Righthaven appeals loss of "fair-use" ruling, settles with Drudge

In October, 2010 copyright infringement extortionist, Righthaven, received its first judgement to date among their 238 lawsuits against websites and blogs; the case was dismissed on "fair-use" grounds. The defendant re-posted the first 8 sentences of a 30-sentence article originally published by Righthaven's partner Las Vegas Review-Journal.  U.S. District Judge, Larry Hicks, who granted the motion, explained his decision:

'The court finds that this use weighs in favor of a fair use of the copyrighted material,' Hicks wrote in his ruling, citing case law stating 'copying only as much as necessary in a greater work (story) to provide relevant factual information weighs in favor of fair use.'

Although this decision is potentially great news for all blogs and sites who aggregate information, Righthaven announced this week that it will appeal the decision.  Steve Green of the Las Vegas Sun quoted Righthaven lawyers as saying, “Righthaven strenuously maintains the court erred in dismissing Mr. Nelson from this case by finding his infringing conduct was protected by the defense of fair use.”

However, Green reported that the dismissal of the case has caused "Righthaven to alter its litigation strategy to limit its lawsuits to entire stories, photos and graphics — rather than partial stories — that were reproduced without authorization."  Yet, even lawsuits against websites that posted full articles are looking as though they may also be dismissed.


Righthaven, until somewhat recently, has been going after small local blogs.  But in December they stepped up to the big leagues to take on alternative news giant Matt Drudge of the DrudgeReport.com. Righthaven's lawsuit claimed that Drudge misused a Denver Post copyrighted photo, along with a link to a story about airport security on the Las Vegas Review-Journal website. Righthaven was seeking copyright infringement damages of $150,000 and forfeiture of his domain name, which is valued in the tens of millions.

Drudge, who never answered the complaint in court, settled his case with Righthaven this week.  The terms of the settlement were not disclosed, but are estimated to be far less than the extortion amount. Steve Green, again with excellent reporting, wrote:

'Righthaven and defendants have agreed to settle the matter by a written agreement,' Righthaven said in a court filing closing the case. 

Righthaven typically settles its lawsuits for less than five figures and allows defendants to keep their domain names. 

Defense attorneys and critics say Righthaven's standard lawsuit demand for forfeiture of domain names has no basis in U.S. copyright law and is included in the lawsuits to pressure defendants to settle.

Settling claims for less than five figures seems to be make very little financial sense.  It seems that Righthaven's ultimate goal is to net one precedent for which they'll be able to expand their operations.  However, the recent case dismissal, and Righthaven's commitment to back off defendants that only post partial material, appears to more clearly define the copyright limits for websites, which is good news for bloggers who wish to play by the rules.  For that, we can thank the hard work of attorneys from the Electronic Frontier Foundation.

Before "fair-use" bloggers get their hopes up too high, it's important to note that Righthaven is 50% owned by billionaire Warren Stephens.  Stephens made his fortune servicing the financial needs of some of the most nefarious globalists and organizations, from David Rockefeller and the Walton family (owners of Wal-Mart), to Monsanto, Tyson Foods, and the Council on Foreign Relations.  In other words, when there is an agenda backed by deep pockets, watch out!

As evidence of the advancing agenda, Congress seeks to re-introduce the Combating Online Infringement and Counterfeits Act (COICA), which would empower the U.S. Department of Justice to shut down, or block access to, websites found to be dedicated to infringing activities. The legislation would allow for domains to be "blacklisted" without due process.  It is widely viewed as even more tyrannical than the Internet "Kill Switch" legislation sought for cyber security.

The Secret Behind Ted Turner’s Call For A Global One Child Policy

Just months after a leaked UN blueprint that revealed climate change alarmists would start pushing "overpopulation" fears in favor of the discredited mantra of global warming as a means of dismantling the middle class, billionaire globalist Ted Turner followed suit during a Cancun luncheon yesterday when he urged the world to adopt China’s brutal one-child policy, and even suggested poor people should be sterilized in return for government handouts.

Following a speech by economist Brian O’Neill from the U.S.’s National Center for Atmospheric Research which “concluded that a rapidly rising global population is contributing to an acceleration of emission growth,” Uncle Ted stepped in to remind us that mere slaves should not aspire to follow his example of having five children, restricting themselves to one or being made to face the wrath of a Chinese-style one child policy, which sends women who defy its edicts to “re-education camps,”once they have been beaten, forcibly injected and had their baby boiled alive inside their womb of course.

“Mr. Turner – a long-time advocate of population control – said the environmental stress on the Earth requires radical solutions, suggesting countries should follow China’s lead in instituting a one-child policy to reduce global population over time. He added that fertility rights could be sold so that poor people could profit from their decision not to reproduce,” reports the Globe and Mail.


The secret behind Turner’s call for western nations to enforce a tyrannical policy that in China is administered by undercover police and “family planning” authorities who kidnap, force drug and then forcibly abort babies of pregnant women, has nothing whatsoever to do with his concern for the environment.

Turner himself has five children and owns no less than 2 million acres of land. He is the largest private landowner on the planet, falling short of only the royal families of Europe. Turner has publicly advocated shocking population reduction programs that would cull the human population by a staggering 95%, a figure only achievable by outright genocide, mass abortion and infanticide.

In the third world, Turner has contributed literally billions to population reduction, namely throughUnited Nations programs, leading the way for the likes of Bill and Melinda Gates and Warren Buffet(Gates’ father has long been a leading board member of Planned Parenthood and a top eugenicist). Gates himself has given speeches in which he promotes the use of vaccines and abortion as a means of reducing global population and lowering CO2 emissions.

Quite how an improvement in health care through vaccines that supposedly save lives would lead to a lowering in global population is an oxymoron, unless Gates was referring to vaccines that sterilize people, which is precisely the same method advocated in White House science advisor John P. Holdren’s 1977 textbook Ecoscience, which calls for a dictatorial “planetary regime” to enforce draconian measures of population reduction via all manner of oppressive techniques, including sterilization.

This is what Gates and Turner discussed when they met in secret with the likes of George Soros and David Rockefeller at a private gathering of billionaires in Manhattan last year, a confab focused around how these globalists could use their wealth to “slow the growth of the world’s population.”

As is manifestly provable, the true agenda behind fanning the flames of fears about overpopulation is to reduce living standards globally, by preventing the third world from ever becoming economically prosperous, while also eviscerating the middle classes of western nations. It has nothing whatsoever to do with saving the earth and is merely another convenient trojan horse that globalists invoke to advance their tyranny.

This fact was admitted in a leaked UN blueprint which emerged in September. The document called for alarmists to push “overpopulation” as a replacement for “climate change,” while conceding that the ultimate goal was to “limit and redirect the aspirations for a better life of rising middle classes around the world,” in other words, to convince the masses that they will have to be content with a state of near poverty in order to save the planet from armageddon. Although Uncle Ted will get to keep his 2 million acres and his five kids will go on to procreate ad infinitum, naturally.

Overpopulation is a myth. The UN’s own figures clearly indicate that population is set to stabilize in 2020 and then drop dramatically after 2050. As the Economist reported, “Fertility is falling and families are shrinking in places— such as Brazil, Indonesia, and even parts of India—that people think of as teeming with children. As our briefing shows, the fertility rate of half the world is now 2.1 or less—the magic number that is consistent with a stable population and is usually called “the replacement rate of fertility”. Sometime between 2020 and 2050 the world’s fertility rate will fall below the global replacement rate.”

To emphasize, not only do the numbers clearly indicate that overpopulation is a contrived scare, but the scaremongers themselves have been caught admitting that they are fanning the fears in order to reduce living standards in the west and consequently set in motion a “global redistribution of wealth.”

And don’t for a second be fooled into thinking that this so-called “global redistribution of wealth” will manifest some kind of socialist utopia. As was uncovered during the Copenhagen summit, the program of “global redistribution of wealth” largely centers around looting the wealth of the middle classes in richer countries through carbon taxes and then using that money to bankroll the construction of world government. As the leaked “Danish text” revealed, the money generated from consumption taxes will go directly to the World Bank, not to developing countries.

Let me emphasize again, even if you believe the claptrap circulated about overpopulation, the men being empowered to “solve the problem” have stated that their primary goal is to kill 95 per cent of humanity while destroying prosperity and economic freedom in the west, as well as ensuring that the third world remains in mountains of debt to the World Bank and IMF.

This is akin to hiring Ted Bundy to spearhead a program aimed at alleviating an epidemic of physical abuse towards women. It would be like appointing Charlie Manson the leader of a teen summer camp.

Ted Turner is a billionaire industrialist with five kids, 2 million acres of land and a network of business interests that combined must spew more carbon dioxide in a year than all the people reading this article put together in a lifetime could manage. And he is telling you to make sacrifices, to not have children, to sell your reproductive rights and be sterilized, to reduce your living standards, just like Al Gores flaps his gums about rising sea levels caused by global warming while purchasing oceanside property worth millions of dollars.

How much more evidence will it take for people to accept the fact that overpopulation is a myth and that it has been hijacked by global warming alarmists who are now using it as a replacement for the discredited science of man-made climate change in order to build their new world order, which is based entirely around squeezing the middle class and making people more dependent on big government, thereby becoming the architects of their own enslavement and being forced to crawl cap-in-hand to the likes of Uncle Ted and beg for a dime.

6 Reasons To Start World War III If You Are A Globalist

The average person can barely imagine why World War III would be anything but a civilization-ending event.  And, yet, we have heard Neocons ramping up rhetoric that suggests a new world war would be a viable option to correct a dying dollar and economy.  Or, perhaps it is simply a sound investment if you are a Globalist.

RAND Corporation documents point to a desire for total war abroad and at home.  The recent reactivation of North and South Korea tensions could be a potential catalyst in an East-West World War scenario possibly involving nukes.  However, the next World War doesn't necessarily need to be a conflagration; it could be a steady, slow, coldly calculated design to plunge the globe into austerity and totalitarian control through regulations such as those proposed by Codex Alimentarius and Agenda 21.

So, if one puts on the thinking cap of a sociopath, one might find the following 6 reasons are perfect to start World War III, by nukes or by stealth, and further the agenda of world governance.

Distraction: Regional conflicts both military and financial are being exposed as blatant economic looting and divide-and-conquer techniques.  Protests are erupting across the globe as people are waking up to their enslavement en masse.  Simultaneously, the high-tech police state is unfolding; endgame legislation is being passed to criminalize independence and control the Internet; and a reduction in the standard of living is minimizing the ability to purchase even simple distractions like cable TV.  The greatest awakening is that an exponential number of people are beginning to realize that their voice has no meaning in the political arena.  The left-right political paradigm is in grave danger, and has been made even more glaringly obvious by recent actions such as Obama awarding the medal of freedom to Bush, Sr.  Add to this the calls for arresting Bush, Jr. as a war criminal (and the subsequent questioning of why Obama would not support such a trial) and we begin to see indications that people are seeing through The Quigley Formula.  With such a populist uprising against all forms of oppression, the time appears to be ripe for the ultimate distraction.

Boost the Dollar: The first thing that happened when shots were fired between North and South Korea was a flight to the dollar, just like every other crisis.  Russia and China just announced that they quit the dollar, and yet the dollar refuses to collapse despite fundamentals that are truly sickening.  It is almost as if there are too many crises for the Russia-China announcement to even matter.  Perfect timing.  Rather, it would be a fine strategy for the dollar to rebound before being dissolved into a global currency, as the dollar backs the premier world superpower.  We now have a twin storyline of both financial and military wars leading toward the same goal.  This could be the beginning of a monetary and real WWIII strategy set up to coordinate a universal collapse to benefit global interests.  And let's not forget on which currency it actually reads New World Order.  

Global Hegemony:  The elimination of "rogue nations" is at the heart of the Globalist agenda, which seeks consolidation into the hands of a few powerful regions.  In fact, it has been the stated goal of The Trilateral Commission since its inception in 1973 under Rockefeller and Brzezinski.  Brzezinski's response in 1974 to the question, What is The New World Order? says it all: "We need to change the international system for a global system in which new, active, and creative forces -- recently developed -- should be integrated."  Since then, integration has been used to great effect by the U.S. to start wars where "terrorist" regimes can be subverted or dismantled, and their flags (resources) captured.  China is in a similar position with the vassal rogue state of North Korea where they can cattle prod it to action when convenient.  China is now being pressured by the global community to rein in the regime.  Perfect, they can consolidate their holdings in a similar fashion to what the U.S. has already done with South Korea.  This new Korean conflict could have the perfect dual effect of the Western world running to the safety of the Anglo-American establishment (and the dollar), while the East seeks the backing of China to correct instability in the region.  And all the while Russia and Iran are there for a potential final solution. 

A "Feel Good" War:  For those not attuned to the larger Globalist agenda, America is in dire need of a feel-good war . . . another Nazi Germany-style threat possessing undisputed intentions of global dominance.  Enter China from stage left.  Communist China has not condemned North Korea for their latest actions, and has given early warnings to the U.S. about naval exercises in their "exclusive economic zone."  If this continues, they only enhance their position as the perfect common enemy of the West.  Those who are naturally opposed to Globalism see China as the prime example of the policies which will lead to global tyranny.  A war with China, or Communism in general, will give the West more than just a bogeyman in a cave, but one that truly is seen as a physical and economic threat to Western civilization.  Mass opposition to the lies that led to wars in the Middle East have all but exhausted the Bin Laden version of Goldstein pushed in that Orwellian storyline.  Time to roll out the real threat, as the Globalist agenda accelerates toward its endgame.

Investment in the Military-Industrial Complex:  54% of the U.S. Federal budget is spent on the military in all of its forms, as it continues to expand at warp speed overseas and on the streets of America.  Traditional weapons of physical destruction, as well as high-tech weaponry and mind-controlled soldiers straight out of science fiction are set to align with the surveillance and tracking capabilities of biometrics and predictive behavior criminology.  New wars are always needed; particularly small-scale regional conflicts such as those suggested over and over again by Zbigniew Brzezinski and other Globalist geo-politicians.  However, their own writings indicate a time when the regional conflicts must morph into a global one in order to fulfill the final agenda of an integrated scientific global dictatorship which comes after the consolidation required by Word War III.  The final war won't have a name because it will be global governance unabashedly unleashed against the people it has systematically enslaved.  This final war has one goal: 

Depopulation:  This part of the agenda is still difficult for most people to grasp, but it is imperative to ask the question, What will global governance offer once its objectives of "order out of chaos" are achieved?  We need only look at the results on a country-by-country basis when Globalist organizations like the World Bank and IMF have taken over: more poverty, more sickness, and a decrease in life expectancy.  They already have been operating by stealth with soft-kill weaponsdesigned to weaken resistance and cause sterility.  The Russian geopolitical analyst, Konstantin Sivkov, who believes WWIII has begun already stated that, "History shows that the 'elite' of selfish civilizations do not get stopped by human sacrifices if there is a guarantee that they, themselves, will survive in bunkers."

They have the bunkers.

We may or may not hear WWIII announced on the evening news, but we can look for the signs of global consolidation that defines the agenda of the New World Order.  With every new conflict and every new piece of legislation it seems that those signs are becoming more obvious by the day.

Debunking the Department of Justice's Hit Piece, Part 1

You have all been lied to.

You were taught that the United States Constitution written by our Founding Fathers was the most important document regarding individual freedom ever written in the history of mankind, followed only by the Magna Carta. You believe that the Constitution set up a central government with limited powers, and that the powers not listed in the Constitution was left for the states and the people who make up the states.  You believe that the powers of the central government were limited and that the powers of the individual states were indefinite, to quote James Madison.  You believe that the first Ten Amendments, known as the Bill of Rights, gave to each citizen rights given to them by their Creator that no government led by man can take away.  

That is why The Powers That Be hate you.  

They hate our Constitution.  They hate our Bill of Rights.  They hate our freedoms, and they are doing everything they can to take these away from us.

Is this an overstatement?  Is this being extreme?  Hardly.  For over two years, the Federal Government has been attacking anyone that believes in a strict interpretation of the United States Constitution, labeling them as “extremists” and “potential domestic terrorists.”  We saw this with two documents recently released within the past few years, namely the "Department of Homeland Security's report on Rightwing Extremism" and the infamous Missouri Information Analysis Center (MIAC) report on home-grown terrorism that linked Libertarians, returning army vets, gun owners, Constitutionalists, Ron Paul, and Chuck Baldwin to white-supremacists and potential criminals. And now, yet another document has been released by the Department of Justice titled "Investigating Terrorism and Criminal Extremism: Terms and Concepts" that proves without a shadow of a doubt that the ruling class made up of people from both political parties (i.e., The Powers That Be), have nothing but contempt for our U.S. Constitution, our Bill of Rights, and our American sovereignty.

The document is a “Glossary” and describes itself as a “tool for criminal justice professionals to enhance their understanding of words relating to extremist terminology, phrases, activities, symbols, organizations, and selected names that they may encounter while conducting criminal investigations or prosecutions of members of extremist organizations.” And, like most things that come from the Federal Government, it is filled with lies.  But that won't stop them from disseminating this glossary of ill-defined terms to local law enforcement all over the country. 

But how ill-defined are these terms?  Are they all ill-defined?  No.  The problem is with the terms that are typically associated with those involved in the American Patriot movement (i.e., the movement of citizens concerned with the integration of America into a global governing and economic system, or as George H.W. Bush and his associates and followers would call, the "New World Order”) and the fact that they are in a glossary that links those that use these terms with potential criminals, extremists, and potential and terrorists.  The terms are typically defined as those used by “conspiracy theorists” -- terms like “Genetically Modified Organisms," “Precious Metal Dealers," “Council on Foreign Relations,” “Constitutionalist," "Bilderberg," etc.  

Conspiracy theories? Hardly. Not when you actually read the mainstream articles about scientistsaltering the DNA of crops with pesticides and viruses.  Not when you realize that the price of goldhas increased almost $1000 in the last decade alone; not when you read the articles aboutsterilizing the water supply: not when you read the quotes and read the documents written by the prominent political leaders that belong to and speak at the Council on Foreign Relations.  Every one of the definitions of terms in the glossary regarding the Patriot Movement is misleading, or an out-right lie, and that is what we should expose.  When we do that, it will be clear as day as to why the government hates you, and why they are doing everything they can to silence you, especially by censoring the Internet.  For the sake of organization, the terms will be listed categorically, not alphabetically.

For more than a century, ideological extremists at either end of the political spectrum have seized upon well-publicized incidents to attack the Rockefeller family for the inordinate influence they claim we wield over American political and economic institutions. Some even believe we are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterizing my family and me as 'internationalists' and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure - one world, if you will. If that's the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it. -- David Rockefeller

This infamous quote in his autobiography, Memoirs, co-founder of the Trilateral Commission, member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and a frequent member and attendee of the Bilderberg meetings is at least proof that some people are working towards a World Governing System where the sovereignty of the individual countries is sacrificed, and where policy for each nation is decided by an  international body rather than a local or national body.  The mere fact that the European Union exists is proof enough.  

The glossary defines Bilderberg Group, Council on Foreign Relations, New World Order, One World Government, and Trilateral Commission very similarly, by asserting that right-wing extremists and conspiracy theorists believe that these organizations are attempting to control the world and usher in a one-world government. But all one has to do is read the above quote from David Rockefeller who founded the Trilateral Commission to see that this is in fact a reality. He stated it himself, and admitted to conspiring to do so. But, that isn't enough for the Department of Justice, so let's look even further into these organizations.

First, let's look at the Council on Foreign Relations.  A list of members should be enough to make anyone raise their suspicions, because their membership reveals that they all share a common interest.  Their entire roster can be found on their own website, titled “Council On Foreign Relations 2009 Annual Report."  Generally speaking, the organization is a Who's Who of the political, banking, and corporate elite.  They meet behind closed doors and discuss foreign and economic policy, hold public “talks” and publish a public journal called Foreign Affairs.  Current members include politicians Bill Clinton, Dick Cheney (who even made an effort to not mention that he was a member during his election), Sen. Joseph Lieberman (CT), Sen. John McCain (AZ), Sen. John D. Rockefeller (WV), Senator Jack Reed (RI), Sen. Olympia Snow (ME), former Sen. Fred Thompson (TN), Sen. John Warner (VA), former Speaker Newt Gingrich (GA), former Secretaries of State Colin Powell and Condoleeza Rice, Henry Kissinger, and Obama's Science Czar John P. Holdren, just to name a few. 

Along with the political elite are members of the banking elite such as former Chairmen of the Federal Reserve, Allan Greenspan and Paul Volcker, Treasury Secretary/Tax Cheat Timothy Geithner, and former Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson . . . again, just to name a few. 

Among the corporate and financial elite are former and current CEOs, Presidents, and Vice Presidents of corporations like Fannie Mae, CitiGroup, Goldman Sachs, American Express, Prudential Financial, SONY, Disney, First National Bank, Shell Oil, Exxon and Xerox.  Again, just to name a few. 

In case you are wondering why this group filled with such important people does not get much media attention, and why you possibly haven't heard of it, there's a very good reason.  The top CEOs of the Mainstream Media outlets are also members, including over a dozen writers/editors of the New York Times, over a dozen columnists, editors, and writers for the Washington Post (including the Vice President of Washington Post Company, and the editor for the Editorial Page!), columnists, former presidents and former vice presidents of CNN, correspondents and journalists for CBS, including Katie Couric, several writers/editors for FOX News including CEO Rupert Murdoch himself.  You get the idea. 

The reason that an organization filled with so many important people discussing foreign, domestic, economic, and monetary policies gets no media attention is because those running the media are members and share the same agenda as the rest -- and they know full well that the agenda is vastly unpopular with the public.  

Giving a speech in front of the Bilderberg Meeting, David Rockefeller said:

We are grateful to the Washington Post, The New York Times, Time Magazine and other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respected their promises of discretion for almost forty years...It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subjected to the lights of publicity during those years.  But, the world is now more sophisticated and prepared to march towards a world government. The supranational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national auto-determination practiced in past centuries.

We must pause for a moment to analyze this quote.  Other than admitting to the cooperation from the Mainstream Media publications regarding the “hush-hush” nature of their meetings discussing policy, and the fact that they acknowledge that the majority of the population oppose their ideas for a Global Governing System, he says something even more daring.  He says that the supranational (international) sovereignty of the Intellectual Elite and World Bankers is preferable to our current system (i.e. a system made of sovereign nations with borders).  In other words, a group of self-proclaimed Ruling Elitists, which essentially make up all of the organizations that the Department of Justice's glossary defines as “targets for right-wing extremists and conspiracy theorists,” is better than what we have now -- even though the very banking elite are responsible for the Global Financial Crisis we are currently facing!  Even though the so-called intellectual elite have been calling for sterilization of the water, genetically altering food and salmon and reducing the world population through vaccines.  Is this the world in which you want to live? 

You will notice that within the Rockefeller quotes, we see the term “World Government," similar to what George Bush and his associates would call a “New World Order.”  So who are the conspirators? According to Rockefeller, the “internationalists” are the international elite. He said it himself when he said that some accuse him and his family of “conspiring with others” (i.e. the world elite) to build their integrated world system. The very same global elite that have bankrupted America and the European Nations through fraudulent derivatives trading . . . the very same elite that lied about WMDs in Iraq . . . the very same banking elite that funded both sides of virtually every war since World War I . . . the very same elite that lied about Global Warming and got caught doing so . . .  the very same elite that printed trillions of dollars and gave them to foreign central banks . . . these are the elite that should be running the world, according to Rockefeller. And these people are members of the same club known as the Council on Foreign Relations.

Does this mean that every person involved in the CFR (an organization made up of several thousand people) is evil and part of this plan to usher in a global governing system? No. But that does not alter the fact that many of these people are part of this plan, and that these organizations have incredible influence on policy making in our society. What's worse is that they are unaccountable. We elect people to Congress to decide policy, not these people that meet in secret like the Bilderbergs. If they were working in our best interest, they would not be working under secrecy. 

And just like the CFR is a Who's Who of American elite, the Bilderberg Meetings are made up of the Who's Who of the global elite, and has an even smaller membership (a quality that shows just how elite the organization truly is).  Investigative journalist Daniel Estulin has even spoken to the European Union Parliament at length about the secretive meetings made up the world elite. 

Without going too deep into this, all one has to do is research the members of the Bilderberg Group and the Trilateral Commission, and you'll see that the very same people and corporations are involved; the same names of Rockefeller, Volcker, Kissinger, Goldman Sachs, and Federal Reserve show up time and again -- and that's just the American elite. 

This is what the Patriot Movement means when they say they want to “Take the Country Back,” or that they want to “Restore the Government,” which interestingly enough is a phrase listed in the glossary in question.  It is clear that the power structures of the government, the media, corporations, and banking are all members of these organizations, and that they are working against the interest of the American people who want to hold on to their national sovereignty (again, quoting David Rockefeller) . . . otherwise, they would be open about this. 

To add insult to injury, this glossary defines “Restoring the Government” as the objective of the Patriot Movement who want to, “Restore the government to its status before it started ignoring the Constitution.  Patriots claim that most actions of the Government are unconstitutional and illegal.” 

Well, according to the Logan Act, which was passed in 1799, it is illegal for any U.S. citizen (including government officials) without authority to correspond with foreign governments or their agents to influence the measures of the foreign government in relation to any disputes or controversies of the United States.  It is also, according to the Constitution, illegal to pass legislation over matters that the Constitution does not authorize the Congress to pass without first amending the Constitution (the 10th Amendment!)  This isn't the “claim” of the Patriot Movement; these are the actual laws on the books! 

The Patriot Movement wants to Restore the Government by taking back the power centers of our government, our corporations, our media, and our financial system . . . in a peaceful way. No violence at all -- we can elect ourselves to the power centers and take back the country, and that is what the Government is afraid of. They are afraid of people becoming educated and running for office themselves to retain our national sovereignty. Why else would they issue this glossary that labels concerned citizens “potential terrorists” and “right-wing extremists?" This has nothing to do with right vs. left, as I have covered before; Right vs. Left is a false paradigm.  This has everything to do with whether America remains independent, or if it is integrated into a global governing system. If you are a normal citizen that believes that the best kind of government is local, because the people have more of a say in policy decision, then the mere fact that these organizations exist is contrary to your belief -- which is why they hate you.

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.

This is the oath of office for all House of Representatives members, along with all members of the Senate.  Similarly, the President, as instructed by Article II, Section 1 of the US Constitution, recites the following oath when sworn in:

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.

This is about the only thing they do that is Constitutional---they recite the oath to defend the very document for which they hold the most contempt.
