Debt, Vaccines and Food as a Weapon: When International Aid is Used for Population Control

No strings attached? Yeah, right. Here’s a rundown of some of the major ways that international loans are used to control entire populations.

Those seeking dominance wield control in modern society largely through the manipulation of finance and economics. Power over entire countries comes not only through the debts themselves, but through the conditionalities tied to the financial agreement, as is done regularly by the IMF, World Bank and other aid programs. Notoriously, many locales – free in name – have been brought under the yoke of international domination, altering the shape of its development and its population.

Futurist Proposes Solving ‘Overpopulation’ with ‘Birth Credits’

According to Michael E. Arth (Earth?), the planet’s future looks grim because there are just too many people living on it.

In an interview with Vice, the urban designer, former Florida gubernatorial candidate and futurist proposed the concept of "birth credits" to help curb what he terms a “slow-moving, global disaster like overpopulation”:

China, and the rest of the world, would be better served by a choice-based marketable birth license plan, or ‘birth credits,’ that could stop or reverse population growth on a dime… Each person would be issued half of a birth credit, which he or she can combine with a partner to have one child, or a person can sell his or her (half) credit at the going market rate. Each additional child costs one more credit. Noncompliance would bring a fine greater than the cost of the credit, and there would be sanctions for non-compliant countries (such as migration restrictions).

NIH-Funded Project Sterilizes Rats in NYC Subway

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is spending nearly half a million dollars in taxpayer funds to test a chemosterilant rat bait for the Metropolitan Transit Authority.

As part of this pilot project, Dr. Loretta Mayer and her company Senestech received $462,836 from the NIH to test the product ContraPest® on the NYC subway system’s brown rat population. The bait contains 4-vinylcyclohexene diepoxide (VCD), commonly used in tires, polyesters and plastics. According to blogger Anastasia Bodnar, “VCD basically degrades ovaries, similar to how the ovaries degrade during menopause.”

Although mainstream media outlets like The New York Times reported on this story back in March, the NIH funding was curiously not mentioned.

In the NIH project information description, check out the first aim listed for Mayer’s research:

"Aim 1 is focused on establishing the safety parameters of our technology, including exclusion of non-target species and impact on the environment."

The Next Food Crisis Will Be Caused By Globalist Land-Grabs and Privatization

The UN warns that global food stores like grains are depleting at an exponential rate; and when combined with failing harvests, there will be a food crisis in 2013.

The UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) explains that “we’ve not been producing as much as we are consuming. That is why stocks are being run down. Supplies are now very tight across the world and reserves are at a very low level, leaving no room for unexpected events next year.” 

Since 2010, the FAO has stated that the rise in food prices is directly correlated to the 80 million people being added to the world’s population annually. This fact, according to the globalists at the UN, is beginning to “tax both the skills of farmers and the limits of the earth’s land and water resources.” Added to this problem are the 3 million people who are “moving up the food chain” eating more than their share in gluttonous nations like the United States and China. 

The Population Control Agenda Of The Radical Humanists Who Would Love For You And I To Die

Billions of dollars is being poured into an effort to reduce population growth all over the world, and most people do not even know that it is happening.  These efforts are often promoted under such labels as "family planning", "abortion rights" and "public health programs", but the primary goal is always to get women to have less children.

This population control agenda has millions upon millions of supporters all over the planet and it is gaining even more adherents with each passing day.  It is being taught in colleges, universities and schools all over the globe.  It is being promoted by radical humanists who are completely and totally convinced that the core crisis that humanity is facing today is that there are way too many people living on this planet.  They fully believe that overpopulation is the root cause of most of our economic, social, political and environmental problems.  In fact, the truth is that many of them actually believe that they are literally in a "life or death" race to save the planet.

Many of the "true believers" are entirely convinced that if human population numbers are not greatly reduced from where they are now, the planet we are living on will be completely destroyed.  That is why many of these radical humanists would absolutely love for you and I to die.  From their perspective, the less people the better.

Coming Food Crisis Plays into Global Elite’s Demand for Population Stabilization

There are varied motives behind what some people see and what they believe to be some kind of geo-engineering conspiracy. 

A number of people believe it's an effort to curb global warming, while others, like Bonnie Hoag of Shushan, believe it's a covert military operation. 

"This is genocide," said Former FBI Chief Ted Gunderson. "This is poison. This is murder."

Gunderson said a world government is behind the spraying. He thinks the reason behind it has something to do with some form of population control.

Austerity Measures in Healthcare Lead to Rationing Kidneys

From the moment the Obama healthcare bill became an issue in mainstream American politics, anyone who suggested that the bill included rationing and/or death panels was considered any number of things – particularly a conspiracy theorist, racist, or someone who just hated the President for whatever general reason. I know whereof I speak. This was the general reaction I received after I wrote an article entitled Obamacare Is A Eugenics Program.

Yet regardless of public opinion, in the years and months since this article was published, the United States medical system has unmistakably moved in the direction of rationing and death panels. 

In addition to the Presidential appointees who openly espouse rationing, as I discussed in the article linked above, the creation of rationing panels (aka death panels), and the massive cuts  made to Medicare and Medicaid, the recent revelation of new procedures being used to determine who receives kidneys for transplant purposes should serve only to reinforce the belief that rationing is not coming – it is here. 

In an article entitled, Under kidney transplant proposal, younger patients would get the best organs, published in the Washington Post on February 24, 2011, it is reported that the American organ transplant network is considering revamping its current procedure for determining who receives kidneys to a policy that favors younger, healthier people over older, sicker ones. 

Currently, the decision to provide a kidney for transplant is based on who has been on the waiting list longest. However, the proposed changes would make it so that a formula must be followed in order to make the decision as to who received the kidney. Age and health would be the greatest factor in the formula, with preference given to those who are younger and generally healthier than older and sicker patients. All this would be done under the guise of maximizing the number of years of benefit provided by the organ. 

Predictably, many bioethicists are lauding the changes proposed by the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS), a private “non-profit” group who was contracted by the Federal government to conduct organ allocation, as a breakthrough. 

The new guidelines being proposed by UNOS bear a striking resemblance to those put forward in the Obama health plan which focuses on “cost-effectiveness” and “outcome-based measures,” guidelines which effectively remove care from the elderly, disabled, and chronically ill as these individuals are seen to benefit much less in terms of years after the treatment. Indeed, these are the guidelines promoted by the Federal Coordinating Council for Comparative Effectiveness Research, one of the rationing boards which was created under the 2009 Stimulus package in anticipation of the Obamacare passage. 

As Arthur C. Caplan, a bioethicist [read eugenicist] from the University of Pennsylvania says in the Post article:

It’s a big shift. For a long time, the whole program has been oriented toward waiting-list time. This is moving it away from a save-the-sickest strategy to trying to get a yield in terms of years of life saved.

The eugenics movement, particularly in the area of healthcare, has existed in this country for ages. However, it has recently accelerated its move towards implementation of full-scale rationing and the cutting off of services and treatment to those deemed as unfit. Namely, those who need it the most.

Cuts to Medicare and Medicaid, “cost-effective” and “outcome-based” measures, and the implementation of this new transplant policy is only the start. 

Even both the Washington Post and Arthur C. Caplan admit that the kidney transplant procedures are not the only issue here. According to Rob Stein, Caplan claims that “if adopted, the approach could have implications for other decisions about how to allocate scarce medical resources, such as expensive cancer drugs and ventilators during hurricanes and other emergencies . . .” 

Not only that, but Caplan openly admits that rationing is the goal. 

This is a fascinating canary-in-a-cave kind of debate. We don’t want to talk about rationing much in America. It’s become taboo in any health-care discussion. But kidneys reminds us there are situations where you have to talk about rationing. You have no choice. This may shine a light on these other areas.

There is absolutely no doubt that these new guidelines are a “canary in the cave” type debate. The eugenicists that run our government have realized that we will accept cuts in existing healthcare programs to the elderly and disabled that amount to death panels. They have realized that we will accept the actual creation of death panels that operate openly in front of us and they have realized that we will put up virtually no resistance to them when this is done. Simply put, the canary in the cave is still singing and we have given the eugenicists no real reason to scale back their plans. 

Nevertheless, the goal of this new proposal is clear to anyone with eyes to see. After all, the chronically ill, the disabled, and the elderly are usually the first to go in a eugenics-based society. Because these individuals no longer produce, and require the constant care of others, they are no longer considered to be an asset to those who view them merely as machines in the first place.

UN: Drug-resistant malaria spreading in Asia

GENEVA – The World Health Organization says countries are not doing enough to detect drug-resistant malaria, which is spreading in Southeast Asia.

The U.N. health agency says there is evidence that type of malaria has now spread from Thailand's western border with Myanmar to its southeastern Cambodian border.

WHO says a strain of the mosquito-borne infectious disease resistant to the most effective antimalarial drugs emerged on the Myanmar border two years ago.

It warned that resistance to the malaria drug artemisinin could spread to African countries, just like it did with previous malaria treatments in the 1960s and 1970s.

Bill Gates: mobile health technology will save lives, help overpopulation

WASHINGTON -– Bill Gates, co-chair and trustee of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, gave a keynote address yesterday at the mHealth Summit, an annual gathering that focuses on improving health care through mobile technology.

Gates told an audience of more than 2,000 that if we could register every worldwide birth on a cell phone, we could ensure that children receive the proper vaccines. He also said the key to controlling population growth is to save the lives of children under 5; and the next big thing in technology is robots.


Gates said computing technology has been great for health care, and there are plenty of opportunities to use the cell phone in clinic settings. Although he noted that some places which need mhealth technology the most may not be able to fully benefit from it.

“We have to approach these things with some humility,” he said. “There’s not Internet connections back there. Often [patients are too sick] for some cell phone thing to do something for them.”

Gates said the key health care metric that we as a society should be trying to improve is one that is in the front of his mind all the time–the number of children who die before age 5. Today, he said the number is 8.5 million; in 1960 it was 20 million.

“About one-third [of that improvement] is by increasing income,” he said. “The majority has been through vaccines. Vaccines will be the key. If you could register every birth on a cell phone—get fingerprints, get a location—then you could [set up] systems to make sure the immunizations happen.”

Gates said he’d like to see a birth registration system, and because it’s a new technology, “we should let 1,000 new ideas blossom.”

United Nations Says Three Million Will Be Immunized in Africa

Polio can cause paralysis and death if left untreated

Aid agencies are planning to immunise three million people in central Africa after a polio outbreak, which has killed more than 100 people.

Hundreds more have been paralysed by the disease, authorities have said.

The disease broke out in Congo-Brazzaville, but has also affected parts of neighbouring Democratic Republic of Congo and Angola.

The government said the vast majority of deaths had occurred in the city of Pointe-Noire in Congo-Brazzaville.

Congo-Brazzaville had previously recorded its last case of indigenous polio in 2000.

The vaccination plan is being conducted by several aid agencies, including Unicef and the World Health Organization (WHO).

Obama's India Trip: The Real Agenda

1. THE INNOCUOUS HEADLINE: US aircraft wanted to cross over Indian territory on dual call signs. 

Indian Express reported: “The military cargo aircraft, hired by the US, that intruded into Indian airspace and was forced to land at the Mumbai airport on Friday was permitted to take off on Saturday. It took off around 10.40 pm. Meanwhile, it has now been established that the aircraft was crossing over Indian territory with dual call signs — one civil and one military — which is why it was intercepted and grounded. The aircraft was travelling from Diego Garcia Island in the Indian Ocean to Kandahar in Afghanistan. The CISF personnel had cordoned off the bay and only three members of the Russian crew were allowed to disembark for questioning. The remaining crew stayed inside the aircraft but were later allowed to use the ‘Refusal’ room at the airport, which is meant for confining passengers who await customs or immigration clearance. Three members were taken to the nearby ATC complex and questioned with the help of a Russian interpreter as only one of them could speak some broken English,” an airport official said. The total number of crew aboard the AN-124 was 18. Sources told Newsline that the aircraft was carrying heavy defence equipment to Afghanistan for American troupes.”

Conclusion 1

: Diego Garcia is a US top secret military facility and generally when “contraband” goods have to fly over dangerous skies, militaries hire flights from other countries on deniable missions. Other than what was reported, there surely had to be more than this. And there was.

Indian intelligence agencies reported internally that these aircraft, other than the armaments were carrying waste disposal systems that could hold in excess of 45,000 kg (100,000 pounds) and from which a “technologically sophisticated” network of nano-pipes led to the trailing edges of the wings and horizontal stabilizers for “dispersing” the contents of the waste tanks in an “aerial-type mist”.
