Libya’s Destruction a Warning to Egypt, Syria, and Ukraine

RT’s article, “90% of aircraft destroyed at Tripoli airport, Libya may seek international assistance,” reported that:

Libya is considering a deployment of international force to re-establish security amid a flare-up of violence in Tripoli which saw dozens of rockets destroy most of the civilian aircraft fleet at its international airport.

“The government is looking into the possibility of making an appeal for international forces on the ground to re-establish security and help the government impose its authority,” a government spokesman, Ahmed Lamine said in a statement.

The “democratic tomorrow” promised by NATO in 2011 has been realized – that is – in the form of predictably fraudulent elections accepted by no one, leaving a power vacuum apparently to be settled through increasingly violent armed conflict. Perhaps most ironic of all is that these conflicts are being waged between NATO’s various armed proxies it used to carry out the ground war while it bombarded Libya from the air over the majority of 2011.

Amid the growing tension in Egypt after the military counter-coup removing former President Morsi and the Muslim Brotherhood from their posts, the U.S. State Department is considering naming former U.S. Ambassador to Syria, Robert Ford, as the new Ambassador to Egypt.

With the geographic size of Egypt, its geopolitical importance, and both its historic and contemporary influence in the Middle East, the post of Ambassador to Egypt is an immensely important position, particularly now that both sides in the Egyptian turmoil have legitimate reasons to distrust and detest the United States.As Michael Gordon of the New York Times writes,

The next American ambassador has the difficult task of repairing the United States’ image, expanding its influence and working with opposing groups inside the country, as well as diplomats from Arab and European nations, to try to stabilize Egypt and put it on a democratic course.[1]

Obviously, putting Egypt on a “democratic course” is not the intention of the United States, evidenced by the support and assistance provided to Morsi and the fanatical Muslim Brotherhood by the U.S. government all the way until the counter-coup was launched by the Egyptian military in response to popular outrage. Morsi’s constant rewriting of the Egyptian Constitution,[2] capitulation to the IMF,[3] and flirtation with Muslim fundamentalists and warmongers[4] was anything but “democratic” rule of law.

For thousands of years, Egypt has been one of the primary pillars of the Eastern world. When Egypt falls into turmoil, a shockwave is felt by all other nations that heralds great change and perhaps even great catastrophe. The West's longtime interest in maintaining a solid foothold in Egypt is based on this reality; even in our modern age, when Egypt is in your corner riches can be accumulated, and power can be gathered.

Our government along with European governments have gone to incredible lengths in the region in order to ensure Egyptian compliance. In the 1940s and 1950s, Britain sought to dominate the country through force of arms. The U.S. set out to buy Egypt with massive foreign aid as well as military subsidies for leaders that held pro-western views. However, it appears that in the quest for “globalization”, western interests now see a destabilized and violent Egypt as more useful to the grand plan. The Egyptian revolution in 2011 which highlighted what many call the “Arab Spring” was heavily manipulated by U.S. and European governments, but such sociopolitical engineering is still limited to the whims of the target population.

No one can create a revolution or civil war out of thin air. Years or even decades of popular angst and anger has to be fostered. The citizenry must already be near the tipping point of mass dissent. Globalists do not make revolutions occur, they simply find a revolution already brewing, and then attempt to direct the preexisting energy of the populace towards an end result that benefits the establishment the most.

Egypt is now ripe for internal conflict far beyond civil disobedience into the realm of Syrian-style civil war, and I believe our government is well aware that such a calamity is brewing...

When Is a Coup not One?

"What's in a name," asked Shakespeare? A coup by any other name doesn't change things.

It isn't one when it's "our coup, a 'good cause' coup," said Guardian columnist Simon Jenkins. Western diplomats are scrambling to characterize it otherwise. 

Coups are called "military interventions with good intent." Saying they reflect good v. evil struggles doesn't wash.

Merriam-Webster calls them "a violent decisive exercise of force in politics; especially the violent overthrow or alteration of an existing government by a small group."

The Oxford Dictionaries defines them as "sudden, violent, and illegal seizure(s) of power from a government.

According to Wikipedia:

A coup or putsch "is the sudden deposition of a government, usually by a small group of the existing state establishment - typically the military - to depose the extant government and replace it with another body, civil or military." 

A coup "is considered successful when the usurpers establish their dominance."

US State Department's Voice of America boldly proclaimed "Egyptian Media: Military Shakeup 'Revolutionary'," airing proclamations from the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood that, "Egyptians have been “dreaming of a fair democratic system for more than 60 years."

It is unlikely that Egyptians have been "dreaming" of an end to their secular system of governance, or "dreaming" of a sectarian extremist political party coming to power, notorious for thuggery, violence, and for being a stalwart pillar of Western machinations.

CAIRO - Egypt has cancelled plans to borrow 3 billion dollars from the International Monetary Fund because of conditions that violated the country’s national sovereignty and a public outcry that warned against terms that were blamed for impoverishing many Egyptians.

According to several Egyptian newspapers, General Sameh Sadeq, member of the country’s ruling military council, said the country turned down the loans, and those under discussion with the World Bank, because there were "five conditions that totally went against the principles of national sovereignty." Gen. Sadeq didn’t detail what these conditions were. 

The IMF loan would have made Egypt the first recipient of funding in the Middle East since the so-called Arab Spring movement against Western-backed dictatorships began late last year.

McCain's corporate leash holders' faces beam with joy as they savor the lush green fields they are now fully poised to devour. This is the fate that awaits all nations seeking US NED-funded "freedom."

Bangkok, Thailand April 16, 2011 - Just as the subjects of foreign aid and Israel were used as rhetorical pawns to usher Hosni Mubarak out of power, the same two points of leverage are being used to bolster US International Crisis Group member Mohamed ElBaradei, his underling,Google executive Wael Ghonim and their sputtering revolution.

It was only last month that ElBaradei came under attack by protesters who pelted him with rocks while astutely shouting "American agent" at the interloping globocrat.Fearing a counterrevolution and perhaps a real awakening in Egypt, ElBaradei became the recipient of yet another fortuitous Wikileaks release, this one claiming that the US was unhappy with ElBaradei during his stint at the UN IAEA. Perhaps to be on the safe side, ElBaradei resorted to the tried and true rallying cry used often by the very dictators the "Arab Spring" was supposed to replace, threatening war with Israel.

Once again, Wikileaks provides suspiciously timed help for a globalist in need. Mohamed ElBaradei, US International Crisis Group trustee and leader of the Western-backed &trained youth movement that helped remove Hosni Mubarak from power, has been running into trouble in Egypt recently.

During the March 19th vote on Egypt's constitution, ElBaradei was attacked on his way to the polls by an angry mob calling him "an American agent." His troubles were compounded when the constitutional amendments, which ElBardei had told supporters to reject, passed by a large margin. ElBaradei of course, wanted the constitution rewritten from scratch, with a newly drafted proposal, funded by fellow ICG trustee George Soros, ready and waiting to be ramrodded through.

Egypt Arming Libyan Rebels

After the corporate owned media's failed attempt in February 2011 to portray the Libyan unrest as "unarmed protesters" being brutalized by Qaddafi, reports began trickling in of what was actually a full-scale rebellion with weapons coming across the border from Egypt. These reports are now confirmed, as large scale operations to supply the rebels with weapons have now been admitted by both the US and Egyptian governments.

The Wall Street Journal, quoting a "senior US official," claimed that the latest Egyptian operation to arm Libyan rebels had started several days ago and is ongoing. The WSJ reiterates what many globalist think-tanks have been saying all along, that the operation to overthrow Libya, despite being a Western project, should be led by the newly "reordered" and shook up Arab states. The WSJ concedes that the US "wanted to avoid being seen as taking a leadership role in any military action against Mr. Gadhafi after its invasions of Iraq and Afganistan fueled anger and mistrust with Washington throughout the region." We are left to believe that the US deceptively meddling in Libya by proxy, somehow, is supposed to alleviate this anger and regain lost trust.

If all goes well for the globalists, this servile proxy Arab conglomerate, after being marshaled to raid Libya on behalf of the West, will then be organized and ready to turn its attention east toward Iran at the behest of their globalist masters. The WSJ in their article recognized this new servile fervor as an "unusually robust diplomatic response from Arab states."

Egypt's ElBaradei: Con-man in Chief?

Mohamed ElBaradei has recently announced he will be running for president in a move that should surprise no one. For nearly a year the corporate owned media has been building up ElBaradei, portraying him as the great hope for Egypt. Foreign Affairs magazine, in March 2010, literally printed an article titled, "Is ElBaradei Egypt's Hero?"

With Mubarak now out of office the corporate owned media circus has left town, but the globalist take-over in Egypt is just warming up. US International Crisis Group trustee Mohamed ElBaradei has spent over a year prying his way into Egyptian politics, landing in Cairo not at the beginning of the recent unrest, but all the way back in February 2010. He was met by the US State Department trained and supported April 6 Youth Movement and Google executive Wael Ghonim. Over the next year they campaigned together for the November 2010 elections, built up the "National Front for Change," and prepared for the protests the globalists had been designing since at least 2008.

Egypt uprising 'repudiates' Al-Qaeda: McCain

CAIRO (AFP) - Two senior US lawmakers said Sunday during a visit to Cairo that the Egyptian revolt that toppled president Hosni Mubarak showed change in the region was possible without extremism.

"This revolution is a repudiation of Al-Qaeda," Senator John McCain, an Arizona Republican, said after talks with Arab League chief Amr Mussa.

"This revolution has shown the people of the world, not just in the Arab world, that peaceful change can come about and violence and extremism is not required in order to achieve democracy and freedom," he told reporters.


McCain and Connecticut Independent counterpart Joe Lieberman are the first members of the US congress to visit Egypt after Mubarak was ousted in a popular uprising.

Before the revolution, it was thought "there were only two choices: on the one hand a secular dictatorship, on the other hand a fear of a religious extremist dictatorship," Lieberman said.

"There is a third way that Egypt has shown the world and that is a peaceful democratic future that is inclusive of the widest range of people," he said.

Before resigning, Mubarak handed power to a military council that has vowed to pave the way for a free democratic system.

The Supreme Council of the Armed Forces has set up a panel to oversee constitutional amendments and pledged free and fair presidential and parliamentary elections after a transitional period.

Egypt's Mubarak resigns as leader

Mubarak has ruled Egypt for 30 years

Hosni Mubarak has decided to step down as president of Egypt.

In an announcement on state TV, Vice-President Omar Suleiman said Mr Mubarak had handed power to the military.

It came as thousands massed in Cairo and other Egyptian cities for an 18th day of protest to demand Mr Mubarak's resignation.

Protesters responded by cheering, waving flags, embracing and sounding car horns. "The people have brought down the regime," they chanted.

Mr Suleiman said Mr Mubarak had handed power to the high command of the armed forces.

"In the name of God the merciful, the compassionate, citizens, during these very difficult circumstances Egypt is going through, President Hosni Mubarak has decided to step down from the office of president of the republic and has charged the high council of the armed forces to administer the affairs of the country," he said.

"May God help everybody."

The military high command is headed by Defence Minister Mohamed Hussein Tantawi.

Mr Mubarak has already left Cairo and is in the Red Sea resort of Sharm el-Sheikh where he has a residence, officials say.

U.S. has to Support a Dictator and Lift up Mubarak, due to threats from King of Saudi Arabia! So U.S. supports Dictators After All?

It seems the U.S. can go around the world saying all people should have Human Rights and Freedom and they support Democratic governments, but they don't walk the talk.

We know the U.S. has supported Mubarak for 30 years and have given billions to the country (to Mubarak - now the richest man in the world - worth 70 Billion) for pay off aid.  Mubarak has been a dictator that has suppressed the people in all ways.  As he was becoming more wealthy in the tune of 70 Billion the people were becoming poorer and poorer, where as their average pay equals $2000 per year.

It seems the U.S. has to back down on calling for Mubarak to step down and let a transition begin with someone else in power.  The King of Saudi Arabia is upset with the U.S. for saying Mubarak has to go.

According to this article, the King of Saudi Arabia has directly told Obama not to humiliate Mubarak!  

My question to this is, if the King of Saudi Arabia is very close with Mubarak then is he not a dictator too?  Also didn't all those terrorist of 9/11 come from  Saudi Arabia?  Why have no repercussions ever happened to them, due to them supporting the terrorist of 9/11?   Considering the U.S. went into Iraq, saying they supported the terrorist of 9/11 and that was the reason for the war we are in there.

The King of Saudi Arabia said he would then provide aid to Egypt if the U.S. withdrew that aid!  Well I say "GO FOR IT"!!  Please do take over the aid to Egypt!  I believe the U.S. should not be supporting and aiding a dictator in the first place who seems to be pocketing the money instead of using it for the people!

It will be interesting how the U.S. will back track in not supporting a Democratic government transition and instead support a dictator!

Because the U.S. has to back track now, is this why all of a sudden the U.S. is sending multiple military ships including aircraft carriers to Egypt?
