Breaking: Audio From Elaine Brown’s “Life Sentence” Appeal

Both Elaine Brown and supporter Danny Riley are appealing the unfair, massive sentences given to them by the U.S. Injustice System.

Riley had at least one witness (a US Marshal allegedly) recant his testimony, which was used by the state to convict him (this is on tape).

Elaine Brown’s attorneys are arguing that she did not take up arms against the government, on her property, while being threatened by local, state, and federal authorities. I never once witnessed Elaine carrying any weapon while visiting their home in NH. They are also arguing bias, and improper procedure by the prosecution.

Elaine Brown, and her husband Ed Brown were under siege by authorities in 2007 in New Hampshire, after failing to attend a kangaroo court hearing pertaining to non payment of taxes. Those taxes it should be noted ended up in the pockets of Wall St in 2008 via the Bush / Obama bailouts!

Here is some of the correspondence I have received from those close to the case.

"Jack this is NOT confidential. Elaine filed this with the courts on the 19th of this month. Feel free to report it.

Danny also gave me a case number to his Habeous which is the one they supposedly ordered his release in. I dont have access to pacer anymore though so I cant verify it right now…. but if you know someone with access to the documents through pacer then you could report that too…. (Case # 2:10-cv-312-WTL-TAB)….if its filed its public….

Hey guys heres some new updates/info on the brown supporters case:

I just received a letter from Danny. In it he was speaking very cryptically so to not tip off the government too early, but he tells me that a short time ago one of the governments witnesses against the supporters, I believe a now ex-government employee, called dannys lawyer out of the blue. he called to tell him that he lied on the witness stand and falsified evidence for the trial and that not only did the government know about it but they told him to do it!!! Danny's lawyer couldnt believe it so he asked to record the conversation and the guy reluctantly said yes! He got 55 minutes of recorded audio of this guy admitting all of this…… Danny doesnt know why he came forward, he said he thinks the guy was either was fired or quit his job or maybe he just had a guilty conscience…. so it doesnt really matter why so much as he did. I'm tending not to get my hopes up too much but Danny seems to think this should at a minimum guarantee a new trial to which most of the evidence has already been  destroyed/desposed off ?!?! Danny said 50 percent of the governments closing argument was based on rehashing this guys testimony. Danny said he found out this guy was under investigation by the fbi a while back for possibly falsifying evidence in trials and that may have something to do with his coming forward. The government submitted 22 pieces of evidence at the trial through this guys testimony!! All of which is now tainted! The downside is there is only 85 or so days left to file a new trial under the 3 year rule according to Dan. So jose please have renos lawyer contact Dannys if he hasnt already. I'm now trying to get this info to Jason too….lets keep our fingers crossed…."
