Are New Vaccine Mandates Designed to Target the Poor?

Ever since the measles outbreak in Disneyland, there has been a determined effort by legislators in California, to repeal the state’s current vaccine exemptions. If they succeed, the only way parents can skip their children’s vaccinations is if there is an acceptable medical reason. As you can imagine, those who are deeply concerned over the safety and efficacy of vaccines have every reason to fear these developments.

Or do they?

Well, yes and no. No in the sense that I don’t think we are headed towards a future that forces everyone to take the jab, but the answer will likely be yes for folks who don’t have a lot of disposable income. For reasons that I will explain below, you can bet your bottom dollar that there will always be a way to avoid vaccinations for you and your family. However, it’s going to cost you.

'No Jab, No Pay' Australia Policy Ends Payouts To Citizens Who Refuse Vaccines

In a stunning example of the disregard held toward the rights of individual Australians, the Australian government has not only passed measures to “tighten” guidelines on the ability to obtain religious exemptions to vaccinations but has also passed a “no jab no pay” policy ending government welfare payouts to those families who refuse to vaccinate.

Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott recently announced the new policy to eliminate the “conscientious objector” status for individuals who are morally, evidentially, or philosophically opposed to vaccination beginning in January, 2016. 

Abbot and Social Services Minister Scott Morrison said in a joint statement that “The choice made by families not to immunize their children is not supported by public policy or medical research nor should such action be supported by taxpayers in the form of child care payments.” 

For that reason, families that refuse to vaccinate their children will lose these child care benefits, costing many up to $11,000 per year.

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., an attorney-at-law, author, and vaccine investigator, spoke before the New Jersey State legislature regarding the oppressive bill that was introduced to do away with religious exemptions for mandatory vaccinations for children in that state. However, before Kennedy’s presentation, he addressed the media with a dissertation that everyone in the USA needs to hear, especially every legislative body at any level of governance and, particularly, regulatory agencies dealing with health, healthcare and vaccines/vaccinations.

Kennedy explained that he is not against vaccinations per se, and his six children all are vaccinated. His vaccine research began because of his work with educating about mercury contamination from coal burning power plants. At the lectures he would give, mothers would tell him about mercury being injected into their children via vaccines, and that he should investigate what that mercury does to kids, since many of them told of their children’s health problems after being vaccinated.

Medical Choice Under Attack as SB277 Passes CA Health Committee

As parents and concerned citizens rallied in Sacramento to oppose Senate Bill 277, the Senate Health Committee advanced the bill with a 6 to 2 vote. In what the Sergeant at Arms described as “The biggest turnout I’ve seen in 15 years,” the signed bill now faces further challenges on the way to law.

In California, where solutions appear to always remove rights from the citizen and replace them with control, hope for individual freedoms is getting hard to come by. While the state grapples with laughable solutions put forward by Gov. Jerry Brown to end a drought, parents now face the real possibility of forced vaccination for their children attending public school.

During the hearing, many of the six senators who voted in favor of the bill used their time to voice pro-vaccine talking points. Yet, not before the Health Committee sat through almost two hours of parents and children giving their individual testimonies on record in opposition.

According to a Reuters poll recently published in the Huffington Post, 87% of America wants your right to choose whether or not you vaccinate yourself and your children to be straight up taken away from you:

A large majority of Americans favor mandatory vaccinations of children, a Reuters/Ipsos poll showed on Tuesday, apparently unswayed by some senior Republicans who have raised fears the medical shots could lead to autism.

Seventy-eight percent of respondents in the online survey said all children should be vaccinated unless there is a direct health risk to them from vaccination.
Only 13 percent opposed vaccinations.

“The numbers are absolutely overwhelming in favor of vaccinations with a consistent minority in opposition,” said Ipsos pollster Julia Clarke.

You know, we aren’t even really hearing about the measles outbreak that led to all this fear and calls for mass mandatory vaccinations anymore, just by the way. The people running the show and imposing this agenda already got the reaction they wanted out of that situation, obviously. They don’t even have to bring it up anymore.

The U.S. Health and Human Services published a 46-page draft proposal and notice in the Federal Register recently regarding more mandated vaccines for adults, and especially pregnant females; employer-enforced adult vaccinations; and probably for getting faith-based groups to uptake and not oppose vaccines/vaccinations.

Senator Barbara Boxer (D) and Representative Anna Eshoo (D-Palo Alto), have proposed federal legislation that would for the first time impose Federal, as opposed to State, vaccine mandates to attend an educational program. The legislators’ bill entitled A Head Start on Vaccinations Act would require all children enrolled in Head Start to get all of the vaccinations recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) according to the CDC’s timetable. Threat of Job Loss Increases Compliance to Vaccines: Study

As it turns out, according to a new "study," hospitals can greatly improve their flu vaccination rate among health care workers by using a mandatory employee vaccination policy.

This is according to a Henry Ford Health System study, funded by Henry Ford Health System and citing the "data" from Henry Ford Health System.

The upper echelon of Henry Ford, acting under their created task force, is attempting to pass off a "duh!" observation of authorities using power over subordinates as a true-blue health study. Yet, nowhere in the study is there any proof of reduction of disease or an increase in employee/patient health and safety.

CDC 'Disappears’ Page Linking Polio Vaccines To Cancer-Causing Viruses

The alternative media is justifiably abuzz with a story about the CDC deleting a page on their website admitting that as many as 98 million Americans received polio vaccine contaminated with the cancer-linked monkey virus SV40, with the added twist that although they removed the page sometime after July 11th, a cached version is still available to view online.

Some of the details of the 'disappeared' page read as follows:

• SV40 is a virus found in some species of monkey.
• SV40 was discovered in 1960. Soon afterward, the virus was found in polio vaccine.
• More than 98 million Americans received one or more doses of polio vaccine from 1955 to 1963 when a proportion of vaccine was contaminated with SV40; it has been estimated that 10–30 million Americans could have received an SV40 contaminated dose of vaccine.
• SV40 virus has been found in certain types of cancer in humans, but it has not been determined that SV40 causes these cancers.
• The majority of scientific evidence suggests that SV40-contaminated vaccine did not cause cancer; however, some research results are conflicting and more studies are needed.
• Polio vaccines being used today do not contain SV40. All of the current evidence indicates that polio vaccines have been free of SV40 since 1963.

Whooping Cough Rapid Rise After 20-Year Use of Poor Quality Vaccines

The rate of whooping cough, or pertussis, has exploded in America in the last few years. A brand new study confirms what scientists already expected. They confirmed that the burgeoning comeback of whooping cough is due to introducing new, "safer" vaccines 20 years ago. Safer, meaning fewer side effects and minus the previous toxin that was used, but not safe for long-term protection from disease.

Pertussis bacteria affects upper respiration and creates shortness of breath. The disease, which can be fatal to babies, actually almost disappeared in the late '70s - so why did newer vaccines keep appearing? It seems to have caused a type of resistance. The weaker vaccine has caused damage; arguably more than foregoing the vaccine altogether.

By the '80s it was believed to be more hushed, spreading undiagnosed. In 20 years, however, it has "bounced back with a vengeance." Europe is seeing the same problem. Last year in the U.S., there were 40,000 cases, and strong strains among kids in 2010. California, for instance, saw an epidemicof it in 2010, especially among their Latino community - the situation was rife with calls for mandatory vaccination - for the very vaccine that could be spiking the disease.
