Ron Paul appears with Dylan Ratigan on April 5th, 2011 to discuss the budget cut debate and foreign policy.  Paul says the budget debate is a joke and "nothing compared to the calamity that we face."  Ratigan, as if pleading with Paul at the end of the interview, asks "Don't you have an obligation to run for President?
