‘My ELF Weapon’: More Proof Navy Yard Shooter Targeted with Mind Control Weapons

Discussion that would have instantly caused anyone involved to be labeled a ‘crazy conspiracy theorist’ even a few weeks ago has now made its way into the mainstream media.

Following reports that suspected Navy Yard shooter Aaron Alexis had called police just weeks before the mass shooting in D.C. to claim he was the victim of gang stalking and a target of microwave energy weapons that left him hearing voices and unable to sleep, now reports are surfacing that the military contractor had carved “My ELF Weapon” and “Better off this way” into the stock of his gun.

As reported yesterday, the mainstream media painted initial accounts of Alexis’ stalking claims as further proof he was mentally unhinged. With these new weapon carving revelations, the media’s tune has changed.

As if its just any other news day, now the likes of The Washington Post and The Washington Timesare openly talking about the existence of directed energy weapons, Manchurian Candidates and even ways that ELF, or extremely low frequency waves, can be used in “weather efforts” — a direct reference to the fact that this technology can be used to modify and control the weather.

Knowing that there are technologies that enable a person's thoughts to be disrupted at a distance, should we be taking a closer look at this phenomenon?

In 2011, the Daily Mail (in the UK) published an article, asking “Are secret U.S. army tests to blame for TV presenters speaking utter gibberish?”, and described the incidents as “a string of American and Canadian TV presenters dissolving on-air into unintelligible gobbledygook, their distress obvious as they try but fail to stop themselves blurting out a train of disconnected words, before the producers cut to something else”.

Being the Daily Mail, the article dismissed the idea that microwaves had been targeted at these reporters to disrupt their speech as crazy conspiracy talk. But it was certainly newsworthy because this brief, sudden, series of “meltdowns” had happened in a very short space of time. Other researchers followed up on this: for instance, the video below highlights even more news reporters, including some that the mainstream missed.



This topic has been amply covered by other researchers in the past, but it’s worth looking at again because there have been two more incidents since then, making a total of at least seven (almost identical) cases!

Movies do make a difference. In World War Z, genocidal slaughter of the ill and unfortunate was made acceptable and a positive goal to be applauded. In Elysium, the elitists learn there will be consequences for mistreating the sick and poor. Which message is the better one to teach our children? Which message is the better one for American leaders to get?

While our government is working on a mass mind control project, funded under DARPA, movie producers are learning that the best way to change the minds of the masses is through programming them via the big screen.

Major Hasan Was a “Jolly” Man

Major Nidal Hasan, age 39 at the time of his heinous crime, had a well-documented of history of deep-rooted psychological problems. He was not married, had very few friends, his parents are dead, he was estranged from his brothers, he was a self-professed loner and he had experienced psychological problems in his previous psychological training programs. Hasan fits the classic Psyops profile of a mass murderer that we have seen so many times before in such false flag event shooters such as Loughner, et al.

We all know that psychiatrist, Nidal Malik Hasan, as the army major who is responsible for slaughtering 13 unarmed people, and wounding another 31 on November 5th, 2009. And now questions are surfacing about the likelihood that Hasan was his own patient who was treating himself with psychotropic drugs, likely of the antidepressant variety. Given his psychological profile, it is very likely that he was indeed self-medicating. This possibility raises a whole host of interesting questions which never seem to be asked by the state-run media who are owned and controlled by the military and medical industrial complexes.

Unfortunately, we don’t seem to have a lot of answers on what we can do to stem this senseless tide of violent behavior which was almost nonexistent only a generation ago. I do, however, have many questions which need to be honestly investigated and answered. 

Pre-Crime And Mind Control Technologies Are Already Here

When speaking of Bernays we are talking about a man who seemed unattached to human suffering. Bernays seems to have walked through life proud of what he had discovered. There seems to be no indication that he ever actually realized the magnitude of the damage he inflicted on humanity by putting into practice his deceptive mind control theories, to be used for promoting ideas that were not necessarily true and ideas that would be used to control humans. Bernays’ pride seemed to have come from knowing that his predictions about human behavior were correct. There are no indications that he felt any remorse for what he had done.

Obama's BRAIN project appears to being paying dividends, as other recently leaked documents reveal a"nudge squad" program being developed to employ new, sophisticated narrative propaganda aimed at "shaping Americans' behavior."

The US government is pouring money into a technology called fMRI, functional magnetic resonance imaging, which measures changes in localized brain activity over time by watching blood flow. And it can now be used to infer information about our memories. It can tell things like what we have actually seen or experienced. Though no court has admitted fMRI results as evidence yet, the signs clearly point in that direction.

Sounds like science fiction, right? Well, a leaked document reveals that the US government, through DARPA research, is very close to accomplishing this.

Activist Post was recently contacted by an anonymous whistleblower who worked on a secret ongoing mind-control project for DARPA. The aim of the program is to remotely disrupt political dissent and extremism by employing "Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation" (TMS) in tandem with sophisticated propaganda based on this technology. TMS stimulates the temporal lobe of the brain with electromagnetic fields.

The program, conducted by The Center for Strategic Communication, is based at Arizona State University. The DARPA funding for this project can be confirmed on the ASU website here. The head of the project, Steve Corman, has worked extensively in the area of strategic communication as it applies to terrorism and "extremism" - or what could be called "the war of ideas."

We only need to consider the vast benefits that Internet communication and all of its attendant applications offer to the user ... until, in the end, it has been openly revealed as a giant spy grid that sweeps up data on anyone and everyone connected to it.

The mission of a small "elite" group to control the masses is nothing new. It has always been a tool implemented in the form of propaganda used to alter perception and thus steer the direction of large populations. The modern methods of mind control are in many ways merely higher-tech extensions of what always has been predictably successful: religion, sports, politics, education, etc.

With the advent of television, a whole new world was opened up for would-be controllers, as news media was easily corporatized and made uniform enough to translate core messages, while encouraging passivity, and also presenting the illusion of choice. Simultaneously, choice has been reduced in fundamental areas such as finance, education and health with reams of legislation and "incentives" to ensure compliance.

Today, however, we have entered a perilous phase where mind control has taken on a physical, scientific dimension that includes a sophisticated full-spectrum assault on the mind in the form of chemicals in the food, air, and water, as well as electromagnetic interference and the ubiquitous Big Pharma cocktail that not only pollutes the user directly, but runs off into the rest of the unknowing population. Combined with control over education and media, it's no wonder why true rebellion struggles to take hold. 

Nevertheless, despite the above assaults, people are rebelling -- globally. This indicates a tentative awakening that is troubling if you are in the vast minority of those who knowingly attempt to enslave the planet. So what does tomorrow bring?
