they harmless fanatics or an emerging domestic extremist group? Although police in Ontario say it’s too soon to tell, they are concerned about the potential for violence and have begun sharing information and circulating intelligence reports on the subject.

“It’s something that we know about, it’s something that we need to know about and it’s something we need to monitor to a degree,” said Sergeant Brian Ritchie of the Hamilton Police Service hate crimes unit.
